Upon every shopping experience always politely greater by staff. My boys favorite thing about the store is their classic swirl gumball machine. They vonstantly wanna go with daddy to the hardware store to get a gun ball.

Stopped in today for some lube and nuts and bolts which I forgot but found a rattrap I have not seen in a while amongst other things I had to have. Very good hardware store with people always willing to help you find what youre looking for.

The staff are not nice. Although I live close, I try to visit other Ace Hardware stores. The staff were great here when it first opened a few years ago, but not anymore.

Usually find what Im looking for and they have helpful employees if you need them or have any questions.

Came in today and Ben made me a couple keys for a lock.. he was done in a matter of seconds. THANKS BEN!! Donna was so sweet, directed me right to isle 4, 3/4 of the way down on the left at eye level... you can find the rain•x glass wipes that are anti-fog. They keep your glasses from fogging up while wearing a mask 😷 thanks Donna! Also wanna thank Cameron and Roman for helping me with my large propane bottle a few days ago. They literally went the extra mile! I love my China Spring ACE Hardware!!

Always, always, always the best service. The days of customer service and taking you to an item instead of telling you where something might be is gone, but not here! Always greeted when you enter and the entire staff is beyond helpful and accommodating. This type of customer service is something you just don’t find anymore. I spend the extra money to shop here because of it. I am usually totally satisfied, but as I entered the store yesterday they asked me to wear a mask. I have no problem if people choose to wear a mask, but I personally am one that is exempt from the restrictions for medical reasons. I feel very uncomfortable being asked to do so and will usually leave a store without letting them know i have a medical issue. It is my understanding that if a person does not have a mask on that they are not to be asked to wear one.

The place is nice and convenient. I went for the garden section. There were so many options available, which is great! However, once I got the plants blooming at home, I realized I didnt have what I was told I bought. Its kind of annoying to go around telling people you bought butterfly bush when youve got sage. I am still learning plants and how to tell them apart. It would be nice if everything was labeled. And properly.

My favorite place to buy hardware! Always welcomed with a smile! If they dont have what Im looking for (which is rare) they are more that willing to help me find it and get it to the store. The staff is very knowledgeable in the different areas of home repair, plumbing, gardening, even hunting, and diy projects. I will always shop ACE before going to other big chain stores. Trying to get propane an he said my bottle was out dated I just got the bottle from amerigas swap .no electricity an no propane .wow I see how compassion some people are .he was more worried about loosing his license than helping people from staying warm.

Always open when I need them. Customer service is outstanding at this location! Love that even have a small section of grilling spices. Always get my air filter for AC which is a hq item that I have paid more for at other locations. They have for a great price. Love going to this location.

Fast, convenient, and local. The customer service you receive here blows the big box stores out of the water. There is always someone at the front door to greet you and direct you to the appropriate aisle. By the time you reach it, they have already called ahead, and a knowledgeable employee is there to assist. Highly recommended!

I am always treated Great at Keith Ace Hardware. I have purchased all my lawn equipment their. They treat me the same weather I am buying a small item or a large purchase. Kathy in lawn can answer all your questions. She is good.

The best thing about Keiths, especially this location is the customer service. While not sporting the plethora of items you may find at a big box store, they make up for it with the most helpful staff at any retail store. As long as they keep providing excellent customer service I will continue to give them my business.

Prices are definitely not the lowest

After our own several attempts, Mike helped us accomplish our project. We really appreciate his kindness and willingness to provide effective solutions to the challenges we faced installing a flag mount into brick!

Most any Ace Hardware you go to us filled with helpful staff eager to assist you. This Ace Hardware goes above and beyond. The majority of the employees know us by name and will ask how whichever previous project we’d been working on went remembering the smallest details. Love this place!

I have done a lot of shopping at Ace in China Spring, and I’m satisfied with the service for the most part. I just went to get firewood and they have dropped the number of pieces you get from 33 to “approximately” 25. It does not get you any better deal by purchasing a pallet either.

I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff here! I am a new Waco resident and a new home owner, so having a helpful and welcoming hardware store is a necessity. Cathy is so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about landscaping. Randy is patient and also very helpful and knowledgeable. I didnt get everyones names, but absolutely every staff member was so friendly and wonderful!

Literally amazing. How dare anyone rate this place 4 stars.As I walked in the lady at the check out counter kindly directed me to the key station to get my spare. As I waited for an key specialist, an older lady walked in. The woman at the front desk asked if she could help, but the elderly lady didn’t hear her and kept walking. The woman at the front desk quickly radio’d out while helping another customer: “There’s a lady on isle 4, I reached out to her but she didn’t hear me, could some one check in with her?” I was amazed. Instead of you seeking out a employee, they seek the customer out. After waiting a hot minute an the specialist came to create my spare key. Upon our greetings he asked, “Do you know the time?” I said sure it’s 12:15. He said “On the dot? I’m baking cookies outside on the grill and I don’t want them to burn!“ seriously such nice people with excellent service. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else!

I really like this store and most employees. But I have to say yesterday, 1/10/21 I did not have a good experience.First I called the store, this was during the snow storm. I ask if the store carried snow shovels, the young lady told me yes.Then I ask if they still had them in stock, again she told me yes.So I travel to the store to pick one up.I get there, a young man showed me where they were suppose to be, well guess what? He checked the back and one was not to be found.m

This place has an excellent selection of products to choose from, definately beats driving to Waco for Home Depot or Lowes. This store offers unbeatable pricing for glass cutting (needed glass cut when I replaced broken windows in my house), and needed some boards cut when I wanted to add shelving in my cabinets. The only thing I didnt really like is how the employees tend to follow everyone around. Had I not been followed around so much, I would have gone down every isle and probably spent $100-$200 more than I did.

Found what we needed near our home. We love the convenience and the selection was better than the big hardware chains we went to before finding exactly what we needed here. Employees are always helpful.

This store is awesome! I have been in on several occasions. Tommy has helped me test the water in my pool and make recommendations on what should be done. His willingness to go out of his way to help me solve my problems was very appreciated! I am always impressed by the fact that there is always a member of their staff waiting at the door to assist as you walk in. It is a fantastic store!

Great local hardware store, helpful clerks

We love having such a great neighborhood hardware store in our area. We have never made a visit here and not received a welcome greeting at the door and genuine readiness to help.

I always feel like they think Im shoplifting when I go there....they bird dog me everywhere I go in the store and it makes me feel uncomfortable. Im not a criminal stop treating people like they are and calling it customer service.
