Went all out on some solar panel / ECT. Thought I would get in to it. Decided...na...took it back still in the box . no problem. Turned around spent more $ on stuff I needed to do a quick task without breaking the bank. Tools are pretty much 1-2 time use cause most are made so cheap over seas- but it beats going to big box stores walking for miles it seems paying to much driving to far. So yea works for those kind of task.However if you are creative and know where to look its a great value compared to bigger places or the ace places.

Harbor Freight is low cost with low life expectancy. However, if you purchase the warranty it is very comparable to others. I enjoy is, shelves are stocked, registers are long but friendly.

5 stars if you know what to buy and what not to hbuy from Harbor Freight. They have some quality items but also have some 1-time use tools.

They actually were not busy on the day I went. And there were no long lines to check out. Everything was well stocked.

The manager did not know what a pocket scribe was. I explained it to him and showed him online and he kept trying to sell me something else. If you dont know what something is, dont waste a customers time by showing them stuff they dont need.

Another store that started off great. Good cheap tools when you need something that you dont use every day. They do have higher end tools. Price is higher end too. But the high end seem to be crowding out the cheaper tools. Maybe they are moving away from cheap tools.

It was changed up since my last visit. The cashier was VERY polite and most helpful. They did have what I wanted in stock. In and out in approx 15 minutes.

Lately when they show sales, drive a long way for just that item, they are out of it. Three times now, Ive been to 2stores and had display but no items. Im 45 minutes from first store, and 1 1/2 hrs. From second store. This keeps up Ill go back to home Depot.

Staff are awesome and very helpful. The lines get pretty long around lunchtime on the weekdays. They seem a little understaffed for that time period.

Good selection of tools, nice cashiers, great prices. Only drawback is the parking lot, but thats not their fault.

My husband loves this place. There is such a big selection of tools. There is also add ons such as tapes, glues, zip ties and much more.

Always a great place to find tools of all sorts...a word to the wise though you get what you pay for here. There are a handful of tools here beyond worth of what you will pay for them but there are also alot of tools that will be super budget friendly but dont expect the longevity of these tools to match known brands of whichever type of tool it is your buying.

Can nearly always find what I need at harbor freight. As in all places right now with a pandemic, sometimes you have to come back after shipping days, but most things are there and service is good and everyone is polite.

Excellent tools at reasonable prices

Needed a tape measure. A salesperson probably noticed I was taking a while trying to make a decision and asked what I was looking for and how often I would be using it before making a recommendation! Also picked a nice flashlight to keep in the vehicle for emergencies.

The customer service here is so much better and more personal than the cant find a employee anywhere at the H D or Low stores.

Always a good deal, quality can be questionable on some items. But usually will get the job done. Lines are always horrible in there. Dont ever be in a rush and go into harbor freight.

I spend way too much money here...not that anything is overpriced, because the prices are awesome. I just am there too often and I always need tools for something or another...maybe if I buy enough they will just give me my own store! Wishful thinking..but would it not be awesome?!

Ive been in 5 or 6 different locations all across Texas and this location had friendly staff, who were helpful, they were enforcing the mask order keeping us safe and they have one of the best selections of products Ive seen out of the 5 or so Ive been in. Thank yall for the help!!

I like them but the stores are small and often if you are looking for something you have to order it because the stores are so small. I have to say the prices are pretty high unless you hit a sale and have a membership. And still the prices are kind of high. They do have good people though.

The people at Harbor Freight need to go to Ace Hardware and get trained on customer service.

Great place to visit for very specific applications. Any of their lines that cater to the professional are not worth the money, but the lower tiered items are perfect. Need a single 7/64 drill bit? Get 4 titanium ones for three price of a single dewalt. This store is usually well stocked and the service is friendly.

Good bargain on some tools can a bit expensive but coupons are worth coming out here.

Harbor Freight has just about everything as far as tools. However, the 50 ct boxes of nitrile gloves are outrageously over-priced. I wont buy gloves there again!!!

We visited Harbor Freight to purchase some metal cleaning tools, accessories, and a particle (sand) blaster for a restoration project. We had a world of questions which were quickly and accurately answered by the staff and management. There were several options and after deciding on which items best fit our needs the staff loaded the items in our vehicle for us. The overall experience was very good and we will return if additional items are needed.

You can afford to buy a tool from this place . That tool purchased can pay for itself on a job. Possibly pay the price of a higher grade tool .

Store lines can be a bit long sometimes from some of the customers not remembering those people arent there to hear about what you need the tool for.

Needed more registers open, long wait.Store was well stocked.

I bought some new Pruners to cut some little trees

This is a great store for medium quality tools and accessories. These items are perfect for many applications...you dont always need to pay Snap-on prices. Many items are the same as big boxs but half the cost. I buy all my paint brushes there (and I use a lot) because they are 1/3 the cost of other stores. This time, we bought a second scaffold and a cement mixer. We have also purchased tool boxes, garden tools and a trailer in the past....they are all still in use.
