The staff was on point and clearly understood what I was saying in a roundabout way. They immediately took me under their wings and handled everything! Thank you! Soon as I stepped in door, a gal down the isle asked what can I help you with. Loved her bubbly, funny and friendly attitude, with every one she came in contact with. Needed an odd size tiny tiny nut, we couldnt find correct nut, so she got someone who could. 1st visit to this little hardware store and I prefer mom and pops, Ive got to say this was the quickest and friendliest yet.

This is a great, medium-sized hardware store. The prices of most items are right in line with the big box stores, but the service and attention to your needs is better. Another plus is the out of stock items can mostly be aquired in a day since their distributor is here in Waco. They are also the only game in town for quality hardwoods, but they are not priced like the only choice. Very fair. I suggest always stopping here before visiting any of the Aces in town.

Fantastic shopping experience! We spent a week remodeling two townhouse bathrooms and JP had everything we could possibly need for the job. He provided much needed advice and excellent recommendations. SHOP SMALL BUSINESSES!

My go to hardware store for sometime now. Prices compare to big box style stores but as others have said, the service at circle hardware cannot be beat. Staff have always been friendly and welcoming as well as super helpful. If they dont have something you need on their shelves it can be ordered in a day or so.

All you could ask of a small hardware store, and then some. Customer service is amazing, I was in the store for less than 10 minutes and was asked if I needed help four times. Definitely will go here if I can help it instead of Lowes. Student discount available here too, not sure if they have veteran discount like Lowes since I didnt have to ask because of student discount.

It took me close to 2 hours running around Waco trying to find someone to make a copy of my front door key. Luckily a nice gentleman call around for me as well Circle Hardware was the only place in town open on Saturday that could get the job done for me. Very friendly people and prompt service. As young homeowners, we are inexperienced in home projects and repairs. We choose to shop at Circle Hardware for our home improvement projects and general hardware needs because the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There is always a smiling face to greet you and help direct you to the products you are needing. Their associates are great resources for how to complete projects and the appropriate supplies that are needed. I cant say enough positive things about our experience at Circle Hardware and how they are not just a place to go buy supplies but also a resource for our projects.

So nice to get what I need without walking half a mile. Great products and also screen repairs and other carpentry services in the shop.

I grew up going to Circle Hardware.Im in apartment maintence and I deal with them daily,when you walk in everyone greets and is willing to help.They have everything you need from wood to pool supplies,and if they dont have it they will find it for.So if you have small home repairs are big remodeling needs give this group of really great down to earth folks I visit you will not be disappointed.
