My mother bought a pool in March. Here it is the end of May, and all she has is a hole in the backyard. The wife of the installer sold my mother the pool & said he had two pools in front of her. Months later, he must still have pools in front of her. Nobody at Bellmead Pool wants to help us as he is an independent contractor. As stated to his wife that works at Bellmead Pool, she had no problem discussing him and his schedule when she had my mother write a check to purchase a pool. I called them two weeks ago and asked for a call back from the owner....here we are two weeks later and not a word from the owner. I called again this morning and was told she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. I guess she has no cell phone? I guess taking advantage of a widow doesn’t bother some people. Be sure if your mother purchase a pool, you don’t send her alone to get it!!!! Hopefully soon I will be able to say mother has her pool and all is well....hopefully.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have used this place for the last several years and have had lots of issues. The most recent one and the finale straw for me is the fact I purchased a new $700 liner from them and it turns out to be the wrong one. My receipt says I can return items for up to 10 days, (only had be two days since I bought it) so I called and asked about returning the liner and they told me there are no refunds on liners! So now I’m out $700. Thanks for freaking nothing Belmead pools. Congratulations you just lost another customer. You really need to let people know that There are no refunds for liners at the time of purchase. Shame on you.

If you have a pool in the Waco area Bellmead pools is very accommodating and always willing to help you figure out how to make the best of your swimming pool.

Update: Still havent heard from installer. Missing so far half of this swimming season.Being waiting four months to get pool installed. They have independent contractor that installs pools they sell. The installer does not get back when you text him. Was told end of March but now it is June. Told we are next weeks ago. Contacted Bellmead Pools about getting hold of him because he will not contact you. I would not have bought a pool from them knowing that it would be so long to get it installed. Bellmead Pools is selling pools but you really to find your own installer. Have talked with other installers and will be months before they can get to you. Bellmead Pools-dont be selling pools with reliable installers.

Bellmead pools personnel are just like a family to me. Very personable and professional in their work. They have retained the personal customer service that existed in previous times in our country. I trust them with all my pool needs.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Prices arent outrageous and theyll tell you the truth instead of selling you a bunch of useless products. Even if that means draining the pool and starting from scratch.

Bellmead pools was good at helping us with getting a pool from them but the pool installer I will never use again he was suppose to be here at 9 and said he was running behind but assured me he would be here today I am sure no work will get done because it is 3 now I am very disappointed
