I knew what l wanted for my upper kitchen cabinets. Had gone to 3 other glass providers, one which l would have accepted, but the young girl talked her business OUT of the sale. I left, shaking my head.Fortunately, my last stop was Anderson Glass...after a spontaneous prayer with an older gentleman at another business as to the success of my need. (No try, will be successful! And l was, so thankful and grateful.)It was late Friday aft. The manager at Anderson Glass had time to show me the how of his operation and their possibilities. The end result was exactly what l had hoped (prayed) for. Both people with whom l had interacted for help were welcoming, informed, pleasant and patient.So, if anyone is looking for beautiful and out of the ordinary options l thoroughly recommend this professional business.

We had some rather hard curvy glass panes needed cut for a large wardrobe furniture piece and they took great care of us and the cuts were spot on perfect!! And done with in a very timely manner as well.

Really helped us out, we needed several pieces of glass cut that were broken in a french style wardrobe we had bought. I tried cutting the glass having limited experience but the cuts were to intricate. They were able to cut them no problem and save us headache and figuring out another solution

Anderson Glass installed our Master Bathroom shower stall and did such a fantastic job that I went to them with my window problem that I had. Super nice folks and excellent job on my shower door.

I needed a small piece of glass for our newly renovated shower. Went to visit their showroom and gave them the dimensions, and was told I would be contacted soon with a price estimate. That was 10 days ago. Called back 4 days ago for an update on estimate, and was told by the young lady that they were still trying to get numbers. THIS IS JUST FOR AN ESTIMATE mind you... Cant speak much for the customer service because, at the time of this writing, I still havent heard from them. I would hope that their quality and install would be better but at this point I may never find out... My suggestion: search elsewhere.EDIT: After reading several of the reviews here having the same problem I had, and the lack of response from the company on those particular reviews, its clear Anderson Glass does not intend to improve their performance or even, at the very least, address these concerns. Do yourself a favor and learn from our disappointments.

I’ve used Anderson glass on a few projects and they where paid when invoice was received. But the last two jobs they did was horrible service. Took them over Six weeks to install two showers on different jobs. They missed measured the glass twice. I ask them to explain the situation to my customer’s they never did. Offered no compensation to customer for their errors. Nor no apology was given either. Anderson glass has not been paid for these projects. Due to the fact their error caused customers to hold over $20,000 of my money. And I also lost a job cause of a bad reference due to their performance.

The door window was broken and someone from Anderson measured it for glass replacement on May 2nd. When I called after 3 weeks someone told me that the suppliers are running behind, so I gave them more time. After 5 weeks I called and spoke with a woman in the office who said she would check on it and call me back. After 2 hours, I called her back and she stated that the supplier has had the glass ready for a while but nobody picked it up. So now I was told that they can install in three days.I will never do business with this company again. If you want a quality job done with good customer service, go with another company

We had Anderson Glass install smart tint windows in our meeting room and they are amazing. Clients have been nothing but impressed with the ability to have privacy with the flip of a switch. We love working with Anderson Glass and highly recommend them to others.

I called Anderson to schedule an appointment to have some measurements taken for a custom shower door. The lady told me she put me on the book for Monday. Monday came and went and they never showed up. I looked back at their reviews and it looks like this is a trend with them. However, I called Freddys Glass and Rocket Glass and they were out the same day for measurements and I had a bid the next day.

We made an appointment for someone to come out and bid on a shelf for our kitchen. First appointment they no-showed after we waited several hours. After several days we called to follow-up and they had Eric come out that following afternoon. He drew up the design we wanted, seemed very interested in the project, I told him we had several other projects we wanted done in the future, and confirmed with him I would have a bid by the end of the week. He assured me that he was the one putting it together, and I would have the bid and the estimated time to completion in 2 days or sooner. It’s now been over 3 weeks with no bid, at least 5 calls to the office and no returned phone call from Eric.

Great experience. Good communication. Job was very well measured, options explained. Installers on time and did a really nice job. Shower enclosure looks great. Thanks for a job well done.

Best Glass business in town. Always polite and very forth coming about all aspects of a job. They can make anything to do with glass when given just an idea. They always treat their customers with respect and go the extra mile to make sure your satisfied with your finished product.

What a disorganized company. I contacted them in regards to making display cases for my collectibles. I spoke with a man named Eric who wanted to meet me to discuss the design and so on. Wednesday when I was supposed to meet him he failed to tell me they moved from the address listed on their website and google. A bad start since I had to play the phone game until someone answered. When someone answered, the lady told me he should have told me about this. I went a head and drove in to meet him because I was very interested in my display cases. In person he was very nice and suggested some good ideas, so I felt better about picking them. Eric said give him a day or so and hed call me back with a quote.Friday came, no call. Toward late noon I called them and asked about the quote. The lady placed me on hold then told me Eric would call me back that day. Friday passed, no call. Here it is Wednesday and I havent heard from them. They made me waste my time and gas. Poor company management and I dont recommend them.

We received terrible service from Anderson Glass. Ordered a custom shower enclosure in November. Our installation date was changed three times, resulting in a month delay from the original date. After the second time their vendor cut the wrong size glass, they were helpess to get a rush order.Infuriating to work with. You just get the sense that they don’t care about their customers or their reputation. They chose to be at the mercy of an unreliable supplier and that does not translate well to the customer experience. Expensive product with cut-rate service.

Anderson Glass installed my shower glass door backwards ( it had to be cut off square because this old house is not level) and then they stripped out the screws as well. But to make things worse, they wouldnt even provide me with replacement screws when I called them a few days ago, Instead they tried to force me to buy more clamps for $130.00 that I didnt even need....I decided that I did not want to give this company any more of my money so I called one of there competitors to buy the clamps from them, but once I told the guy that the screws were stripped and thats all I actually needed, he OFFERED to just give me a package of replacement screws, and he also told me that he could not believe that Anderson Glass didnt have any extra packages laying around, because, as he explained, its a very common thing to keep extra screws because they get dropped and lost during installation, or they get stripped out sometimes, so for him it would just be foolish not to keep extra screws laying around.I could not agree more!!I doubt very seriously that Anderson Glass was being honest with me when they told me that they didnt have any screws that they could give (or sell) to me and were just trying to get me to buy the 2 expensive clamps that I did not need, so I will NEVER do business with Anderson Glass again!!!

BUYER BEWARE.I received an estimate from Anderson Glass back in May 2018. Through many back and forth phone calls and emails and trying to get them to move forward with payment and installation, I finally got a phone call today from a new sales person to follow up. Long story short, I was given a new estimate (higher in price) with a new description of what would be ordered for me. After reviewing the new estimate, noticed that it was a different door. I resent a picture of what I agreed upon with my old estimate only to have it come back $900 higher in price. I do understand that the price of glass and steel have gone up but really $900 for a frameless sliding glass door??? I was willing to pay a higher price, say around $200 or more but $900??? I asked for the GM to call me only for him to explain to me that the estimate I received was only good fo 30 days. No where on my estimate did it say that this estimate expires in 30 days. GM tried to explain that away along with their employeei internal issues as if that has something to do with me?The GM was “willing” to come off the price and decrease my new estimate by $400.00 and followed up with that was his final price because they would be doing it for cost. There is no way they came down to the cost of my shower door. I’m a business owner too and know how much profit margin(s) are built into consumer products. Not saying I’m an expert here in glass or mirror products but c’mon??? Let me just say, that the prices of other similar glass doors (big box stores) I’ve tracked have not gone up in price.There is no excuse for poor customer service, There is no reason for a business to explain their internal work problems as if it is justification for their lack of due diligence. And finally, there is no excuse for their quote/estimate process failing for 9 months.Who knows, this may be the reason why they are not a BBB member.

I had Anderson Glass install a frameless shower. The shower looks extravagant. The staff was very hospitable.

They are very curtious and knowledgeable. Job was completed in an expodious manor and cleaned up afterwards. Sliding door looks great and it didnt take long for them to install. I would recommend Anderson Glass for getting glass shower doors work done.

Anderson windows does not seem to know about customer service. They give no time for installation appointment, so we wait all day for window delivery. First time, the window was broken in transport. They ordered another, which was to be delivered last week. Monday delivery was delayed to Tuesday delivery to Wednesday delivery to Monday (today). Each day we were expected to be home and wait for the call to say they were on their way. We wasted 5 days waiting on Anderson glass to complete our purchase. Never again!

I wanted to update and delete my positive review after finding damages that were not disclosed on the day of the installation. I would not want my review to cause anyone to have the same experience. The installers broke the bathroom light fixture and turned the damages away from sight. I did not notice until finding small pieces of glass on the floor. I notified the company and got zero response.They also drilled through the visible sides of my kitchen cabinets when installing glass shelves inside. These holes were visible and needed repairs. So despite the company seeming professional, I felt deceived and abandoned once they were paid. Buyer beware!
