On the way home from Fredericksburg my sister and I had a blow out on our RV. We pulled into United Ag andTurf and talked to Jeff Divin. We told him we needed to call for a tow truck and explained what happened. His immediate response was I think we can get your spare put on. Jeff and Joe using a forklift to lift our RV got that spare on in less than 30 minutes, Found a tire store to send us to and we were on the road in less than two hours. My recent experience with United Ag & Turf was very positive. After getting no help from the big box store where I had purchased the mower the Service Department here was more than helpful. Not only did they come and pick up my mower but they were able to return it to me the same day. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days.

Ive found employees at the parts counter, and throughout the store, to be helpful and courteous. I especially appreciate being greeted at the front door. As a business owner myself, Ive found it myself to get parts during the pandemic and admire the way UAT has been able to locate and deliver the parts that I need.

Would be a great place to put a good John Deere house, they seem to have customers showing up and calling, problem is if you call for parts, no one answers the phone, and if you go in and order parts they dont have them. Standard answer is We have it in the warehouse and will order it. Cant seem to be able to keep help!!Part of why I bought JD was for availability of parts and customer service. United Ag has ruined what used to be a great JD house.

Evidentially there is no such thing as a warranty with these guys... purchased a $1100 saw, made 8 cuts and realized it wasnt oiling. Took it in... they said they fixed it and charged $60 to do it!I havent even ran this saw more than 10 minutes... its brand new... but I guess Im responsible anyway!Well, that $60 will be the last time I spend anything there!Bad business, bad choice!Lesson learned.

Nice facility, all the employees are very friendly, however ... 4 trips there (and I am coming from over an hour away) and they still cant seem to be able to get me the correct parts. Ive tried to talk to the parts manager 4 times but apparently hes far too busy to take the time to talk to a customer.

My first time going here. Now I know where to go for any repairs on my John Deere. Thanks guys.

It’s been a journey with Waco dealership of United Ag & Turf. Yes, we’ve had some issues, but I truly believe it’s not the problems that define a company, but how they resolve the problems that count. That means people. I know there are some folks in this dealership that sincerely care about getting things right. If you call for service talk to Holly, she will listen and point you in the right direction. Then she’ll follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied. If she runs into an obstacle, Jeff will get involved and he does not stop until you are happy. UAT is a huge corporation, but it all comes down to the people that do the work, Jeff and Holly are just two of the people we’ve interacted with at UAT, they have the support of a great number of professionals working with them. They took care of our problems and I feel comfortable recommending them to anyone that needs assistance.

Went there on a Thursday to buy a trailer but the one they had in the front was sold so they told me they could bring me one exactly the same in 2 days so I said sure!! I had to pay for it of course. A week later still wasnt here so I wanted to cancel it by phone and t hey didnt let me so I guess I had to go pick it up. I get there and the trailer looked very old. Rust everywhere and still had to take it cause they didnt want to refund the $$. Plus very bad service it was about 45 minutes waiting. Veey poor service even the store manager Jeff Divins was rude. Never ever going there again. Would not recommend it either at all.

I have been to many a John Deere dealers in various states. I’ve been a John Deere fanatic for 25 years. I recently bought some farm land in Texas and went to this store. First impression is this is a nice place. It ends there! The sales department is atrocious you will wait 30 minutes plus if there are no other people needing to buy anything. There are more staff than people in this place every time I’ve been yet help is non existent! Then there’s the service department! Get ready to get billed improperly, grossly over billed on labor hours, order the wrong parts, forget to order your parts, improperly credit the wrong parts, I can go on and on! Do not go to this place! It is a ripoff and a con! I found another spot down the road stay away! You have been warned!

They did me good

I walked in to the store at the urging of a previous customer on 7/27/20, I looked around outside for a good while ( no salesman no prob, I was checking things out). After a bit I went into the store and ask at the desk for a salesman, The lady stated it would be just a second, so far no problem. As I set there for what seemed like a very long time, A salesman peeked out of his office and called on the young lady that had come into the store about 15 to 20 minutes after I walked in. Not really sure what the issue was but if if they are not interested in even trying sale me a piece of equipment, I feel certain that MAYBE big orange may. we will see. PS. Giving up one star because the store was nice.

Great had all the parts we needed

The chicken tenders were cold and burnt and had to send back. The chicken and dumplings, the chicken was dry and cold.The waiter got the drinks wrong too.I only ate a little and my friend was so upset of the cold food, that she sent back and did not eat.☹

Got to the store at 4.30 the person at counter was on the fone taking and ignoring a was there finally when I told him what part a need I ask to speak to a a mechanic after a spoke with the mechanic I came back. To get mi part immediately whoever was at front desk told me in a bad tone that they close a five I told him sorry i fell like to sell and buy a different kind and no to deal with this guys anymore

This is insane! I have had John Deere products for over 25 years and shopped at the nearest Deere shop. I recently bought a farm in Groesbeck near this place and wow I waited in line for over an hour just to get to talk to someone! Now I said line right there was one person at the counter checking out when I cameIn and one in front of me!!!!! There were 4 count em four people sitting behind the checkout! About 5 or 6 more employees mulling around! NEVER AGAIN! I would venture to say you can drive to Dallas and checkout faster than this place!

Needed a part for my john deere and Henry was a big help. Been there a few times and has always been great customer service.

Called yesterday inquiring about riding mowers. Talked to Kade. Told him we were coming in Friday (today) or Saturday to buy one. He gave me prices of different ones they had. Drove 40 minutes, through construction, rain, two cars, with 87 year old dad that has to use a walker, so that he could purchase a new mower. Would be 3rd John Deere hes owned. We got there, Kade was out, oh, and by the way the only one available is a more expensive one than told, and its in Cleburne. Had to go to Home Depot and purchase one. They had 4 different models, and several of each sitting there. William at parts was very helpful though. Got us the part we needed for our z series.

Called a week ago for estimate on complete 400 hrs service and cost of a gator with cab and ac.Have not heard back from them. This is the second time l have ask about service with no results.Guess Ill spend my 25000 somewhere else.

Great! Scott is awesome. We have been needing a good lawnmower for a while and after looking and wondering aimlessly we finally settled on a 1025R. Scott made it really easy. We had to only come in for 15 minutes to sign a surprisingly few things and we were back to finishing the rest of our errands and look forward to the tractors arrival.

The guys in service were top notch. My Deere is running great again, they installed a light bar and built a custom harness for me. Im actually looking forward to my rig breaking down again

Terrible experience. They were used because of my Lowes extended warranty and I can tell you I will never let them send my riding mower there again. Its been 9 days now and I was promised my mower would be delivered back to me 2 days in a row now and of course I still dont have my mower. Service Staff seem to not care at all and they definitely dont know how to communicate. I dont appreciate being lied to, and their lack of communication is mind blowing. If you can definitely avoid this place.

Brayden and the guys over at United Made buying a tractor so easy. I shopped around for weeks and finally made the easy choice to go with the awesome deal Brayden made me on a brand new John Deere! He was kind, knowledgeable, and very responsive to any questions I had. When I went to pick the tractor up I noticed I had a low tire on the trailer so he went and pulled the air hose from the shop and proceeded to fill my tire up. Great service! Nothing might run like a Deere but dont go in Expecting to buy carriage bolts and not stand in line for 30 minutes. Walked in at 9:30 grabbed my stuff and got in line with 3 people in front of me. At 10:03 still had 2 people in front of me. 6 other people sitting in offices doing little but nobody jumped up to help out. No urgency from staff, no apology for the wait, no acklowdgment of my existence. On my way somewhere else to get what I need

I have to change my review...there SALES DEP is tops! The service DEPT DO NOT LET THEM DO ANYTHING WITHOUT A QUOTE PRIOR TO THE WORK!!!!!! AND A TOTAL WORK COST!! Cause you will end up PAYING $400++ for a oil change.... and service with a tractor under WARRENTY! And Im not talking about a BIG tractor a 75hp Or $325 on a Zero Turn...Still under warranty...So CLARIFY THE BILL!
