We recently remodeled a large home here in Waco, Texas. Dealer Lighting was suggested to us by our interior designer. We could not be any happier! Therefore, we too highly recommend this honorable, professional, and customer-centric company. We were greeted when we enter the showroom, the sales personnel are extremely Educated on product choices, and they communicated at every stage of the order/delivery process.Unfortunately, our very expensive fan stop working after about 10 months. I call our sales person and they order & sent out a new controller, but this did not solve the problem. We then heard from the general manager who volunteered to come out to our home to investigate our complaint. He kept saying, we want you to be happy with your Dealer Electric purchases. Now understand, we are just a homeowner (one & done), but he insisted that Dealer Lighting would make sure everything was right. He spent close to two hours at our home speaking to the factory and finally said that they would replace the fan and the company wished to pay for an electrician we hired who also spent about three hours trying to get this fan operational. WORLD-CLASS CUSTOMER CARE!
