My experience here was the best of all the jewelry stores everyone was extremely nice and helpful they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring I will continue to do business with them from here on out .
Employees are rude and when the owe you money they will zero it out. Meanwhile where’s my money?!?! I payed for my sons watch to be engraved and waited for weeks. I come pick it up, and excuse was that the engraver couldn’t fit what I wanted.Where’s the customer service? How about ma’am we cannot fit what you want on the watch. Do you want to choose something else to say or do you want a refund? Boom.They are inept to handle refunds or apologies.
I have been meaning to write this review for a few weeks now. Not sure why there are bad reviews because this store has been so wonderful!Anyways, let me start by saying I live in Colorado and found a ring online but had problems ordering due to a specific size so I called the online customer service and it took me to this store. Kevin is the store manger and he was the one who helped me. Super professional and helpful and made everything run smoothly and kept all his promises with shipping and sizing and etc. He even sent me a video of him packaging up my ring!! Never seen service like this in my life or at least these days!Now fast forward to now and I live in Colorado and have my beautiful ring which he sent with a sizer bead in case my ring size I gave him was off. My ring is a little big so I currently have the sizer bead still on and need to get my ring fixed. Brought it to my local store and it was a complete nightmare and disaster, honestly I did not know what to do?!Called Kevin at this location and he is going above and beyond to fix my issue and to make me happy. He seriously made my day!!If you are in the market for some new jewelry I highly recommend you check this store out!! Crazy to think I dont live in Texas and Im writing this review but I can tell you YOU wont regret it!!Thanks Kevin you are the best!!
I’m not sure why there are negative reviews here! We love this store! We’re not big spenders but we get the same service and respect as anyone who has spent 10 times what we do. They’re knowledgeable, patient and courteous, always spending far more time with me than is probably necessary (since I have a hard time making up mind 😂). They know any purchase is a big purchase for most people. I will not go anywhere else!!!
Sales associate was very friendly and patient and helped to pick out the ring my daughter wanted.
Customer service is definitely not a priority at this location. My husband and and went in on a Sunday. Not one employee acknowledged us. The manager walked past us twice and even made eye contact with me and never smiled or even spoke. After about a 20 minute wait we finally were helped. Our intentions were to buy me a new wedding set for my birthday but we quickly changed our minds about purchasing anything from this location.
I truly enjoy going into this store. The staff there are kind and not pushy at all. I appreciate the service they provided. Updated review 07/23/21 still the same great service. Keep up the great work. Very happy with the help I receive.
I Had a WONDERFUL experience with Kevin at the Zales in the Richland Mall! I have a VERY expensive diamond ring that I did not purchase there,but needed it sized and was a little apprehensive about sending it off as I have heard horror stories about diamonds being changed out for low quality replacements. Kevin set my mind at ease, checked my diamond thoroughly and allowed me to check it with his looking glass as well and made sure that I felt comfortable through the whole process. I checked it when it left and when it came back and it was perfect and Beautiful!!!! I would definitely return here and let Kevin take care of any of my diamonds!! Great Customer Service and VERY Sweet! I feel that it was a blessing that I got to meet him and I will definitely be back!
My fiance and I went to buy our wedding bands there to get married and they helped us out alot and were very friendly and found us a great price for what we had to spend. The guy was very professional and honest with us.

I came in with my fiancé to find a wedding band for myself. Kevin, our sales rep, was very distant the entire visit. He willingly showed me every ring I wanted to see and so for that I’m grateful. But the entire visit he just stared off in the hallways as if we weren’t even there. He didn’t even ask when the wedding was or even tell us his NAME until AFTER he had to get MY name for the purchase order. Those are conversation starters. I could not make it any easier, I’m lookin at WEDDING rings! The entire 5-10 minute visit was silent. To me, half the experience is in the atmosphere. I will compliment Zales in general though, very fast delivery. My ring was delivered to their store in just 2 days. However, when I went to pick up the ring just 2 days after purchase, Kevin didn’t even recognize me. Maybe if he wasn’t staring off into space the whole visit he’d remember the face directly in front of him that gave him a sale. Wasn’t my worst customer experience I’ve ever had, but definitely could have been MUCH more personable.

Where to begin.... I bought my wife a wrap for her engagement ring. The ring was sent off to be resized. When it came back the diamonds were loose. WE have had to send it off 5 times in less then a year to have diamonds replaced. 5 times at 5 weeks each time. Basically the ring was in the shop for half of the year. This past time the manager was trying to talk highly of the products and the wrap fell apart in his hands. YEP high quality. HE stated that they would custom order a ring for my wife to replace it. That was 6 weeks ago. Today my wife calls and finds out that the vendor does not make that ring anymore. Conveniently they found this out today. Now they have to find another vendor. I have bought several pieces from Zales but never again. THE quality is cheap. THE diamonds are cheap. I am disgusted with this company.
Very disappointed! Did not buy the life time warranty on my wifes wedding ring because it came with warranty that is supposed to cover the diamonds. Well took it in for a cleaning and they said a diamond was lose and it would cost $77 to fix! Not even 6 months old, talk to 3 other jewelry stores and they said if I bought it from they that they would have fixed it for free! Very disappointing in a caliber of jewelry store as Zales
