Bought a computer desk last night and everyone in the store were so friendly and helpful. The gentleman that waited on me went out of his way to go get a dolly to help me load it in the car. Very helpful people, now thats service.
I want to thank Hailey for her great customer service. She was accidentally sent the wrong file, but she assisted me in getting everything done in a timely manner. I didnt have to wait long at all and she made sure I didnt have to make a trip back to the store. Thanks to her for taking pride in her job. Keep up the good work.

Never again. I purchased a bundle package that included a laptop, security, and tech support. It took an hour for them to figure out how to ring up a bundle. I returned the unused items a week later and it took longer than an hour to figure out out to ring up my credit. Today is 47 days since the return and i still don’t have a $130 credit for the tech support. I have called several times and 3 of those times i was told everything was fine now and I should have my refund 7-10 days. Still NOTHING! I was also told 3 times that a email would be sent directly to tech support for an update and i should hear from them within 24 hours. Still NOTHING! I will never go there again!
Prices have gone up on everything
The staff were very nice and clearly doing their absolute best, but it didnt seem like anyone was properly trained. Everything moved very slowly and there was a strong sense that staff werent fully sure of what they were doing throughout the process of our visit. I dont blame them by any means, the issue is likely in training.
Thank you Bert! I was unhappy with a chair I had purchased and was told that I was unable to get a refund or even exchange it by the first person I spoke to. So I called back and was told that I could I was upset with the first person I spoke to. when I called back I was happier ! So thanks again Bert!
This location has fast friendly and professional help. I have always had nothing but exceptional service here. I was having printing services done and had issues with my uploads and they walked me through it all. They even waited for me to look at the flyers when I arrived and printed immediately. I will always give this location my business needs. Great job and always team work keep it up!!!
Allie in the FedEx print area was awesome. She took time to make sure everything was just the way I wanted it & made sure it looked great. She had a great attitude as well!
Associate when above and beyond to assist me in trying to find a webcam to buy same day, went on several different competitors sites to try and find one with no luck.
This location is so much better then the Office Depot off Bosque. Its cleaner, the staff is nicer and it doesnt suck.
Bought a new printer. Jannette was sales person and was great. Knowledgeable and professional. Will be a regular customer for ink and any other items I may need and that they carry.

Found a printer for a good price but the customer service was a little off. We did go in closer to closing time so maybe thats why. Otherwise good selection of printers.
Needed to get some flyers for an event made. The customer service rep was very courteous and was able to get me taken care of.

This location is a great place, I always find what I need, and staff is always available to help, never had to wait and Im always in and out in no problem, great staff, great place
It’s hard to get what you need at this store. And if you have to return something and don’t have the printer or emailed receipt they will give you store credit for less than half of what you paid for the item. Even if you use their rewards card. The rewards card is supposed to keep track of what you buy. But I guess it’s only for their use.
I have been there three times so far and everytime I go customer service is so helpful, I was greeted when I came in and a warm thank you for coming have a nice day when I leave!😊😊😊
45 minutes waiting to print one page. There were just 2 people in front of me and everyone was very upset. They need more people in that area or more organization. I kept waiting because i needed specific paper. That’s why I couldn’t do it in the self print. But it is a waste of time
My favorite office supply. And their new look is amazing.
The business has moved around a lot of the areas including register. It is a little bit confusing but with help it might have been easier to navigate the aisles. Printer ink is a little high in price but the convenience of being near Best Buy was the reason I stopped there instead of Walmart. The cashier asked me if I had a savings card with Office Depot and I told her I didnt. She then asked me if I wanted a savings card and I politely declined the offer only to hear her start telling me the benefits of the card. It was annoying but I get it that its an upsell and it helps get emails from customers. All in all, the visit was quick and easy!

Customer service was excellent but they sure are proud of their products in regards to pricing.
Prices are too high, they were not very helpful when I asked for certain products their standard reply was you probably need to look online. the cashier was offended when I asked him to take a planner off my purchases because I didnt want to pay 33.45 for it and when I asked for a more reasonable priced one he told me to look on-line
Had a terrible time trying to get a very simple print job run of 15 copies. Took forever and the manager Cindy just sat over there and was unwilling to help out.
In an age when I can go to Amazon for everything you’d think customer service would be something in store would want to make fantastic...sadly there were three people standing around talking while I had to wait in line 5+ minutes to check out.
