Jimmy our sales guy was excellent! He took the time to show us details on different trucks. My husband gave him a budget and he worked with the budget. He was so informative that I wanted to know more about the newer models of trucks. He showed us the major differences and my husband and I both fell in love with a new one. Because of Jimmy’s patience we decided to go with a brand new truck as opposed to a used one.Jimmy the finance guy was excellent. He knew what he was doing and it shows, he has done this a very long time! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly honest! Both Jimmy’s went above and beyond!! I would gladly do business with these two gentleman again!The manager could use some customer service training. He tried to pressure us into financing through your banks after I had already told him no I’m going through Navy Federal due to better interest rates and being guaranteed my credit will only be ran once. He kept pushing and saying he had other buyers the only way he could guarantee me the truck would be if I financed through you guys. It was already after closing hours. He said he had another buyer call in wanting the truck we were getting and if he came at 9 am it wouldn’t be guaranteed to me. My response to him was he called in, but we’re here. I’m taking the time off tomorrow to go pickup the check from navy federal. I was already approved for the loan but the bank was closed so he knew I’d have to go get the check. I didn’t appreciate his tone or how he handled the situation. I could tell our sales person Jimmy wasn’t comfortable either. The manager could definitely use some training. I understand wanting a sale to close and fund that night but not to the point of harassment or trying to corner someone. He left a bad impression on us. Had Jimmy not been such a great salesperson I could have gone with the check anywhere else. I appreciate people like Jimmy going the extra mile so I went back and got the truck. We love our truck and purchase, what we didn’t like was the manager!
All the people nice, friendly and very cooperative. Billy Bibles is the best! My experience with him is always great! He always works hard to get me the best deal possible the whole team there actually helped me as much as possible and treated me with courtesy. I did an online quote to sell me car. Quintin called me and we chatted to set up a time. I got there he was great to work with. We were able to make a deal and he made the process so easy for me. I love the fact that manager also reached out to me to ask how everything was going.
Nice and friendly staff. Used car liners to respect and protect interior of auto. Had oil change and wheel rotation. Received a free courtesy Pit Stop check of all fluids, brakes, battery, and tire depth. Check-out was quick an easy ( Jeremiah Payne), He was able to help and assist me on questions I asked about future accessories... I will be purchasing for my vehicle. Great all around service !!
All I can say is WOW! Great service, quick and attentive, no haggling. I live in Austin, but found a Terrain I liked on the Autonation website. I submitted contact info through the website, and shortly afterwards my salesman Billy reached out. I explained I live in ATX but I loved the suv and wanted to purchase. Billy was great, we did all the process through texting and email, and got my approval and numbers, so when I drove in Saturday all I had to do was sign! The whole process was so easy and seamless. Your phone numbers need to be updated along with local people answering calls. Twice I called and it was evident they were from India. Twice transferred, twice some other business some other business picked up. Online appointment was easy and Ill use it in the future

The service advisor Rodney was amazing and very helpful. I didn’t $890 to have a sensor replaced and when I picked my truck up the dash wasn’t attached. Fidget attempted to have the service department replace it and I was told to come back the next morning. A few minutes later the service manager Lucas texted and said they would not install it. I called the next day and the service manager was extremely rude and said they fixed what I asked for which was to get the vehicle running. He said he could give be an estimate at what it would cost to attach the dash cover. Wires and metal pieces were hanging out and in the seat. He said to take it back to whoever took it off and make them put it back on. I did go ask abs they installed the radio and the dash at no charge and said they’d never had a service department not out it back on. I asked the service manager at auto nation to inform customers of services they were not going to provide prior to service and he rudely stated that they got my truck running and that was all I had requested to be revisited. I would never go back to Auto Nation and will share this poor service experience. Again, Rodney the service advisor was great and did everything he could to help us. I took my son to look at a car almost 6 weeks ago, he found one he liked and was able to get financed for it. Everything was good we thought. He didnt get the warranty because hes a single dad so cant afford the extra money. Well, Friday, 6/25/21, his car died on him. We thought it was the battery, easy fix, nope its the alternator. He is on his own paying for the repair, but is still making payments. I feel this is something the dealership wouldve known was wrong if they inspect their vehicles before selling them. I was going to give a 5 star rating until this happened. I feel any car dealership,where someone is still making payments should at least help fix the car if issues arise this soon after purchase. I would take a mechanic with you before purchasing just to ensure the car you purchase isnt going to break on you so quick.
The minute I got on the phone and called Autonation I was created with hospitality and great customer service.Working with Marcus was phenomenal - he met me where I needed to be and made the process of purchasing a car so stress-free! It was our first purchase with Chevy - after being a family of Ford… and we definitely will be coming back in the future!

I took my truck in on a Thursday afternoon for a clunking noise in the right rear. I was told the techs would check it out and it would more than likely be ready on Monday. I got a call on Friday afternoon that the job was complete and totally covered by my warranty. I dont have a clunking sound anymore!

I had an appointment at 3:00 and arrived around 2:50. I ask how much longer it would be a little after 4:00 and they told me 45 min. I said that I didn’t have that kind of time. I was going to my granddaughter’s dance class. They said what if we can do it in 20 min. I said, ok, and they got it done in about 30 min. They brought my car back smelling funny and the passenger seat was covered in something black that I had to wipe out before my wife could set there. I will find another place to service my vehicle. Don’t set appointments if you can’t keep up with the service.

Trying to get an appointment by phone is nearly impossible. Tried 4 times, and finally got through. Never did talk to a person, just got a recording asking if I wanted to wait, or opt for a call back. I didnt want to waste any more time so I selected for a call back. I did receive a call back, 24 HOURS LATER! By that time my appoint was made via the web site, and I got in later on in the afternoon. The problem with making an appointment on line, youre not given any options to explain what the problem is, just a selection from a small number of choices. It was such a frustrating experience, Im thinking of taking my car elsewhere for regular maintenance. But the service was good, and your service rep was excellent. YOU HAVE TO ADDRESS YOUR PHONE SYSTEM FOR MAKING APPOINTMENTS. Im sure Im not the only one thats been frustrated by this experience. Ive complained about this every time I bring my car in service, and it still persists.
I had an appointment for the service & I got in & out. My service Rep went over what had been done & what I needed for my next visit. My wait time was under an hour so I am very pleased.

The front desk guys were very helpful and Grant got my car expedited through the process because I was leaving my daughter with the car for college and had to go back to California in two days. I didnt have an appointment I didnt know you had to have one although, the service advisor was very helpful as this was my first oil change he got me right in and they provided excellent service and I was in and out at a little over an hour, I reccomend as an older man who has bought several new vehicles they should step up there game and hire someone to wash and clean vehicles like previous dealerships I have purchased from in Waco this would bring future customers because it shows pride in ownership and that the dealership will go that extra mile to provide 5 star customer service it works as I used to be a General manager of a large dealership in Northwest Arkansas.
The Warranty team has outstanding Customer Service and Grant did a great job keeping me updated.
Sales Associates were great, but the management was completely unacceptable. Very unprofessional, talk down to multiple customers and myself, and overall the worst car buying experience of my life. Very sad that this is what Waco has to offer for a Chevy dealership. I would not suggest this company to anyone and would suggest to go out of town to purchase your next Chevy. I will be!

Autonation has had my car for 5 weeks and still has my car sitting there in the same spot that it was dropped off since i had it towed!! The communication is bad they dont keep you updated on nothing barerly even contact you. Everytime i called i get the run around or lied to. I called onstar to have them check to see if my car has been crunk they verified that it has NOT!! They were suppose to replace my battery but onstar and my chevy app has not got a notification comfirming that. 5 WEEKS!! and im being told that they understand my frustration...HOW are yall???Its like if you dont get car from them you are a complete nobody to them and get bad service from the mechanic shop!!
I called late in the day for appt was greeted with professionalism and courtesy, brenden was awesome at the appointment, walked me through what service was done, showed me invoice and welcomed me to call for any questions!!! I always receive honesty, and clarity for service done there!!
I’m Thankful that the service advisor, I think his name was Zack was just as concerned that I had a oil leak as I was. Being 300 miles away from my house he quickly got the problem taken care of and got me back on the road! Excellent service!

Jan 8,2020-The good- Found me the perfect truck within my budget and gave me enough for my trade in to almost pay it off. Found financing for it. Extra accommodating on that side of things.The bad- the truck was not ready and out of shop when it said it was going to be. Waited 5 days to get it after I had already signed papers. Drive the hour home and still 1 headlight was out even after it had passed inspection. So having to drive back into town (2hour round trip) to get that fixed, mind you- thats will be the 4th time Ive had to drive there now. Not very happy with it in that aspect.May 31,2019-I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Everyone was super friendly. Traded my 1 ton for something smaller to simplify my life. Update: The GM wont return my calls. So the autogenerated response to all of these complaints is just for show.Additionally, they overfilled my transmission and refused to pay the bill when I took it to another mechanic.Ill never bring my car here again. I brought my fleet vehicle in for an oil change and transmission service. Dropped the car off at 11 and called at 5 to see if I could pick it up. The sales guy said he saw my car in the garage 2 hours ago so we headed over to pick it up. Not sure why it would take 5 hours to do an oil change and transmission service but whatever.However, the car wasnt ready because the sales guy called the fleet company without my permission and got authorization to put on new tires. He didnt tell me this until I had been waiting an hour and had no way to get home. Because this I had to wait an extra 2 hours to get my car. Not only that, the new tires are going to hit my budget at work. I heard those clowns talking about updating their sales on the whiteboard in the back office.
They made me a better offer on my truck then anyone else and it was easy too sell too them would highly recommend them

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of people’s time. I drove 2hr 44 min after receiving a called from ark saying the suv I wanted was there! only to get there and it’s NOT!! Then try to sell me another suv $20,000 more than the suv I wanted. Then the manager was no help at all saying all he could do is start the payment process. I will never do business with them !!

Very disappointed of my experience here. I inquired about a used Dodge Ram with very low price on their website and was told to come in and take a look at the truck. Next day drove 100 miles to Waco on a Saturday only to find out the truck was undergoing service and they were waiting on parts. I asked if we could see the truck but salesperson insisted did not want to show us an incomplete truck that is not road ready. He then went ahead and showed me other options way above my asking price and everything felt very sketchy. Got the impression they were advertising cars that were not there. Left dealership empty handed and was told I would receive pictures and video of said truck. Salesman called me back and left vm. I texted back and asked if he could send me the pictures he had promised. Have not heard back from them since. They made me waste my time and gas and will never be going back here again.
Let me start off by saying WOW 🤩. I had an awesome car buying experience thanks to Tyler Bell. Awesome guy, extremely knowledgeable, very respectful he didn’t rush us into buying anything. Tyler made sure we bought what we wanted and was comfortable with. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tyler Bell, so if you are in the market to buy go by the store or even call and ask for Tyler you will NOT be disappointed.
After getting the truck home I noticed that it didn’t have the jack tools or the tire tool. Contacted your dealership and was told that these tools that are required to jack the truck up and change a tire were just an accessory and would not replace them. If these are just accessories, why does EVERY truck or car come with them?
He was courteous, knowledgeable, very professional, and a great representation of what customer service is supposed to be like.

I called on a Monday and was given the first available appointment at 8:30am on Thursday. When I dropped my car at the service department, I was told they could not look at the car until Saturday. I asked if I could keep the car until Saturday, but was told the car needed to stay to continue to keep the place in line. On Saturday I called multiple times and twice had a service employee answer, but tell me that my service employee for my car was on the phone and would call me back. I never received a call back. I called about 12 times trying to get a service employee at 5:15pm Saturday to find out about my car. Finally the service employee said the car was evaluated, but he did not have time to give me an estimate. I would have to wait until Monday. On Monday I was given an estimate, but I asked if that was covered under the powertrain warranty or the emissions warranty. The service employee was uncertain and talked to his supervisor. After he gave me the supervisors answer, I asked to talk to this supervisor, but was told HE WAS IN A MEETING and could not talk to me. Really???This whole thing was a MESS. I would never return unless I could get it covered under warranty.
I am beyond upset about the experience my family has had with this dealership. My husband bought a truck from them less than a month ago and it has been in the service department twice. This latest time his breaks went out and they left him with no vehicle. I had to leave work to pick him up because they said they had no loner vehicles for him. The service department told my husband that this was a known issue and had to be repaired on this model frequently. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I have called the sales Manager Cody Adams twice now and have been put on hold just to be sent to voicemail. It is the expectation of any reasonable person that when you spend $40,000 on a vehicle it will not be in service more than it is in your possession. I would NEVER recommend this place! They do not even do the bare minimum to make sure a vehicle is safe to drive off the lot.
My truck being down was not a fun process. But the service department specifically Grant, did a great job of keeping me informed. Dusty also with pushing the issue GM to get things figured out. Autonation Waco has a new customer.
I came here with my son to trade in his car. Words cannot express the entire experience. Our sales rep Tracey Allen is the world best car sales consultant. She went above and beyond and treated us like family. She is family. I highly recommend, anyone that needs a car go see her. You will not regret it I promise you.
The week prior to getting my oil changed, I called the service department and left a message for Steve on two separate days and left messages. I requested for a return call in which I never received.When initially scheduling my appointment, I was told that the shuttle service was available, however when I got there Monday (19 Apr 21) morning at 7:30am I was told the shuttle service actually was not providing rides for customers going to work. I then had to reschedule for the next day, Tuesday (20 Apr 21) to have my vehicle services.This is one of the reasons why I needed a return call from Steven that I never received.My solution to the this issues is to endure service members are returning calls from customers. This would alleviate miscommunication between both parties.
I brought my Vehicle to this service department once a year ago and they could not find a problem. It started acting up again doing the same things so I brought it back. Now that my warranty was expired they all of the sudden found multiple problems and ways to fix my issues that would cost me over $5000. Dealership service departments are nothing but a scam if you don’t have a warranty. So I had to pay $100 to get my vehicle back from them diagnosing it and have nothing fixed. I will take my business else where to get the correct work done at a reasonable price.

My daughter recently saved up her money, built a great credit history and was ready to purchase a vehicle. She’d seen a few cars online and we were going to dealership to make a purchase. When we arrived we were consistently ignored by the representatives. I’m assuming we didn’t look as if we were going to purchase so we never received any recognition what so ever! I’m highly disappointed and will for sure let everyone I know about the inconsistency of this particular dealership in Waco, Texas!

I am very disappointed on the service. I took my vehicle on a Tuesday before Christmas and didn’t get it back until a week later. No loaner so I was without a vehicle for a week. When they call me to update me a few days and we went over the issue I reminded them about a noise it was making. They said they would look into. When I went to pick up he went over all the issues except of the noise and I asked again. He said “they didn’t hear a noise” they checked everything. As soon as I picked up the vehicle you could heat the noise and I sent videos and see when I could take it in against but again no loaner. I should not have to take my vehicle when I asked them to check that already. Sounds like a knocking noise in the motor. I need my vehicle checked but will not pay another deductible when it should had been taken care of within the last appointment

I bought my vehicle five years ago from this place. At one time this place had good customer service. As of today I will no longer take any of my vehicles to be taken care of by this establishment. I have spent money not only purchasing the vehicle but also at the body shop and repair shop. I have maintained my vehicle with all the preventive maintenance. The repair shop can never find my name in the computer. You can no longer drop your vehicle off the night before for an oil change. Last year I spent at minimum $5,000 on my vehicle between repairs and the body shop. Today I was met with rude customer service from Steve in the repair shop that tried to talk circles around me and when I caught him lying he just made excuses. I was told the policy changed six months ago and you must have an appointment to have your car repaired. That is a lie because my oil is changed at least every two months due to I drive out of town for work. I just had major repairs completed six months ago and the oil changed two months ago. Why was it not mentioned at these times? Steve put the phone away from his mouth and made a rude comment about me while he was laughing with his co worker. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and have been a loyal customer. I will NOT recommend for anyone to do business with this establishment. When it is time for me to get another vehicle, I will continue to have General Motors Product but will not purchase one from this place. I will drive to Dallas or even to another state to purchase a General Motors Vehicle before I go here. It is sad when you loose a loyal customer that spends lots of money like me. Especially during a pandemic when a lot of people are not working and businesses struggle. When I told them I was going somewhere else the didnt care. I will never do any business with this place again. You treat loyal customers like dirt that pay cash money. I will no longer support a local establishment like this when my money can be spent elsewhere. There are plenty of other businesses in town that will be glad to have my money.
On 08/24/2020 my Chevy Malibu 2019 was towed to AutoNation for repairs. My car was there a week with Service person Ray insuring me my car would be checked and issues addressed and fixed. On Tuesday 09/1/2020, I picked my care up from the shop and drove home. When I made it home I heard noises coming from the under the hood. The next morning I called AutoNation to inform someone of my issues with my car. I called for Service manager inwhich was informed he would return my call. At that point I spoke with Ray, whom would make arrangement for my car to be towed back to AutoNation to be checked out by technician again. I also sent 2 video with audio to Ray so that technician could heard how my car was sounding. Rattling of engine with a miss. There also was a whistling sound coming from under the hood. Service manager Patrick returned my call. I explained the situation and also explained Im without a car for work, I work nights. And Im still new to the area and I have no one to help me. Patrick stated let technician look at my car and he would get back with me. Later in the day I called to check on my car, speaking with Ray I was informed Patrick service manager had went home for the day and ten I was informed they no do not have loaner xars and they could not get me a rental car because Enterprise Rental had no cars available. I explained to Ray that I was very upset about the situation and I would come talk to Patrick the next morning. 09/03/2020 I went to AutoNation very upset to with Patrick Service manager. Patrick denied talking with me on the phone and/or about a rental or loaner car. At that point Patrick was told to bring my car so that I could listen to it. Patrick brought to the front of Service building. Once the hood was open the whistling sound could still be heard. Inwhich Patrick stated theres nothing wrong the car is suppose to sound that way. I asked again do you hear that Patrick stated it maybe the alternator or the belt and there is nothing he can do about that. That infuriated me. Where I stated I will take it back to the dealership where I could trust someone. Patrick then Yeah, take it back where you got it. I was lied too several times at AutoNation . And patient enough for them to keep my car for a week.
My advisor Chris for that day really took care of me . He was nice and polite .

I feel that when you walk in the door someone should greet you immediately even if it is to say good morning, we will be right with you. Everybody seemed too busy to greet me,eyes glued to there computer screens. I understand they were busy but it only take a few seconds to make a customer feel welcomed. The person that handled my service that day was very kind and helpful,he was informative and rescued my experience from being blah. His name was Elster.
I was actually qouted a higher price than what I was charged for the diagnostics. Steven helped me throughout the entire process. It took just over 24 hours to call me to let me know that the problem was fixed, and that I could come by to pick up my car whenever I was ready. No upfront costs, extremely friendly and knowledgeable associates. If I ever have another problem with my vehicle, I will definitely call Autonation first. Thank you
I just had the scheduled service completed on my 2017 Corvette GS at AutoNation Chevrolet Waco and I couldnt be more pleased. I called and made the appointment with Aaron, my Service Writer. Aaron was very courteous and professional and made sure I understood what service needed to be done. The Service waiting area was clean and comfortable. The service was completed within the time frame Aaron had indicated and my car came back freshly washed. The best part - it was all FREE. It was included with my new Chevrolet vehicle purchase. I drove away with a smile on my face.

Great staff. Very friendly and efficient. Easy to find location & complete vehicle inventory. If they dont have the car or truck you want they can usually get it for you in a day.

Debra Ward was a wonderful sales person she went above and beyond the call of duty. Service department was wonderful when i had to bring my car in for a short in back up camera Charles was very helpful. i would like to see the service department clean the car after working on them so when they are picked up they are nice and clean
