Amazing place for tile, lighting, carpet, window coverings, rugs, ceiling fans, granite—anything you need for your home! Their granite is beautiful, I’m actually a little sad I already had granite installed. I like their selection better than what I found in Ft Worth. Reasonable prices, excellent selection, great customer service—Mary Brown was very helpful and not pushy at all. There’s even a kids play area so parents can shop a little more peacefully 🤩 We’ll definitely be back!

My experience with Design Superstore was definitely 5 Star. Carl Fox was fantastic. He took time to show me different flooring samples and patiently explained the details for vinyl plank flooring. I had estimates from three different flooring companies; Design Superstore was by far the best! Mike Griffen installed the floor and did a great job. Mike did a great job, very satisfied. My dissatisfaction came from working with two salesmen. One listen to what I had to say about what I needed the other just quoted on what he thought I need. I did not want to be charged for materials that were not needed and hope that those costs were refunded.

Worked with Carl, one of the project managers, and the experience was great. Attention to detail with someone following up throughout the project to insure everything was going smooth. Pricing was fair and highly recommend.

Alex was amazing. She made sure that I did not feel pressured into buying a service I didn’t want.The installers did a great job installing the floors. They were VERY fast and paid attention to detail.My floors look great!The bottom part of the trim was slightly pulled off the wall, but I can fix that. Just wish they told me about it.My only two minor issues were they never called me to tell me they were running late. I was told they were delivering the flooring between 8-10:30am. I had to call at 10:30 and ask if there was a delay because I haven’t heard anything from them.Also, they left my front porch a mess from all the cutting. They could have cleaned up afterwards instead of leaving it for me to clean up.I would use design superstore again for my flooring needs. The minor issues were very minor and I feel that those issues were not intentional.

Design Superstore has a huge selection of giant slabs of marble and granite that you get to hand select and know exactly what youre getting. We had an amazing experience picking out our beautiful white quartzite countertops. And once they come and measure you get to go back where a tech lets you move around the digital template of your slab on their big screen TV. Talk about custom! And talk about service! These guys are the PROS. From the sales person to the install guys we were just blown away with their professionalism and attention to detail. They really took their time making the seam disappear and polishing to perfection. They also have A TON of tile options (way more than the box stores) that you check out/bring back for free..

The process of deciding on and purchasing our new carpet was easy. This was at the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic and we were given samples and allowed to look in our car. That is great customer service. We had to pick something out and have it installed in a hurry since it was a new rent house. Excellent customer service. They were in constant contact with us after the sale at the end of December. We received a call to confirm the first appointment to do a rough measurement and he was right on time. We received a call to confirm the second appointment to do the laser measurement and he was right on time also. We received the third call to confirm the appointment to install the granite. The morning of the install, we received a call from the guys that they were running about 20 minutes late. They arrived exactly when they said. The guys were very professional and answered any questions we asked. We were very surprised when they put up a plastic wall to contain the dust when they cut the hole for the sink. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable from purchase to installation. The timeline from purchase to installation was about a month. Carl Fox is the man! We came in to Design Superstore to price backsplash tile - ended up with new granite, backsplash, floors ( which we needed) and carpet! Carl showed us how we could afford to make the changes we needed and wanted! Start to finish he stayed on top of our project! So I ordered some floors about 4 weeks ago and they said they would call when they came in. They said it would be in by the end of the week. Guess what no call we had to call. They then advised that the floors should be in the next week. So we waited and then snowmagedon arrive and they were closed I get that. But they decided to cancel my order with out telling us. So we called and got everything settled. Got the floors re order told they will be in on Friday. Well it’s Saturday and guess what still no floors. Was told that they will call the supplier on Monday to see if they can get the floors by Tuesday. But they also said that they still may not come in. They offered to give me a whooping $40 dollar discount for my troubles. Well I decided to canceled my order. Also I was told with a confirmation that I would get my money back 3-4 business days at least they can confirm that. Will never do business there.P.S. horrible customer service.

We have tried several times over the years to work with Design Superstore. For remodels and two new homes. I say tried because every time we have walked away due to terrible customer service. They do have an incredible showroom and lots of products. Our last try was for redoing some flooring in our home. It took us about 4 months to get measurements and an estimate from them. They would never call or return our calls. After we finally got the estimate we set up an appointment with our salesperson to finalize and get going. Of course we when showed up they were with one of their builders. After about 45 minutes of the salesperson completely ignoring us, not even saying hello or sorry Ill be with you in a few, we left and took our business elsewhere. Form what we have seen if you are a builder or one of there regular designers, you get all the service. If you are a homeowner needing smaller jobs done, forget it.

This is the second time we have purchased flooring from Design Superstore in Waco. Their entire team is exceptional. During this process, we went to the store several times and each time were greeted by Candice, who always gave us a beautiful smile while ensuring we received prompt assistance. The guys who installed my vinyl flooring did a great job. The floor looks beautiful. The guys were prompt and efficient.

Happy with product...customer service seems to have a ways to go sometimes but overall product acceptable. Sometimes took days (and in some cases, not at all) for a reply to come to my e-mails but with much persistence, usually you can get someone to answer. (This also happened on my first visit on another project I was working on a while back. No one ever helped (although they saw me) so I just left the store! Im sure I eventually could have gotten someone but just ended up going with a smaller business for my granite work who was more on the job)Misquoted me on counter backsplash (didnt have their notes right in system) and ended up charging me more. In my opinion, they should have just done the job for the original quote instead of charge the cust. more for their mistake. But since I couldnt leave my project 1/2 way done, I paid the extra.Also, they dont follow through! I wanted to put some of their wood blinds in my new tiny home and I was asked to send them pictures and measurements of the windows so they could provide me with a quote. I provided that e-mail with as much detail as possible and never got a single reply back. After a couple of weeks, I was tired of waiting, and just went elsewhere for business.But again, overall, at least their product seems good.

What drew me to Design Superstore for my bathroom remodel was their amazing selection of kitchen, bathroom and floor tile; also stone (marble, granite, etc) counter surfaces. Unfortunately, I had several problems during the project. I feel the problems with tile could have been avoided by verifying my selected tiles were available and were displayed accurately on the tile sample board. My suggestion to customers in love with their selections is, to avoid disappointment and delays, have your sales associate verify the sample is still available and is a true depiction of what will arrive.My biggest disappointment with the project occurred when my gorgeous granite broke during processing. Apparently breakage is rare and a side effect of having selected a piece of granite that had unique characteristics. That being said, the Team at Design Superstore, and I mean TEAM, were eager to make things right. They really exceeded my expectations in this regard.It is busy location and I did have to wait often for my sales associate but someone always greeted me and offered to help in his absence. Maybe this could be resolved if they had more associates?

I have been fortunate to have received excellent service AND products from Design Superstore...and pricing plans to fit my budget!Floorings, granite, ideas and trust both in the past and moving towards the future. Currently l am planning on updating my vessel sinks in my largest bathroom and they are on the same wave length as l am.Attitude good and welcoming; when l had a question about my kitchen granite and the in-set stove, they came back after the fact to fix it and didnt charge me. To me, that IS service.I have never seen anything in their store that wasnt of quality.

I had a great experience here! I was looking for tile for my kitchen and I walked in undecided on what I wanted. The folks there helped me pick out the perfect tile. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I will definitely be using them in the future.

After a hot water heater leak I had to replace all the flooring in my house. I had a very specific request for the type and look of hardwood. Daniel spoke with me over the phone and then met me at my house with exactly what I was looking for. The price was in line with what I was expecting. The floors were installed expertly and look phenomenal. I have been in the construction business and have been a home inspector and rarely see quality work like this. Extremely pleased all way around. Its better than what I had.

Carl Fox is the best! He’s our go-to guy when we need any help with upgrades to our office and has even been instrumental in helping some of our employees with their home projects as well! He’s the best!!!

Ryan Brown was our salesperson for new vinyl plank flooring for our home. He was extremely knowledgeable, very courteous and spent the time with us to ensure that we were purchasing the best product for us. He kept in touch with us by phone regarding the delivery time and scheduled the installation which was exactly on time. I can not say enough about Ryan and his sales skills. We were extremely pleased with him, the flooring and Design Superstore! It was actually a pleasant experience!

Cant stop raving about this place! Id been shopping flooring and quartz counters for my personal home for a while at Lowes and a number of retailers online. After about 10 trips to Lowes and a combined total of ZERO answers to my questions on their products, a customer in their store actually stopped me while browsing quartz (20 minutes total, unassisted) and told me about Design Superstore and how much better their prices and service are. I went for a visit same day, and was greeted by their wonderful front desk staff. They got my name, encouraged me to browse around and let me know theyd send a sales person my way asap. I headed to the quartz section and never looked back!Carl was my salesperson and was amazing from start to finish. The prices were about half the cost of what I was looking at at Lowes and included installation. No nickle and diming on every little thing and I really appreciated Carls knowledge on the product. BUT it didnt stop there! Hes trained all over the store and proceeded to help me find my Luxury Vinyl Plank as well! When I had a question regarding flooring, he even got the brand rep on the phone to give the most thorough answer. I never felt like he was selling to me, just a friendly guy, giving good advice and knowledge.I loved getting an assigned salesperson that answered to all of my questions, loved that they have such a huge selection of EVERYTHING, and the prices are awesome. Got my floors and theyre awesome, awaiting my counters but no doubt they are too. :)Ive told everyone about Design Superstore and Carl and will continue to sing their praises to my clients for a long time to come. Incredibly unprofessional! Never been more dissatisfied with anyone! Discussed plans with them from the beginning, they sent someone out to test the floors for moisture. Never heard from them again. Never followed up. I CALLED them myself to continue the process and they never followed through or called back.

Our experience with Robert was very positive. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process. It was a very pleasant experience working with Robert and everyone else at Design Superstore!!

I recently worked with Johnny to install flooring and counter tops for our school, Southern Careers Institute which we are building in Waco Texas. I must say the service, follow up and installation was exceptional. We have moved a school in Austin and remodeled schools in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and Pharr this year and the Waco project by far was the best. Went to the store twice and my presence wasnt even acknowledged. I understand if people are busy but there was no greeting, no well be with you shortly, nothing. I spent time looking at products and was never once talked to by staff.I went back for a third visit and this time things were different. Sales staff did interact with me and they helped me in choosing certain carpet and wood options for my home. I was feeling good about the direction it was going. The salesman scheduled a time for someone to come measure my home as I wanted to install new carpet in three bedrooms and hardwood in my living room and dining room.Someone was supposed to come measure on Saturday and low and behold they didnt show up at my house. I wasted the better part of a Saturday waiting on someone who didnt show. When I attempted to call the store and see what happened it was a run around of being on hold and not getting answers.Instead of wasting more time with them I sought out a private contractor who showed up exactly when he said he would for estimates and was punctual when completing jobs too.Im not the only one who has had irritating experiences with this business. I personally know two other people who received zero greeting or acknowledgement of their presence when shopping in their store. Not being pressured by sales staff is nice but when choosing flooring its nice to have a guide that can help you sift through inventory. Also just greeting your customers when they walk in is sort of common sense customer service. I not only refuse to shop there again after them flaking in several areas, I also make sure to steer any friends and family away from them.

We just had our master bath shower and vanity top replaced and I can tell you that Design Superstore did a fantastic job. Not only was the work well done but the workers are the nicest and most caring workers that I have ever had in my home. They truly care about their work and it shows. Maureen Smith is one of the sweetest and easiest design employees to work with. She always goes above and beyond what is expected of her and she has great design ideas. She too cares about each individual that she works with and always has a smile on her face. My husband and I weren’t able to find a marble-look quartz that met our satisfaction in all of Dallas/Fort Worth. We decided to try Design Superstore in Waco and within minutes we each found the perfect product without the other knowing. I was a bit concerned about using a source outside of our builder’s team of contractors especially one located so far from our home. My concerns proved unnecessary as we are beyond pleased with our new counters!!! The process flowed beautifully from selection to ordering to measuring to install (minus one small glitch regarding the install date for which we were generously compensated). Keith and Fonda were available to answer our questions and address concerns from beginning to end. We were fascinated by Francisco’s hyper-accurate laser measuring process as well as Diego and El Fego’s congeniality and careful installation skills. We highly recommend Design Superstore and will be using them on phase 2 of our home remodel!!!

Had a $14,000 vinyl floor installed. Our salesperson was HORRIBLE. She didnt give us any info on product, which turned out to be a pretty significant problem. Also, the people who did the work used quarter round way, way too large for baseboard style, and, the ends look like they were chewed by rats. Awful. But our bad. We didnt complain at the time and now its too late. Bottom line, it was a very bad job of installing flooring and well never go back into their store again.
