We bought five mattresses from BoxDrop. Derek was great to work with and was honest about what he felt was best for us, even when it meant selling cheaper mattresses. He was super knowledgeable, and it was clear that he listens to his customers because he was able to share lots of feedback based on past customer experience. We took all five mattresses with us that day, and we are all sleeping great. :) We also had a bit of a mishap (unrelated to Box Drop) and needed to exchange one mattress, and they were so accommodating and treated us like family. We also love that it’s veteran owned and operated. 😊

Excellent no-nonsense mattress buying experience. These guys dont waste your time trying to impress or upsell you, and theres no pressure to buy anything you dont need. They started off by asking some questions about how we sleep and our mattress needs, then directed us straight to the ones that would be a good fit. Everything was straight to the point without any BS, and we were in and out of there in half an hour. And the price cant be beat! We ended up getting a REALLY nice mattress for less than half the retail price if you were to buy from the manufacturers website, and when it ended up not fitting in our vehicle, they offered to drive it over to our house for free. Definitely do yourself a favor by supporting this locally owned businesses and getting a great deal in the process!

If you dont like strait answers, and shopping without feeling food for vultures (salesmen) then this place is NOT for you. Or if you will, Ill tell you a few things to consider. But first, my review:I called half the mattress stores in Waco before getting to this BoxDrop on my list. My Bride wanted a new mattress, and truth be told, I wasnt gonna complain.When I called, it was one of the owners who answered my call. Cut it to me strait, no beating around the bush, just facts, and to be quite honest, I was half convinced he was telling me what I needed to know to get a good mattress at some other mattress store.They seemed to know what I was already thinking about with a mattress, How to handle a Warranty, How to know what mattress would work for me, etc. Had t he information right when I was asking for it.You couldnt have more down-to-earth staff. We had stopped at a Big Box store before going to BoxDrop so wed be informed about prices, and have something with which to compare.Maybe we werent looking a the same exact models, but the prices were around half what we were seeing with other stores for similar products.So, Why should you take a chance and go down there, even though from the outside it looks rundown?Honestly, I think thats part of the reason why they are able to offer such great prices. There just cant be that much overhead. Its not in a strip-mall, the show room is not sexy, but its functional. You can try their beds, see the products, and best yet, if youre ready to take it home right then, they have them in-stock.I cant express how refreshing it was to not feel like I was being slowly encircled by slimy user-car salesman coils. They just tell you the facts. No spin, and no gimmick, just great price, awesome service, and very friendly experience. It felt every bit as much like what you hope any family-owned and run business would feel like.

I drove two hours to this place to find a good affordable mattress. And this was my outcome.. It’s located next to a CrossFit gym. Alittle annoyed that the CrossFit gym doesn’t have there own parking so they take up BOX DROP mattress. Besides the parking I LOVE that it’s Veteran owned!! I went in knowing I wanted a queen mattress and that was it. I ended getting the cool phase hybrid. ITS LIKE SLEEPING ON A CLOUD!! Super friendly owners that treat you like an old friend. Probably the best mattress I ever bought and the most reasonable prices I’ve ever seen.

Do not buy from this company! Return policy is horrible. My wife bought a mattress from this company and once we got it home decided we didn’t like it. The mattress is still in the plastic and they will not take the return a day later. The mattress is not even that great of quality. Buyer beware!

He simply recommends the mattresses you say you’re looking for, answers any questions, informs you about the product and that’s it.Mattresses aside, he shared some awesome stories during the time he was serving in the military.Overall, great customer service. I was trying to purchase a box spring and bed frame cause I was sick of sleeping on a mattress on the ground. I priced every store in Waco that would deliver out to Clifton. Dustin beat everyone else by more than $100. He delivered a day and a half later (which was great). He contacted me promptly and showed up on time and had everything unloaded no problems...Except the bed frame had a manufacturing defect. He was already long gone by the time I caught it so I called him. He was very responsive and explained that he didnt have anymore in stock but he would have some in a few days. He called 2 days later to let me know he had received some. I was already in town so I stopped by their shop (A little difficult to find) and grabbed it and all is good. My bed is way more comfortable and Im out much less money than I was thinking. When my mattress is shot they are gonna be my first call.
