This Place needs to be cleaned & organized. They will allow anyone to Manage it.

Always plays inappropriate music, always a mess and I dont think the people there get paid enough for the people they have to deal with. I only come here if I need one thing to run in and out for

This store is one that I go to a lot when I need to grab and go, most of the stuff are very friendly and helpful. One lady that works there is ALWAYS on her game and has very good customer service she is one of the reason I go there because there are plenty other store I could go to but I almost can be 100% sure she will have a good attitude and great customer service. Good store to shop!

Store is always a mess when ever I come in making it hard to get to the items i need. The employees were rude when i asked for help getting something off the top shelf. Im never going here again.

Thanksgiving Day Dollar General on Thanksgiving Day closes at 5 went in the store bought a few items it was crowded they had two cashiers long line but cashiers were very pleasant I appreciate them being there for me at the last minute when I need it to go buy a couple things thank you for the employees there

The dollar general has a white guy in there thats very rude the store is located on 1701 w.wacodr, and think Black people should be afraid when someone says they going to call the police, he tried to over charged me then get smart when I confronted him about the prices, and refused to give me my money back, I had to call the police and they made him give me a refund, dont let someone bully you just cause they work in a store, Stand up for yourself and your Rights

Beware, the maskubators force their face diapers on you. If only they could use critical thinking and turn off the tv. The tv tells them how to think here (its not called programming for nothing.)

Fast and swift check out

I use to go to this location all of the time. Its gone down hill in the last 2 years 2018 and 2019, well into 2020. Its always a mess. Most of the time it looks like something blew up in there. This last time I went there, I asked what happened to all the Zantac. The guy just stood there and looked at us. So my Husband asked and he just said, Dont know, and walked away. I now go to the one on Bosque. They are always nice and the store is clean.

They argue with customers instead of being helpful

I like coming here but was upset that there was no garden isle this time of the year(November) the display is seasonal, other then that pretty empty in the A.M.

I just stopped in to get some snacks for work. I found everything I was looking for. The customer service was awesome. The cashier was respectful and friendly.

Service is always timely even when they have a full house. There was fast and courteous service. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I loved.

This Dollar General is a life saver! In the midst of this Coronacraziness, I was able to find rubbing alcohol and hand sanitizer when all the other stores were out. Thank you DG of Waco.
