My daughter and I went Christmas shopping today, this wonderful worker, her name was was Rene. Rene helped us, we had the best time, her personality was so bubbly. The entire experience was amazing!

I Always have a Awesome experience at Bath and Body Works in Waco, however my last visit was even more Awesome. I was assisted/helped by a young lady by the name of Aaliyah. She helped me out from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was having trouble finding one more spray before I checked out,and she pointed me in the right direction to find my last one and it smelled so good. She is a Great addition to this store and I hope to be assisted by her at my future visits.

NOT THIS LOCATION, BUT THE WEB SITE PROCLAIMING PRIDE. I love all people, but this is not Biblically correct and encourages immoral behavior. Now I know I need to go elsewhere to buy fragrances. So sad that GOD is being taken out of our country. I worry about the emotional abuse of telling children that they are smarter than God and can choose to be whatever gender they want. I pray that we wake up and stop encouraging what the Bible has told us is wrong. I dont know who to pray for first and I am so sorry I looked at the web site. So tired of being told that I am not politically correct. Some day we will all answer to God and not politicians. Who care what politicians think or believes SCIENCE-which is a subject not God. I wonder why people believe everything so easily after knowing the past or maybe they dont.

Bath and Body works is wonderful. They always have a great variety of new products, as well as tried and true products you always love. The service is phenomenal! They are always warm and friendly, no matter how busy they are, I have never seen an irritated associate. They also get brownie points for being amazing with my Autistic nephew. Every time I am in there with my sister they call my nephew by name and cut up with him. There are quite a few places where if you are different, they give you ugly looks and ignore you or be rude to you. Not here. They have an awesome staff!

Today was crowded because of a huge one day candle sale. The line was very long, but I have to hand it to the ladies, they kept the line moving while answering questions, helping folks find what they needed and keeping the check out line moving in a nice orderly fashion. Not once did I see a frown. Everyone was nice, friendly and able to keep their sense of humor. All I can say is that was a job well done in spite of the crowd and what had to be stressful day. Once again Great Job.

The fragrances and candles and wall scents are ALWAYS a must to purchase anytime I go. Iove their sales, ALWAYS great!

Busy Saturday, found the flavor needed

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at i bring my little girl here and we go crazy theres so much to choose from and i love that i can use my Victoria secret card here and still earn rewards!! Anyway i do have a bit of a complaint theres a older little lady with very short hair and glasses she was a little rude i asked her where a specific candle was and she said there 5 different kinds and there scattered all over the store. I just ignored her and looked on my own. Few minutes later she came to stare at my bag like there was something wrong... i dont know what her problem was but she was behind me making me feel uncomfortable so i grabed my items purchased and left.HAVE BETTER EMPLOYEES.... IT MATTERS.
