Shelton Plumbing have the expertise to get any plumbing job done. I had a complex plumbing job and they were excellent, on time, and fixed every issue. Kenny was outstanding in his workmanship and professionalism. They are dependable and get the job done right.

They took really good care of my folks when they had trouble with their gas line. The guy they sent out was on time and curtious.

Bad claim they are 24/7 didnt answer calls when did heard partying then hang up if you are on call answer the phone had to call cornerstone they responded.

We had an issue that I had been worried about getting repaired for years because I thought it would be a huge job. Expert plumbers John P. and Chris S. came out and properly diagnosed the issue and had it completely resolved in a couple of hours. They were very reasonable, too! Nick came out and repaired my washing machine valves and my shower. He did a great job. He arrived in a timely manner, was up front about what he was going to do, and let me know how the work was progressing while he was here. I would recommend using them again.

I had a plumbing company in the area come out to look at our hot water issue a few times with no real answers that helped solve our issues. Our technician Nick, from Shelton Plumbing, came out today and had the hot water working in a short time. He took the time to show me the issue, explain how it happened, and explained his action plan for getting it fixed. Im not a plumber and dont know much about plumbing, but he gave me enough information to understand and be confident that he was going to get it done! Very thankful for the quick turn around time and friendly service. I will definitely be using Shelton Plumbing, and Nick especially, for all our future plumbing needs!

Installed a new garbage disposal and fixed a leaky faucet. As with several previous times weve used the services of Shelton Plumbing the work was performed in a highly professional and timely manner. Very reliable.

It took a long time to get an estimate. The work was satisfactory but very very expensive (but maybe all plumbing is expensive) for 6 hours work.

When a plumbing emergency merits a visit, they are always great with scheduling and arriving on time. They are pretty much always reliable, weve never had an issue with their work or their pricing.

Quick, excellent service, does a good job at a fair price

I own a beautiful home in Waco. My tenants said there was water leaking, but they did not know where. I called Shelton Plumbing. I had to leave a message, but they did respond within 24 hours. I was informed they could provide me with an inspection and quote. They did well, and I will use them if the tenants find more water troubles.

I had to replace a bedroom flooring because of a water leak. I thought I had isolated the leak and made the repair. I replaced the floor and three weeks later the leak reappeared. I called Shelton, they were out the next day and repaired what needed to be repaired, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. Will be my go to plumbing contractor going forward. My new floor was saved....

Very pleased with the service we received from Shelton Plumbing. They actually showed up when they said they would, and took care of the problem within about an hour. We had been having problems with the drains backing up for a while and had tried a few things on our own to no avail. Sheltons guy used a camera to get a look inside the sewer line and found the problem, then took care of it completely. That was about a month ago and we havent had a problem since. Their price was also very reasonable, so that was nice. In all they did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Were going to replace our water heater next year and Ill be calling Shelton plumbing to handle it, no doubt.

I never heard from the plumber about our scheduled appointment. I had to call the next week to see if they had gone to the house (we were out of town) just to find out that they had had an emergency job and never made it to us. So I rescheduled and that appointment was changed as well to the following Monday. So it had now been a week and a half. After not hearing from the plumber on that Monday, I called them again on Tuesday to find out that they had gone to the house and fixed the problem without calling me to make sure the cost (nearly $500) was approved. When I expressed my disappointment that I hadnt been contacted to approve the job, I was made by the head plumber to feel like I was the problem and that I should be grateful they did the work when they did as they are really busy. I cannot recommend this company other than the receptionists who were very nice. The owner was told about the issue and never contacted me or followed up in any way. Incredibly disappointing.

I had a leaky toilet that I was afraid was going to destroy the new flooring I had just put in in my bathroom. I know bamboo flooring definitely is not supposed to get water under it. So, I decided to call a plumber and called these guys. They immediately came out and fixed the problem with the toilet. They even explained to me what was happening and what to look out for next time. Their customer service was top notch! Anyways, I highly recommend these guys. I know I will for sure be using them in the future.

Called on Friday and they said they could not come out until Wednesday. So we asked them to come on Wednesday. We never got a specific time even after numerous calls. Their website says they close at 5:00 so I was getting very upset as it got later and later in the day. Once the dispatcher told my husband that they would be there any minute. That was at 4:20. They finally got there at 5:00. We had tickets to the Baylor Girls Basketball Game which started at 6:30. When my husband mentioned this, they said if they left it would be 3 or 4 days before they came back. This company is the worst, most unprofessional place I have ever done business with. By the way, they stayed until 6:15, did not fix the problem, charged us twice as much as it should have cost. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint. I feel like we were hustled and lied to by this company. Please don’t take a chance with them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! They do the work, dont give you a quote and then charge you an INSANE amount for what they did. Half hour service call to hand snake a drain, almost $300!!!

For just $125 theyll be happy to look at your problem and tell you youve got a problem. At this rate, why would they ever actually do any plumbing? EDIT RESPONSE: You cant find me because there is no way in hell Id pay for a bid on a job. Its part of the cost of doing business, just like advertising is. There is literally not a single other plumbing company in the Waco area that charges customers to bid on work. Anyone willing to pay this fee must not have bothered to call a single other plumber in Waco. Bass, Zettler, Smelscer, Staas, Central TX, Ryberg; ALL of them give FREE estimates EXCEPT YOU.

Called Sheltons to replace a broken water heater. New water heater was installed 4 hours after my first call. Cant expect much better than that!

Dons the rudest, most unprofessional person youll ever meet. Hot headed for sure. If you want to use this company, avoid him and ask for someone else.

They tried to charge me $315 to come out without fixing the issue. This place is ridiculous!

If you want prompt service (like someone to come out within a week of you calling for repairs), I wouldnt recommend this business. I couldnt even get someone to call me back.
