Trevor (I think?!) was fantastic today when he discovered that my dually tires weren’t the proper fit when I came in for a tire rotation. Fantastic solution to the problem. Quick and friendly service.

I bought 4 new tires at the Waco Discount Tire store on 10/7/21. After I left I had a slight problem with the way a valve stem was installed. I called the store from my stopped location and they immediately sent out a man named Kyle to assist me. He was extremely professional and got me back on the road and back to the store where he himself fixed the problem. The store manager also came and apologized for my inconvenience. The bottom line is that any store (or employee) can make a mistake. What matters is what happens after the mistake. Kyle did a fantastic job and the store manager was very apologetic and assured me that would never happen again. So even though I had an issue, I want you to know this store is very serious about putting out good work and they will do what it takes to fix any problem. Thats what I want in a tire store. I had an appointment and they got to me quickly. Unfortunately one one my new tires went flat within a block. I went back and they hadnt tightened the valve stem completely. Everything is good now. Very courteous service.

In hour 7 of a 9 hour drive, my tire pressure alert went off and I made my way to Discount Tire. I have done business with Discount Tire for the past 15 years or so, primarily in the Austin area. Im thankful that their great service does not vary by location.I brought my two very excited dogs into the store with me after we limped in on our flat tire. Marcus was kind and courteous, even though he was absolutely slammed (the store looked as though someone kicked an ant hill!). It was a long afternoon waiting, but Marcus went above and beyond taking care of me, ensuring that my tires were replaced, that I got some mileage credit back and that I was headed back home as soon as possible.Thanks Marcus for your above and beyond customer service. There really isnt any place like Discount Tire. If youve been places where you were short shifted, treated badly, or had young men disrespect you, the opposite is true at Discount Tire. Their products are good, their deals are good, and the young men are always, always the most polite as they can possibly be. I gave them five stars but if there were more, I would give them more. I was in there this morning, and I am writing this on todays service as well as several years of frequenting their business.

This store replaced my fiancé’s tires within the last six months. Today, we were on I-35 N headed from Waco to Oklahoma, and his car began to shudder. We pulled off to the nearest auto shop and they confirmed a technician at our last tire change (Discount) had either tightened his lug nuts too much or had finished the job with them too loose.We had a couple more miles before our wheel would have come off completely, leaving us stranded and possibly injured or dead, going 75mph on the highway.We have been Discount Tire customers for years but we will never enter another Discount Tire, and I will be having my car re-serviced with Firestone as a precautionary step.I have attached photos of two of the lug nuts, where you can see significant damage and stripping/shearing.

Experienced a flat tire 12 hour drive from my home. Did not want to have it repaired with such a long drive ahead of me so bought 4 new tires. Bought them online the night before, picked ones that were in stock, scheduled an appointment the next day on line and paid on line. Arrived at store 10 minutes prior to appointment as requested. No paperwork as it was all done on line. Took my Enclave in at 4:50 pm . Expected to wait at least an hour with my 18 month old granddaughter. Called my name in less than 20 minutes. All done!!! Good prices, GREAT SERVICE. And since there is a store close to me in Illinois, the maintenance and perks will be handled locally.

3 hour wait are way too long for me. But once we were waiting on, it was good service.

Unfortunately, my tires are magnets for nails or someone is out just throwing them around town. I’ve brought my car in twice because of nails. Went looking for complete set of Michelin tires for 2012 Mazda. Problem: they no longer make that size. Now l have to research which brand to get; l have always gotten Michelin tires for vehicles l have owned from Dodge Caravan, to Volvo to Granddaughters Fiat to Ford 150 to current Mazda. Bummer.BUT, despite disappointment l plan on returning bc they have good products and personnel. Dale Flake, Asst Mgr. took his time with me, did not lie or exaggerate and despite NOT making a sale then, did not show an attitude. Refreshing!

Discount tire makes having tire issues manageable.

Just sat here waiting for 1.5 hours after making an appointment. Then they tell me two of the tires I ordered arent there yet. Ordered a week ago. Shouldnt they have told me when I checked in? He said he missed it in the system. Avoid this location. Go to Bellmead.

Ive been going to this specific location for years. The people here are always nice and honest - they wont oversell you on anything, and theyll do their best to get you what you need done. They always overestimate their wait times, too - if they say itll be an hour, it will be more like 30 minutes. Quick but quality work and a great staff.

Even though it took an hour and a half to get to us fter we visually saw six people drive in and leave with products I was genuinely happy with the tires I received. I couldnt have done better for the price. The attendants that installed our tires were genuinely nice to us too.

Not happy... Stopped in Waco on the way home from a family vacation when I woke up to a completely flat tire. I took it to the nearest dealership who told me it had to be replaced. Called Discount Tire and was told they had four different options in stock in the size I needed. Whenever I got there however, I was told there were none in stock and had to purchase one a different size than the others. No explanation as to why I was told one thing over the phone (including given specific brands and prices) and another one I got there. I was also told that this would have no effect on driving or the car itself (not true). They also went on and on about their unbeatable prices and warranty even though I explained that I lived 6 hours away and not near another Discount Tire. After getting back home, we decided to get quotes on the remaining three tires which we were able to purchase for much cheaper (about $70 each). Overall not a great experience.

Absolutely thankful and appreciative for the entire discount staff. I’ve been dealing with Donnie, Kyle, and the manager Allen. I’d been having problems with a previous tire shop and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I may not have been the easiest customer to deal with through all the frustrations, but it was all resolved and they were so nice. Greatly appreciative. 5 stars.

They tried really hard to upset me. They dont know or assume ld that I dont know basic math when failing to accurately compare the price of each tire compared to the milage it is rated for. Even tried to sell me tires which were apparently bathed on sunset oil trying to convince me that it somehow gave you a smoother ride. I almost cant imagine anything more gimmicky. Then tried to pressure me to replace my spare without being able to tell me that there was anything wrong with it just saying that its old and should probably be replaced. They even suggested that it could blow out on me if I ever tried to use it. Which I suppose could happen even with a new tire. But a spare that has never been used. Still has all its tread and holds air is in no significant risk of exploding as they well know. In the end the price they quoted me was the highest I have found anywhere in town.

Not that help full...did very little to help..they miss a sale..because of he provide very little in for..was willing to do a good job

Dropped off car for a tire leak repair. I had an appointment, arrived early, but waited in line for 10 minutes before getting helped. They completed the repair in 30 minutes, or less, very quick indeed. Everyone is always friendly there, and they have gone out of their way for me on several occasions for repairs, new tires, and diagnostics.

Their free air check service is great if you dont mind the wait.

Gentleman checking air pressure also checked my tread when I asked and was extremely helpful and courteous!

These guys are so awesome! I had an older truck that I didnt drive much and needed all five tires (no spare). I drove off with less than 500.00 spent and that included the lifetime roadside hazard. My go to tire company...and has been for years.

I was pleased. As soon as I arrived, an employee walked with me to my car and we discussed what I wanted. He told me what to expect, including the wait time. They had me pull it in and out of the bay, which I liked. Mechanics were clean and careful not to soil the interior. 👍

Cheep but reliable place to get tires

We were traveling and something got in my tire and then came out. We showed up after 5:30 and they close at 6 and they fixed my tire and put it back on for me at no charge! I was relieved bc we still had over an hour drive to get home.. they were all very courteous and helpful.

This is the second time Ive bought tires from discount tire. Sometimes the wait is a little long but other than that I felt treated fair and they were finished on time.

Ran over a bolt on the right rear tire and I bought my warranty in 2015, and the tire was not repairable so they replaced it with a new tire. Paid $14.95 to cover the warranty on a new tire. Now thats a deal ! Love Discount Tires they are number 1 in my book.

I was there at this location due to a damaged tire from another Discount down the road. They provided a temporary used tire until the new one arrived. Donnie the assistant manager got me in and out as the vehicle was being used as a courtesy vehicle for a client. Thanks Discount Tire!! 5 star service!!

We stopped by Discount Tire to take advantage of their free tire rotation and balance check. We had made a appointment in advance so the overall process was quick and accurate. Our appointment was at 10:30 AM and technician started a couple of minutes early. The overall process took about 20-25 minutes. The service was quick, the staff was very polite, and helpful.
