05/13/21. So … on March 31st I had Patsco repair my windshield. I was debating replacing it. I’m so glad I didn’t. Less than 2 months later, I’m back! Another chip 😕. Again, they did a fine job.03/31/21. So, after a tiny, tiny chip became an eight inch crack, just outside my line of sight, I decided to do something about it. I called a few places that told me a “repair” wasn’t possible, only a “replacement” (@$300). I’m not opposed to the expense, but I’ve had some horror stories with windshield replacements (water leaks, residual glue, loose trim pieces, etc). When I called Patsco, they said they could repair a crack up to 24 inches. So ... an hour (& $75) later ... the repair was done. Is it perfect? Well, if you know where the crack was and you look for it, you can see a fine, hairline crack ... but I’ll take it. I didn’t have to pay $300 to replace the windshield, another $50 to re-tint the brow, and risk collateral issues. And, it’s warrantied for a year!

A tiny rock flew into my windshield, with this heat, a chip was cracking by the minute. I went here last minute and they had it ready in 30 minutes at the most. I am pleased with how it looks!

I called them after applying for a position and received back a very rude exchange/conversation over the phone. Was asked “why are you talking to us” After I told him I was working but was looking for a higher paying job for better living. Then was hung up on. I’m in Waco, idk if that helps. I’d definitely like to report whoever is the recruiter or person making contact with those looking for work.

I got a rock chip Thursday evening and by noon the next day it had spider cracked to about 6” out. I went to the mall to have it repaired by Patsco and Jerry helped me out right away. It looks so much better and I have high hopes that it won’t continue to travel, it was a pretty sizable nick.

Went in for a small chip and they continued to crack my windshield until they said weve never seen this happen before and there is nothing more we can do!Dont use this place!My 75 dollar chip repair ended requiring a whole new windshield at my cost

Do not waste your time or money as you will most likely end up with a cracked windshield anyway. I had a small rock chip repaired, sort of...The technician was doing too many things and let the adhesive set before the chip was correctly filled, causing the spider legs to still be present. A few days later, a crack formed about 6 inches long... We took it back and they performed further (unsightly) repairs. The very next day the crack spread across the windshield and we now have to replace.

Went to have chip repaired but there is still a part of it visible that blinds me when the sun hits it. Wont use them again.

I havent been serviced myself but from speaking with someone over the phone, I was very put off by their attitude and would recommend looking elsewhere.

You can still see where the chip was before I took it to them. Ill go somewhere else next time.
