I was in town on business on a Sunday(im from Houston). My truck was having brake problems.I called every mechanic in town in Waco to no avail. I called John at his body shop and he provided many leads and phone #s to individuals whom coule help me get back on the road.Not only did he provide leads and phone #s he called me after the fact to check up on me.John Ramirez is an Honest stand up guy.I wouldnt hasitate to give this gentlmen my business. Friendly and helpful staff.I went in for some body work and they fixed my problem in less in five minutes and I was on the road. They gave us the best price in town. Great job

I called late saturday afternoon with bkth fenders falling off and he got me in right away and got me in and out in 30 minutes . Very detailed oriented and impressed by him.

Best body shop! This place went above and beyond to help a bus full of ladies get back on the road. They were quick to help, price was amazing, and very knowledgeable.

New to town and went over to R&J after a mechanic did not show for my appointment. I am so glad he did because the guys at R&J provided excellent service & went beyond what was needed. I went to get my low beams changed, but they checked fuses, tire air pressure, oil, water, adjusted my lights, educated me on a few things about my car, and resurrected my headlights. They look new now. And doing all of this, he also saved me money. I cannot stress enough how happy I am with the services I received. They definitely have my recommendation & if you choose any place else in the area, it would be a foolish decision.

Danny is the most helpful, generous and attentive young man, he will make your visit worth your time. The other young gentleman there is not so much. Something about him kinda rubbed me the wrong way. His eyes tell a story of deceite. I dont get that feeling about people often, but when i do I am usually on point.

These guys saved my life! After going thru a vandalism which left my car in horrible condition. These guys assured me that they would have my car looking brand new and they kept their WORD! My car actually looks better than it did before the Vandalism. The paint job is superb! Very professional and friendly. If anything ever happens to my vehicles this is the only place I’m going to go!

The muffler in our church van fell off pulling out of the Silo’s these sweet men fixed it very quickly and only charged $20! Highly recommend this place 👏🏼

John is great! Had a concert to be at and he made sure I was taken care of and able to make it on time.

Told me he doesnt have time to buff out some bad scratches all over my truck bc he has a lot of work and he only like to deal with insurance so he isnt even gunna mess with it. Not very smart for a small business.
