*UPDATE *I reached out to the owner, Daniel, and he did offer to fix my vehicle and put me in a rental while my car was being fixed. However, I had already taken my car to elsewhere. Daniel did refund me a portion of the amount paid for their services and was very professional. He also assured me that the issue with customer service has been dealt with. -------I used their collision service for body work. They had my car for almost a week before even disassembling it and when I got it back, the paint was a completely different color than my car, the rim did not match after the refinish, and the paint job was just poorly done over all. Air bubbles, they chipped it while putting the mold around my headlight back in place and chipped the paint on the hood of my vehicle. I tried to take my vehicle back to have it done correctly and Dan Neill was extremely unprofessional and just plain rude about all of it. He stated that the paint would never match even if they repainted it, which is inaccurate and they denied chipping the paint on my hood which was not there when the vehicle arrived at their shop. Over all terrible experience and I will never take another vehicle to them. I was not even comfortable letting them try to fix it after the way I was spoken to. Learn how to take responsibility for your poor work and learn some people skills, because that’s not it. Yes, Dan, this one is for you.

I have gone to to these guys for years with great work done on my cars.My last trip there was not good, all they had to do was repaint my passenger door and replace the mirror, when I got it back I could see ripples in my door and painted over, do not know where they came from because it was not like that when I took it. Also the door makes a loud clicking sound when you close it and its also hard to open. I think it was removed or replaced with an old door, ( it was only scratched by a broken mirror, not dented ). Then I washed it and found some kind of silver paint on the rear of the cab, I tried to clean it but it would not come off, so I took it back to have them remove whatever it was, they wanted me to leave it just for that, this was after the owner blamed me for putting it on there, then said it must have already been there. This was bought new with no defects, and I would know because I wash my own cars, and Im very particular about defects, so I would know if it was there from day one.They must have a new painter who has no pride in his workmanship, which carries on to the owners attitude about the issue.If you go there be wary about quality.

Took my car here to get an estimate and called them to ask about it the next day. The mechanic asked me if I was the one with Honda CRV, and I told him yes. Mechanic told me he had drained my oil and said it looked as if it hadnt been changed and looked bad. I told him thats impossible, because I always keep up with my oil changes and engine service care and have records to prove it. I told him I had it changed in December 17 or 20th. I asked him if he could save me a small container of the oil for me to pick up and he told me yes. I told him Id be by in the morning to pick it up to take over to Express Lane. The next day I showed up and the same mechanic pulled an oil stick out (I did not see him get the stick out of my car the first time) and brought it to me. I took pics and he said you see yesterday it was showing down here and the color isnt right and and a younger mechanic was agreeing with him and both said it didnt smell right. So, I left their shop and came back and met the manager of Express Lane at the shop. I was with him when he pulled the stick out of my car. I asked the shop mechanic where small sample of oil was and he said he hadnt drained it yet. I told him that wasnt what you told me yesterday on the phone. He didnt say hardly anything at that point. Express Lane told him the oil was fine and that I am a regular customer and knows my car and he had to explain the oil was stick was full and looked good and smelled like oil and he told the shop mechanic what the noise could be that only occurred immediately after the fender bender and told mechanic my car had never had a noise period. Shop mechanic looked puzzled. My oil guy explained a few things on what it could be from and then left. The shop mechanic was nice.

My 5th visit. Daniel is always friendly and professional, and thats just the beginning. C&C has done body work on our 525i, painted the nose of the 640, repaired and painted a fiberglass ground effects panel on an M3, and earlier this week repaired damage to the 2500 Ram that was the result of a forklift backed into the truck. Perfect paint match every time. Amazing quality. The vehicles are always returned cleaner than when they arrive. Im really particular about who gets to touch my vehicles (one actually goes to Florida when factory service and warranty work is required because the Porsche dealership in Austin or Dallas, which are the closest, are horrible). If you want your vehicle fixed right the first time (body work and paint work) check this company out. #1 all the way!

I took my truck into C&C to get a repair estimate for glass and roof damage from hitting a turkey. They could have easily hit me up for what we were expecting to be a bitter bill but to our surprise and glee, they told us that while there is minor cosmic damage, the integrity of the roof is fine! Then provided us with a great mobile windshield replacement company to come to my work (way out of town) so I wouldn’t miss time. I highly recommend this business and will use them myself when & if the need comes up.

I’ve brought my Challenger here to C&C twice based upon a recommendation from a family member. Both times have been a pleasure. My husband was in a hit & run, so the entire drivers side of his car had to be replaced! C&C provided excellent care to us! When picking up the car you couldn’t tell that it was ever in an accident! I decided not to use them to repair my Avalanche because they didnt seem to interested in doing the work. Even though I had a complete itemized parts, paint and labor estimate.

These guys have awesome customer service and did a fantastic job on my truck. Originally, I had taken my truck to China Spring Oil and Lube for an alignment, but turns out nothing was done to my truck. (As I had suspected.) The guys over at C&C Collision showed me that there was no way China Spring Oil and Lube aligned the truck because the lower ball joints were bad. They jacked the truck up in front of me and I could see the movement in the ball joint. I highly recommend these mechanics. I went to them because I heard from good things about them. Turns out everything I heard was true.
