He was sympathetic and graciously helped us narrow down what sized tractor and which implements would best meet our needs. Bradley was patient and friendly as he answered our many MANY questions and he offered sincere, experience-based advice. We didnt feel pressured in any way, though Bradleys confidence and knowledge of his product convinced us to choose this little beauty right here. We couldnt be more pleased with our purchase and we are grateful to have found our go to source as we learn how to manage our new ranch.In addition, I would like to compliment Johnny, the guy who delivered our tractor to us. He, also, was incredibly kind and helpful as he walked me through some of the features, safety practices and practical advice. I was contemplating replacing an older Kubota tractor and stopped in at WC Tractor (Waco) a few days ago. I had shopped other brands and although I think Kubota is a reputable and dependable; I was not locked into staying with the same. Several other new brands and competitive pricing now exist in the market.While I was at WC Tractor, Mr Lee Sumner approached me and offered his help. My intent was to just get some information on the equipment and then leave. I stayed at the dealership longer than expected, primarily due to Mr. Sumner. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient with my questions. One other trait I noticed, Mr. Sumner is honest with his answers and suggestions. Those traits are very important to me and in a short amount of time, I trusted his integrity.By the next day I had made my decision and accepted an offer from WC Tractor. I’m sure there are other very good employees at this dealership, but I encourage anyone in the market for a new tractor to stop by WC and see Mr. Lee Sumner. I think you will appreciate his “down to earth “ personality and how he treats his customers with respect. He goes out of his way to try and match your needs with the right piece of equipment.

My husband and I bought a brand new Kubota tractor -package deal in October 2020. First, the package was to include a 20 foot trailer(which was advertised ) and we received a 16 ft trailer and was told we needed to purchase the chains and boom to secure the tractor on the trailer. Second, no explaining or instructions at all on the new tractor. Third, we were not allowed to drive off the lot without purchasing their insurance, even though my homeowners included the tractor. Then 6 months later tractor dies after running a few minutes. Take it in and told 1100.00 dollars to flush the fuel tank and fuel lines. Was told warranty would not cover and if we refused service it was going to be 150.00 fee for them diagnosing. What a ripoff!!!! Awful service ... awful representation of Kubota tractors. RIP-OFF!!!!

We also bought a plow through them and Adam was very helpful in getting us what we wanted at a good price. We were also pleased with the prompt delivery and Warren, the delivery man, was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great service center, Max was great not only with service but in addition giving me great information for my tractor.

Blaine at the Dayton location was extremely helpful in assisting me with my lack of knowledge regarding a repair. He found the solution to my issue and went over and above what was expected. He is now my go to guy.

The Queen of Cedar Isle Ranch recently purchased a Kubota for ranch use and fun from Shawn Pede in Waco. He is such a delightful person informing us about everything this gorgeous vehicle does. It is a perfect match for our needs at the ranch. When I was at the dealership I hit my toe on a rock and it started bleeding a lot. Well, Shawn it appears is a paramedic and fixed my toe right up. We wanted a top for the Kubota and Shawn worked hard to locate one and install it. The icing on the cake was that Shawn delivered it to us here at the kingdom himself. He drove it off the trailer and told Lucio, my ranch Manager, and me all about the little details that we will need to know. Shawn is an awesome salesman and a great guy. I am proud to have met him and that he was our salesman. Thanks

Not the typical experience when purchasing a new tractor. Wouldnt you rather get a root canal than go to a dealer and have to play games with prices, options and fees? Well, Matt at Tipton Kubota gave me a great price on my M6060 with loader and Landpride shredder the first time I asked. I was surprised by the lack of fees and charges compared to other dealers in the area. Im glad I shopped brands and dealers and was fortunate to give Tipton a try. I highly recommend Matt and team at Tipton Kubota in Waco. It was the most pleasant experience at a dealer that I have ever had and I saved thousands!
