We went to buddies to get a bed and the lady that helped us was amazing in so many ways. I would recommend buddys to anyone. I am so happy with my experience.

They are very awesome and very helpful store.. I have gotten a lot of stuff from them and have never been disappointed. The manger is very kind and helpful and the employees are also very helpful and very friendly will be coming back again for Christmas 😊

I only had enough cash for a bed but with Buddys Flexible Payment Option I was able to afford a new bed, night stand, dresser, mirror AND a new mattress! The store manager Delta was so nice! She showed me all the different bedroom sets she had and then she walked me through the different payment plans. And they do free delivery and free setup! Great Customer Service! Im so happy with my new bedroom and my low weekly payment. Next time I need anything Im going to Buddys!

To give Buddys 5⭐ is probably not enough! ☺ From the moment my husband and I stepped in the store we were greeted with a Hello! The first time we purchased a bed, and Tiffany was SUPER helpful and so sweet. Then on December 15th, we went in, because we wouldnt be able to attend their Christmas party on Sunday. We were looking for just a sofa and a computer. Delta and Tiffany, (and little help from Santa and a Christmas miracle) were more than willing to make our purchase possible with a sofa and a loveseat and the computer at a great DEAL!My advice, dont pay attention to negative reviews, there is always a reason for them, please believe me when I tell all of you....Delta and her team will go above and beyond to make your dreams come true too.....Merry Christmas....🎄🎅👼⛪

I absolutely love buddys, their staff is very knowledgeable! Their prices are wonderful, love going in there the staff always knows be by name! Would not even consider going anywhere else!

Horrible customer service; especially the management at this location. The selection is very small and limited and if you request them to order an item they dont carry in the store your likely to not hear back from them at all. Also, they do not honor discountstdiscounts for advertised referrals.

Great place for younger fellows like me with no credit built up. They will approve you regardless of your credit and allow you to build it up if you make payments on time. Got a great deal on a ps4 here. Only complaint is that it takes a long time to place an order.

Way over priced. Used range was dirty an scratched up and they wanted more than home depot sold for new. And that was cash price

After paying off a bedroom set and a flat screen TV I called in to pay off my Stereo. They harass you for not paying before your due date then when you call to pay off something they tell you you cant pay over the phone...I owe 14 bucks and Jeff would not take my payment....What kind of business is this? Never shopping with them again.

So we ordered a daybed/trundle bed for my sons and was advised by a *friend* of mine who works there to *order three weeks in advance* in order to get it when we move in. So we ordered and paid 1st months rent on JUNE 17TH, asked 3 times whether it would be in by July 8th and was promised it would be in. We call on July 5th to verify and first they couldnt find the order then was told it would be in on July 10th. JULY 10TH WE WERE ADVISED IT WASNT ON THE TRUCK AND IT WOULD BE IN JULY 21. We call on the 19th and told that no it would be ON THE TRUCK JULY 28TH. Guess what today is and no bed....no one can return a call...no one will refund the money we paid....no one has apologized....NOTHING. I reached out to my *friend* and she wont reply either. Never have I had such horrible service and such an issue with a company of ANY sort! Do. Not. Go. Thru. This. Place. For. ANYTHING

The whole hidden fees on the payment is what gets you....says 34 a week they really mean 50. Not to mention they tell you one thing and do another.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This place is horrible because i tried to go there to day to get a stove and they were closed and when i got in my car to leave a Clerk came out and said if you have a problem you can call my district manager. I said no i have a better place in mind. He turned away and started to walk back in the store and said Stupid M***** F***** . if they are going to treat a proposed customer like that i would NEVER EVER Recommend any one here . God knows how they would treat you after they already have your money !!!!!!!

They can not ever do anything right from the min i got my Refrigerator it leaked water all over my kitchen i was told i would have a new one in three weeks 4 weeks later an still no refrigerator an on top of all that they expected me to pay my regular payments for something that didnt wk an first company that makes u pay for a loaner
