We purchased a pair of blue tooth ear buds and could not figure out how they worked.So being fully charged, we went into the store and asked for help with them. The young man behind the counter flat out refused to help us. He said, if you know anything about Bluetooth, then you would know… I stopped him right there, NO I told him, we don’t know, that’s why we are here… I explained to him that we are in our 50’s & 60’s and are NOT at all familiar with any of this high tech stuff… after going back and forth with him for 5 minutes, my husband says let’s just go.We will not be buying anything from Best Buy again… They sell products that they can’t even help you with? Not American!

It was a pleasure to watch the staff work on a day that went full Karen on them right in front of me.I was shopping for a new cell phone, having been disappointed with some of the local cell providers stores and onsite staff support.I walked into Best Buy as a last resort, but was immediately impressed by the well-organized and descriptive displays. I was able to verify that Best Buy had all the models I was comparative shopping for and they were on display for side-by-side comparison.Right about the time I was going to ask for help a store employee asked if I needed anything. Cory listened intently to what my needs were, asked clarifying questions and quickly steered me toward the phone that met my needs AND fit my budget... even talking me out going for a more expensive model because its added features didnt support my needs.AND Cory pulled it off in the middle of the store going from lightly trafficked to fully crowded. As he addressed my needs, the line of people piled up, causing him to multi-task. Cory continued to answer my questions, get me set up, get me the correct accessories for my phone, transfer my old phone information onto my new one and finish sale. He helped at least 3 other people while closing my deal and was asked by his manager and several of his fellow employees to help with complicated customer service issues while he worked with me.Cory seemed to have super powers. He did Best Buy proud that day.
My husband and I went in to get a TV. Donny helped us and was great. There is a lot we didnt know about TV advancements, as it has been quite a while since weve been on the market for one. He talked to us about our interests and what wed be using it for and matched us with some great options in our price range. Best customer experience at Best Buy ever (hands down!). We even had problems with the TV (not his fault; manufacturer error) and he helped us return and exchange the next day--actually saw us when we came in and recognized us and volunteered to assist us again. Ill absolutely be shopping here again and Id recommend it to anyone in the area. Stay cool Donny, I hope you get to go back to Comic Con soon.
The prices were ridiculous. One person did offer to help me. I wound up going to Walmart and getting the item for $119 rather than $149.
Theyll waste your time if you let them. I called and scheduled an appointment to fix my phone screen. They didnt feel the need to tell me they only fix apples. Keep in mind when you book an appointment they ask what type of phone you have. SMH
Definitely worth visiting this store! Walked in and felt very welcomed by all the staff. They were slammed but everyone was still so attentive. I went in looking for a washer and dryer and planned on visiting a few other stores but ended up purchasing them that visit! They never have what I need. Simple things like phone covers and adapters. I always give a place 3 trys. Im out. I would suggest ordering all your petty electronics on Amazon its just cheaper and always there. Amazon for the win. Of course go to best buy for your computer needs if you need that corporate feel. But there are truly plenty other places that have fixed my lab top or TV in a proper and timely manner for much cheaper.
Took good care of me when a lap top I purchased died on day 7. They gladly accepted the return and gave me a great deal on a replacement for the inconvenience. All good.

I always liked Best Buy, they usually have a price match, so you can get what you want at a cheaper price, their products are very good too, and if you dont see what you want ask a representative of the store and they can order it for you. I bought a sound bar and Im so happy with it, if youre looking for good quality stereo system, TVs, electronic equipment, and even home appliances I would recommend Best Buy and if your not satisfied you can return it with no problems.

We wanted to here different car stereos and the display would not come on. One salesman said oh it should come on in 5 minutes than walked away. we waited for another 15 minutes and it never came back on. so we left.

Did a curbside pickup for a water filter for my fridge and they gave me a box that is torn open, looks like it has water damage on the box and the filter dirty like it was used. Really? This is what your employees think is great customer service?? Why would u even put that back on the shelf to sell? Had to go inside and request a new one. The customer service girl didnt seem too bothered by it. Told me I could get another one. Dont try calling their phone number, because its just a call center that answers their calls because its a company wide decision for their employees not to answer their phone!
I was sold a gift card that doesn’t work. For a $25 gift card I must waste $50 in gas. The 4th time I was transferred to a call center, I was informed that. I was hung up on the other three times I was on hold. Two star because the American employees were nice and helpful at the store and when I called.
As a previous Best Buy customer I am very disappointed that I have to suffer from Best Buys negligence and false advertisement given to me. There was an issue with a fee i was charged. There was supposed to be a call to me with the final decision and Best Buy has failed to do that as well. My family and I will not return as customers again as I have not seen any compensation to what Best Buy has done to me as a customer.
As always, store has a great variety of items, sections are clearly marked, making easier to find what you are looking for. Prices and specials are always the best price you can find and if you find a lower price, theyll match. You dont go wrong going there. Fast checkout and great and friendly customer service.

Always open your games and movies purchased while at checkout in front of clerks. We have twice purchased items that once opening at home were not the correct items. One game was not the correct game inside the case. The other was a dvd set of harry potter movies in which the last dvd was missing. Just to show you need to be careful at big box name stores!

During COVID, the return policy time should be lengthened because I highly doubt yall want people going there while theyve had COVID just to return something before the 15 days it up. Now I have a $60 laptop charger and no computer to use it on.

Through his help and advice, I bought an inexpensive Laser Printer.After that, I had installation problems. Worked with Michael, then Juan from the Geek Squad, and they helped me tremendously.I would give all of them a ten plus if I could. I have given a four star, because although they were VERY PATIENT, polite, excellent service with me, I knew they were busy. Did not stop them from getting a resolution.I know its hard to staff appropriately, but every encounter I have had with Best Buy, other states included, they seem to be a bit short handed. Saying that, as it took 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Often I just hang up, but I was desperate this time.I ordered this printer online, it came in a day early, and I picked it up with curbside service. Excellent.

They were contracted to deliver a refrigerator and remove the old one. They did not take the doors off the old one when they removed it and damaged it so they said they could not take it and just left it on my curb. I am very disappointed.

I had gotten a computer (HP) for my daughter and she started having trouble with it and I was afraid I was going to have trouble taking it back. I asked for the manager/supervisor and that’s when I got Kevin. He was so friendly and helpful. Not only did he do the refund but walked over with us to help us pick out a new one (not an HP). All I can say is Kevin is a true asset to the company.
This Best Buy location is by far the best Ive ever been to. I have tremendous problems with my forbidden forest - I am Scottish, and grow hair fast. Todd M., the general manager, guided me to buying a top-tier AND cheap electric razor to keep my snatchpatch under control. For me Best Buy has always been hit or miss. Just depends on the day and whos working. Today, we were greeted coming and going. We only shopped a few areas because we were targeting a specific item. I went online to search for home Tax Preparation software. I chose to visit this particular Best Buy. Since the website said they carried. First of all! Of all the associates there! Not one greated me. Which, I overlooked at the time. Since I had never been to this store, I looked for banners to direct me to a department I felt it would be located at. Did not find one. I past several employees as I walked the isles, again! No one offered assistance. I finally walk over to the Geeksquad counter. After waiting my turn, the person behind the counter, did not know, but, said he didnt think they carried in the store. He did take me to a section that did not have them. But he tried! I walked around a bit more. Nothing! This is what I saw..the woman leaning! Was steps away from where I was looking..terrible! I Walked back to take the picture.I did however go next door to Office Depot, and was greeted upon entering! Directed to exactly to what I needed! And was helped by a very nice cashier. She registered me for their rewards program..Gave me so much information about rawards to be collected! $ and took my email address to receive coupons. BestBuy! will never have my business...Here in Waco, Texas

So I have to brag about the local Best Buy and Geek Squad Team here in Waco. I recently tried to purchase a treadmill online with Best Buy. Unfortunately, the third-party contractor failed to communicate effectively and never showed up during my delivery window. Needless to say, I was very upset because I took time off from work to have the treadmill delivered and installed. In any case, the gyms were beginning to reopen anyway, so I ended up cancelling the order. I was also shopping around for TVs and home theater equipment and walked into the Best Buy to browse. I ended up talking to Daniel who was very knowledgeable and professional and recommended an in-home advisor appointment with Brandon. Brandon came out to my place and I explained what I wanted, and he basically ran with it. He made his recommendations for my bedroom, living room, and the extra bedroom which I was looking to convert into a home gym. I trusted his expertise and am glad I did. I explained my previous experience with the third-party contractor, and Brandon assured me that it would be Geek Squad delivering and installing the equipment. I was reluctant to take any more time away from work, but they were able to schedule it on a Saturday. Micha, Bear, and Shiloh came out and delivered and wall-mounted three large TVs, two consoles, sound bars, sub-woofers, and surround speakers. The amount of work they knocked out in one afternoon was absolutely impressive. They were all very polite and professional. I am not very tech savvy and would rather pay someone who knows what they are doing. I was so impressed, I went back to the store and spoke with Donny, the store manager, to rave about his team. I ended up ordering another treadmill (more expensive than the previous one as it was sold out) contingent on the fact that the Geek Squad would deliver and install it. Donny was able to accommodate my request and made this happen! Shiloh and Bear came back out and knocked it out of the park. Treadmill was large, heavy, and awkward to maneuver, but they executed flawlessly (hopefully, I never have to try and move it on my own). Micha followed up when I had technical issues with the speakers—a quick power cycle resolved it. I have a very restrictive schedule, but again the Best Buy Team was flexible and able to accommodate. All told, I probably spent close to 20k and would do it again in a heartbeat. Donny, I can’t thank you and your entire team enough. The service was outstanding and my experience with the Geek Squad, the warranties I purchased, and the technical support will undoubtedly earn more of my business in the future.
Our sales associate couldnt have been nicer. He was patient and a great resource for helping us figure out which laptop would be a good fit for us.The store itself is frustrating. Other retailers are fully open, but best buy requires an appointment and it cannot be made for same day. They even have their parking lot roped off. Well probably order from Amazon for our next electronics purchase.

This location is busy. I do online shopping but need help so I decided to go in person. It took awhile to get help but staff is very nice and friendly. My problem was not resolved in person. I was shopping for a washer and dryer and everything I wanted was on backorder or out of stock. Sales associate not very knowledgeable but helped as much as she could.
