My wife and I had the Pleasure Of booking reservations for the comedy show. It was absolutely the best choice of our nightlife part of the trip. We recommend that anyone visiting attend one of the shows. Comedians are performing from different parts of the US, the place is private, enjoy after hours shopping and don’t forget ..BYOB.

I believe this tour to be the best well spent time and money of our entire trip. Booked the tour to be the first thing we did in Waco. Joey is a fantastic guide with a lot of knowledge (some not publicly known) of Waco and The Fixer Upper program and The Magnolia effect. The tour included a lot of humor, facts and a fantastic lunch. It will last at least 4 hours in an air conditioned twelve passenger bus. Best tour and tour guide ever!! Loved the store Savage Finds as well!!

Joe’s tour was awesome. He was a great guide! He definitely had the inside scoop on all things Magnolia. Lunch was also great at a little cafe/boutique type shop. I highly recommend it!

You need to go! Went to the opening show on NYE and it was hilariously great. Awesome venue and the owners went out of their way to make sure everyone felt welcome. Comedy has a new home in Waco and downtown is better for it.

We went on the 4-hour tour with Joey as our guide. We all loved it. Joey is funny and made it a fantastic experience. Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we went to the comedy club that evening. OMG. So fun, laughed laughed laughed and best value entertainment we have ever experienced. Whether or not you love Fixer upper show, you will love the tour and with four comedians during the comedy show, everyone will be laughing.

I dragged my hubby on a date night, when we walked in he was curious and by the time it was over he was drying laughing!Landry was hilarious and the ambiance was so welcoming and comfortable! Cant wait to go again!

My wife and I celebrated our 36th anniversary with Joey and Tammy! The tour was fantastic! This was a great way to see some of the Fixer-Upper homes. The value of the tour package was great, as it included the Waco/Fixer-Upper homes tour, lunch, and two make and take classes. We had a great time with the classes, as we discovered 7 of the 8 participants were fellow teachers from other states. This ranked right up there with our 25th anniversary trip to Hawaii! Thanks for making our day special!

The owner is a comedian and narrates the tour himself. He is hilarious. The tour covers all of waco and many of chip and joannas fixer uppers, as well as their homes and businesses. It starts from the silo district so you can tour that area before or after the tour. He stops at harps woodworking and the original magnolia and allows you all the time you want to shop. He also stops for an hour lunch included in the price. If you want an over the top tour of waco this is the one to book.

A great mix of interesting facts about Waco, Chip and Joanna, Fixer Upper and the owner’s personal stories.The tour guide, Joey, is very entertaining and makes the entire trip so fun.The tour stars at antique store, Savage Finds. There’s a few historical homes, fixer upper houses (ones on the show and ones that weren’t on the show)a stop at Clint Harp’s store, a stop at the first Magnolia store (bring your wallet for some great deals) and lunch at LaFiesta! (Amazing choices of TexMex dishes included in your ticket price!)As you move through town, you see the mix of cultural diversity and the ground work that Chip and Joanna has started to help revitalize neighborhoods.After lunch is one last stop for photo opportunities at the Cottonwood Castle recently purchased by Chip and Jo.This is the best tour in town. You won’t be disappointed!
