So much is locked up in glass cases, push the call button, and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come unlock it for you. Gets annoying, especially if you need multiple items from different cases. I just want some dam socks and boxers, lol. Got tired of waiting and just went to Target.

We had the most amazing experience with sales associate Ms. Helen helping us in the fabric / sewing department. People sometimes are learning things from the beginning. Precious Helen was so patient & informative, and so informative. She showed us what we needed and she was very passionate about her job, ready to help. I like this Walmart, but this experience was over the top. Thank you Helen, you are much appreciated!

This Walmart is located on the 78 freeway, off the Sycamore exit, in Vista, CA. Ive been shopping at this Walmart, since the 90s. And, its ALWAYS busy! There are Never More than 3-4 registers open, with cashiers, but they have 10-12 registers. Yes, there is Self-Checkout however, that too requires waiting for assistance. Id have to say that this specific store is Long Over Due for a Larger floor plan that will allow more room for a larger inventory to be stocked; due to our consistently growing population, within our County.

Overwhelming. Had difficulty finding sections of items I was looking for. Truly thought I was going to get lost and not find my way out!

Ridiculous... I waited for over 10 minutes at a lock up cabinet to get baby food... Multiple employees walked past me and ignored when I asked if they could call someone to get a key... I pressed the call button every 2 minutes... I even called the store to try to talk to anybody after an employee walked by and said sorry sir I cant help you Im in customer service.... Management at the store has no idea what they are doing

The service worked great the first time that I used it. The second time though, I canceled within the time that I had to because I wasnt going to be to pick it up in time. The next day I went to walmart to purchase the things that I had wanted only to find out that even though they were able to take $ from my bank account within seconds, that I my original payment wouldnt be refunded for 7 DAYS! That is ridiculous. If you ever have to cancel I would let the order go through then take all the groceries back into the store and get a refund at the customer service desk.

I live closer to another Walmart, but I always go out of my way to go to this one. Those one just seems cleaner, shelves are stocked, doesnt look as picked through. Plus my Eye Dr., Dr. Fuchs is here, and she is the best.

Cheaper price in CA relatively. Wide area for parking. I got parking for my Semi Truck Trailer. I bought a working shoes iron toe for $ 23.78

I am always at this Walmart giving them all of my money😂 I love my neighborhood store. Always friendly staff and great prices.

Super Walmart at sycamore and Washington in vista is a great place to shop I bought two large bags of soil for my garden at $5.50 each the store is clean very affordable pricing and I love going there unfortunately I was in a hurry to pay my bills at customer service counter on Friday and I forgot to snap a pic... Sorry 😐 hope this helps anyway

This is a huge place. Everything you need under one roof. Great stock up place before road trip. Clean bathrooms

Idk. Its Walmart 🤷🏿‍♂️. Good expect the unexpected with min. expectations.. I stayed longer then planned, recall feeling satisfied with more items then on my shopping list not over budget.

As far as a Walmart goes, this was a nice one. Very nice, big store. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we needed help a few times, and the gentleman that helped us went out of his way to make sure we found what we needed.

Its been over 18 mos. since I was last here. I dont believe in self checkout, it takes away jobs from people. ALL lines were self checkout ... I also dont believe in working as a clerk and not getting paid, so for self checkout, Ill shop online!I see why prices are low. . . but people need jobs.

I decided today, I am never ever buying anything from Walmart again. I wanted to purchase a new cell phone from this store because my boyfriend just got good deals on 2 phones he recently purchased from this store. I have been trying to call for weeks to make sure the phone person was in the store and nobody answers. I called corporate, who answered right away, and they couldn’t get through either. So I took a chance and drove 25 minutes to this store. Walked up to electronics and there were two employees standing behind the counter. Must of been a rare occasion since my calls were never answered. They told me the phone guy will not be there for another 2 hours. I explained to them that maybe their phone system is down because that is exactly the reason I was trying to call. Walmart makes a fortune, you think they could pay people enough to want to work there. Get new managers.

Ive gotten addicted to going to Walmart over the last few years... they have all my essential needs plus everything beyond those needs to spark my curiosity or pick up a new hobby! I have literally spent HOURS in there!! The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because every time Ive had to call about a specific item or issue, it was truly a waste of time. Either no answer at all or got put on hold till I would hang up or they would try n push me off onto someone else who didnt have an answer for me.

Not a good managed Wal Mart. School supplies in the outdoor stuff and everything I wanted was locked up. Dickeys pants? Locked up and NOT organized. Bike tubes? Locked up. We encountered 4 employees so we could unlock things, otherwise not one approached for help but they stocked those sharpies next to the Neem oil.... So theres that. 😐

Good luck getting help from any associate. 20+ min waiting for someone to open the paint section and nobody was good to attend, called and no one picked up the phoneJust pathetic service

Im not a Walmart shopper but I needed to go there for a money order. The staff was friendly and the service was great. They took their time to make sure that I was satisfied. Still not a Walmart shopper but it is a nice place it seems to shop at.

Most Employees NOT wearing masks .I had a question for employee, Sbeidy, and asked her to put her mask on first. She did not and asked me what my question was. I told her I wanted to have an item scanned for the price and could she please put her mask on first. She said “show me the item you want scanned”. I replied I’d really prefer if she put her mask on first and does she have a mask.( Which she clearly did not!).She said “ My mask is on the other side of the store . What do you want scanned?”I asked another employee to speak to a MGR. Whom they now call “ Coaches”. He kindly called the Coach who said “she would be there in 5 mins.”She NEVER came !!I called Walmart National Headquarters, waited on hold for 10 mins. and THEY DISCONNECTED ME!!!

Good friendly customer service. Pharmacy opens timely with longer hours compared to CVS pharmacy in Target across the street. Pharmacy provides helpful reminders about refills with cost, pick up time, and option to choose an earlier pick up time, all through text messages. Clean with lots of stock on the shelf, or order online and pick up at store. Positive experience and would highly recommend it.

Love to save money here can almost always make it one stop shopping.

Please check online that they have the item you are looking for in stock. I recently went to this Walmart and they really didnt have much of what I was looking for considering they are a Walmart SUPERCENTER.

We have always used online ordering for our groceries and never a problem. Today we went waited in line for space to open for pickup. We tried for over 20 minutes calling the phone number posted to check in but went directly to voicemail stating mailbox was full. I felt sorry for the two young men trying to take care of so many people already there and lining up again. During these times it would be nice if you would give them more help so they can complete all of the orders being picked up. Thank you all

The outside pick up is very efficient. The employees will ask you about your order before you even make a call to the number listed. They always have the orders ready on time and each employee always greets you with a Good Morning or Afternoon and say a parting statement once your order is loaded!

Terrible store in vista Ca. Shelves are empty and prices mismarked everywhere. Aisles jammed with junk food displays. No stock of daily needed items. No associates to help. Needs inspection and overhaul of management.

Im disabled, and I didnt have enough money for my purchase a wonderful couple offered to pay my purchase on top of that I left my ph. on a electric scooter someone turned it in and was returned by Walmart god bless that couple and I will return to Wal-Mart

It was what is to be expected of Walmart. Overall, the store is good, provides quality at a very affordable price. But for some reason that seems to attract a rather questionable crowd. I see it time and time again, theres always something notable that I see a Walmart customer do, Everytime I go. I guess you could chalk it up to being shopping with an aspect of entertainment.Overall, for the savings, definitely recommend the store. Staff I encountered were friendly and helpful

Had a really difficult time with store help who was lazy, incompetent and rude.Product selection, and stock levels were a big problem as well as items not entered in the SKU/Inventory System which I was informed was my problem to fix by losing my place in line, running to the back of the Store and verifying pricing by taking a photo with my phone. I asked if they could instead radio to have someone else nearby (who actually works there) walk over and verify instead. Cashier and Supervisor literally refused my request. I was frustrated but not rude or irate, so I can only conclude that this behavior was motivated by some form of discrimination instead. (Nothing unheard of in my world as a trans person but it was still really surreal and hurtful).

Must not treat their workers well because the guy in the Walmart vest told me he didn’t work there. He seemed to hate life. Personal problem? Idk but I still Couldn’t get any help to get a bicycle tire which for some reason is locked behind glass. Like bicycle riders are criminals and steal more than any other section?

Huge store. They have all the trimmings, including a vision center and a salon. The staff is very friendly. The traffic in the area can be insane, but it’s pretty easy to get back on the 78 West.

Friendly staff and helpful, close by the house, most of the time they are in stock, put there are times they are not.

What can I say, its Walmart. Clean helpful employees. Got my vaccine there. Ps, Walmart has the fastest Wi-fi Ive ever used! NASA fast!

Well the craziness has begun again. Theres no toilet paper in the store small amount of paper towels. There was a pallet of Clorox disinfecting wipes. The rest of the store appeared to be well stocked. The store was not overcrowded and it was clean and organized..

I went in, picked up bananas, laundry soap and my new fitbit. Joseph at the electronics department was very helpful, knowledgeable and extraordinarily flexible as he multitasked as he was the only one manning the department. While I selected my item, he assisted customers, ran them out, then took care of the line if customers waiting to pay, assisted someone with their large purchase, came back and continued assisting a new line of customers that gathered whole assisting the last customer with their large purchase; all the while, checking the telephone that rang almost non-stop. He seemed calm, as he took care of all questions and assisted us all with getting products from the locked displays and making small chat with us all and thanking us for shopping. I wished him a great day as I I paid and left, and added that I hoped he would get someone to come help him out soon, he smiled and agreed.

Ive never waited in line for 40 minutes for just one item at any walmart, which was a bottle of Stella Rose Moscato, the employee at the self checkout said I had to go to the only two registers open & I can only go to the cashier that could authorize my alcohol purchase cuz the other cashier couldnt, I felt bad for cashier cuz she had two people with full carts of groceries.

Half the products of all kids and clearance aisle didnt have prices. Good low prices on some things.

I really like picking up my groceries from Walmart. They are friendly and organized. It’s so much better than going In the store.

They are always available and I drive from Escondido because our location never has spots same day or next day. I appreciate the workers from the Vista location a ton! Thank you for your hard work! You give me peace of mind and a break from grocery shopping with my two kids. I am so grateful!

I came to purchase some Christmas candy and the aisle was blocked at both ends. I asked if I could get in, mind you I was in the electric cart which didnt work, and she was rude so I asked the other lady and she said she would move the pallet and let me through. I know it is a busy time and you need to restock shelves, but your customers are important too.
