The experience from the pharmacy I received was amazing! I believe the cashier named Amethyst was the girl who checked me out, and my was I impressed! Ive been coming to this pharmacy for over a two years now, and never have I ever been impressed by the level of customer service until she started! She knew my name and made me feel like I belonged there! I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants fast service done right!

Very rarely do they have a line. Every time i go im the only one un line and there quick to help me with a smile on there face. Speedy service. Im in and out in less than 5 minutes. I prefer this pharmacy over any in other pharmacy in visalia.

Do not use this pharmacy!! . They do not answer their phones when you call to speak to a pharmacy associate. Twice now in a row theyve claim that they did not receive prescription refill faxes from my doctors office when I have evidence that they have. I called once 30+ times and never got to talk to anyone.. Instead they picked up the ringing phone and immediately hung up, twice.. So as not to deal with my call. They are clearly to busy and to swamped with prescription orders to care about me and probably you. I wouldnt have given them a star at all if I had that as an option. Either they need to hire more help or they truly do not care. Save yourself a lot of mental anguish and go elsewhere.

Great service and I got checked out pretty fast. Pretty much the best place to get your prescription when youre in a hurry.

People who work there are always friendly and smile. Yeah, way better than noble.

No issues when I called to get a price quote and check if product was in stock. Pharmacist was friendly and let me ask everything I needed to ask before jumping in to answer

The employees are nice and management is very kind and helps you as soon as they can.even when you go to walk out the employee or employees yhat hace to check your receipt are very kind and happy and has a smile on there face. There is one guy that I really really like he was there today but I clocked out because I saw him walk to his car as my Godmom and I were going to our car I just dont know his name though.

Nice people alwasys try their best to help.BUT the managment of the pharmacys like answering phones to to ck your Meds or a text to my phone has been the worst yr.scents i have been going hear.Thay really need better organization in the place and more help.I really love the people and its not right to blame them i hope i dont have to go els where.

Ordered then reordered moms meds

Worst customer service. Walked down there to pick up prescription they told me it wasnt ready. Got all the way home to find out it was there the whole time. Management was rude.
