So far my experience through this store is turning into a nightmare. Came here on Friday around noon for a covid test. Did the test, flew to Galveston, TX for a cruise Sunday. Got my text for the results Saturday night but the birthday was put in wrong so I cant log in through the link and the results arent on my MyChart because of it. Then to top it off for some moronic reason CVS doesnt have covid results linked to the stores computers and the only way I can call and get my results is the mycare number which isnt open on weekends. So Im currently scrambling halfway across the country finding another test hoping my results come in before the boat leaves. Avoid this place like the plague...

Plan on sitting in the drive through for sometimes up to an hour as no cars move waiting for your prescriptions.Pharmacists are not friendly and they even put the wrong name and birthdate on my daughters covid test and told me it wouldnt have mattered because the last name and insurance was correct.I dont know whats going on here.

I could probably drive across town to the other CVS get my meds and come back quicker than this CVS. I dont know why but I have spent at least 30 minutes waiting to get my meds every time I have come here since moving.

Apparently having an appointment doesnt mean much here. Arrived on time, was told to stand in line with people picking up prescriptions (who dont have appointments) finally got to the counter 15 minutes after my appointment time, and told to have a seat and theyll call my name. Now its more than 30 minutes past my appointment time and still waiting. Meanwhile, the walk up customers keep getting waited on. Grrrrr. UPDATE - Finally was seen 38 minutes after the appointment time. Another customer with an appointment at 6:30 got here at 5:45 (before me) and still hasnt been seen.

This drive thru pharmacy is ridiculous! The worse I have ever experienced! I Waited for almost and hour to pick up my medication. I will never ever come back to this pharmacy again!!!

The difference at this pharmacy is truly night and day according to who the head pharmacist is at the time you go. If you want prompt help and a normal cordial interaction one MUST go duringCandice Cummings shift. She is absolutely a wonderful person, hard work ethic, sweet, precise, efficient, cordial. Shes an all star! Your script will be bust out & filled on the spot in less then half the time it takes her counterpart (who works her off hours) to explain the many elaborate reasons why 7-8 hrs before they close is not enough time for her to fill the script. Yes even though in stock, & though u have plenty of refills, & fill it monthly, which Candace has always demonstrated in 5 mins, w/perhaps a time or two up to/no more then 10 mins (literally, not once more then that).Candaces co-workers follow her positive upbeat energy and work ethic and true synergy is felt among the crew its a marvelous thing to behold.When her counterpart is working her off hours the exact oppositte is true, literal night and day. She chooses to drag her feet, wo is me, w/a terminal case of the cant do its or as Bush 1 put it:not gonna do it, not gonna do its only if this other pharmacist could be more like him a bit in that he did do it and still increased taxes this pharmacist is a woman of her word, she wont do it, not gonna try, cant do it, for this reason or that.Such a stark contrast thpugh is the closest pharmacy yo home and so still happily go during Candices hours. If I wslk in and shes mot there I walk out and Do Not Waste My Time. If you try she will punish you, make u feel like your sabatoging her day and life by asking her to do what shes paid (extremely well Id gather) to do.I give 1 star as i believe others have seen this reported it and her coworkers have noted it but rather then reprimand her she still leads a shift? Why? After years shes still there doing the same Negative Nancy routine reaking havoc on CVSs image, simultaneously increasing Candices workload by multitudes rather then being of any real help and decreasing it aa shes paid to do.The clearest picture one can paint of attitude determines altitudeOr law of attraction, bad energy spreads bad through workforce and positive spreads positive or whatever quote or sayimg u want to call it. Good & bad, night & day, happy - sad, welcoming-mean, so on n so forth. A great real world scenario for entry level college course in social dynamics/business environments etc a group comm 101 juxtapose analysis for comprehension. Candice thinks she can, knows she can, she can, & does. Her counterpart, with contrasting beliefs, doesnt, & wont.I am sad they havent replaced her After the 3+ years Ive witnessed this nothing has changed. In short Candace/candice? = 5starsHer raven haired counterpart = (-5)Though because Miss Cummings is so radical the 1 her attitude n positive force overcomes the 0 the -5 neautralizes to which is impossible in most cases which is testament to her force for good.Amen, plz know what I speak is true. In no way am I negative or judgmental. Took me 3 years of nothing changing to build momentum towards me finally seeing my time must be given up to write this truth in hopes more light may be shown and for constructive purposes, no other purpose is intended whatsoever in this review.Peace + Positive energy to all who read this and surely even to all whom dont. Humanity must & can evolve, which is what I forever hope. To do so we must speak truth in a world of lies, and seek to amend that which prevents sustainability, health, equality, evolution. Lets seek solutions rather then adding to the chaos and destruction sidelines as nay sayers n critics the world has plenty enough of these already.

Thought I was the only one with issues regarding pharmacy, apparently others have had exact experiences as I have, such as the super long wait times on filling prescriptions, also the pharmacy drive-thru is ridiculous on how long they take! Feels like forever just to get to the window, they take SO long..also customer service in pharmacy needs great improvement.

I do not understand them. Wont take my Google pay via drive through. Not heard of something like this before.Explanation given by employee: none of me or my colleagues are comfortable taking your phone for the pay wasted my lunch time. Being a physician, wont send my patients to this pharmacy location. Sad that they make patient experience so uncomfortable.

I fill the same medications every month but the never seem to have the medications in stock and it’s not a uncommon medicine. I always in up having to take the prescription to another CVS to get filled. So this month I decided to just take my prescription to the other CVS on Caldwell on Saturday and guess what they won’t have until Wednesday what’s up with CVS Not Happy At All.

The staff is great and has been since they opened. What has changed is that the next closest CVS closed its doors which has displaced that store’s mostly poor Clientele. This CVS is now overrun with too many clients and the store is not equipped to handle the sheer amount of prescriptions it has to fill daily. They suffer from over work and not enough staff to get it right in a timely manner. I feel for them, but wewill be moving our prescriptions.

Absolutely horrible service. They did not alert my patient when her prescription was ready. When my patient called in to ask the status of her prescription, they told her no such prescription existed. When I called to confirm that they had received the verbal prescription I had left on their voicemail, they did confirm that they had a prescription for her. They made no effort to contact her once they realized their error. Then, they refused to accept goodRX coupons, therefore costing my patient $77 something that should have cost $11. Staff was completely unhelpful, and I will not be recommending this pharmacy to any patients of mine.

They always seem understaffed and theres long wait times. Often they cant fill my prescription that day, and have issues with accepting my insurance when other pharmacies do not. Highly recommend the Walmart neighborhood market pharmacy right next door, much better service!

AVOID THIS PHARMACY: The pharmacist here thinks they know more then doctors who write prescriptions.They refuse to fill prescriptions written by doctors based on their own preferences and not based on negative medication reactions.This pharmacy consistently lies, claims prescriptions are ready to pick up when they are not, and creates problems with even basic perscriptions.They refused to fill my kids ADHD medicine claiming he didnt need it, despite having no diagnostic experience and the child being on the medication for over a year. Because of their refusal to fill the medication and subsequent issues having the medication switched to another location my child went without medicine and suffered severe negative reactions to coming off the medication to fast.Avoid this pharmacy at all cost and use one with pharmacists who do their job rather then try to operate as doctors despite their lack of diagnostic experience.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this Pharmacy. At first I thought it was my insurance company but its become clear that it is this Pharmacy.I was prescribed a medication that required the Pharmacy calling my insurance company and verifying the amount prescribed. When I went to pick up the medication they told me that the prescription had not been filled because of some error code. They did not call to inform me there was an issue, I had to find out when I came to pick up the prescription over 8 hours after the prescription had been given to the Pharmacy.I call my insurance company and the insurance company explains that the prescription is covered but that the Pharmacy must call and verify the prescription and amount.I call the Pharmacy today and explain the problem to them. The woman on the phone informs me, we might call them today but probably not until tomorrow. we are short. I cut her off mid sentence and said No youre going to call today. This is a problem on your end not mine or my insurance companies. Im in a lot of pain right now and I should have received the prescription yesterday.That is completely unacceptable customer service on numerous levels. 1. They should have called me yesterday as soon as there was an issue. 2. Then to try and put off doing their jobs which should have been done yesterday. That is completely unacceptable.I have had issues with other prescriptions as well. This pharmacy does what is convent for the staff and does not do their job.

Weve had our prescriptions filled here for several years. At first, they were great, but over the last year or so their customer service and apparent competency has taken a nosedive. It used to just be that prescriptions werent filled when they were supposed to be (e.g. wed get a text that the prescription was ready, but when we went to pick it up theyd tell us they hadnt even started it yet). Now, weve had several instances where theyve actually given us the wrong medication, either medications that the doctor had discontinued or the wrong dosage, and mostly recently when weve asked them to fix it theyve told us that were wrong or confused.Im not sure what happened (because, again, they used to be good), but there are a number of different pharmacies within a short distance from this one. If youre trying to find a solid pharmacy in the area, there are options, but I would strongly recommend that this location not be considered one of them.

They had what I was looking for but the pharmacy takes way to long to fill in orders. My doctor predicted they should be done with the order in an hour or so (mind you this was at 9am) and they weren’t done until the next day.

I just came from there. The check out lady was nice and helpful, but the manager in the other hand was a complete idiot! I end up at the CVS on Caldwell and the found a solution for my request right away and with no problem.

Very slow, bad customer service. Called ahead of time to make sure my prescriptions were ready for pick up, they said yes. Went to go get them and had to wait over 30 mintues, just for the pharmacist to come back from lunch before i could get scripts. Insane!!!! Considering they were dropped off at noon and its now 6:30pm Dont waste your time at this location, go somewhere else if you want to save time and your sanity.

Last night their pharmacy closed before their listed closing time of 9:00. Many pharmacy staff members were still working. Living 20 miles away, and having been a customer for many years, I asked for any option like a few pills courtesy, as I was completely out, or using the front register as the rest of the store was open until 10:00. The store Manager, could only say that that he was sorry our clocks were not in sync. ( I was using the time off my cell phone.) He said I should have arrived 10 minutes earlier. As I see so many unsatisfied customer comments, CVS needs to look at look at their service and certainly, their night Managers customer skills.

My family member had surgery and was not discharged at about 8:20 pm. We went to CVS on Demaree was told to come back 5 days later for the medication the surgeon prescribed. When I asked if the employee of the CVS on Demaree could check othe CVS pharmacies to see where they had the medication,, she stated she could not. I asked if she could call, she stated she could not. I would have to just take the prescription to another pharmacy and they can tell me. CVS pharmacies close at 9 pm. I left the CVS on Demaree at 8:32 and arrived at the CVS on Caldwell around 8:46. The staff were very helpful. The pharmacist explained the policy and proceeded to help us. This is the second time CVS on Demaree has dropped the ball over something as simple as making a phone call.Had a phone call been made, my information could have been verified, the pharmacist at another CVS could begin filling the prescription while and when I arrived, all I would need to do is show the verified documents and pick up the prescription. It would have saved me time and the staff at the other CVS time.The first time, I returned and coached the staff member on going a little further and calling the healthcare company to verify their companys records instead of assuming the consumer is incorrect and having the consumer spend time and money to figure out theur mistake.Im beginning to believe that serve yourself first is the culture of this CVS. This is leaderships opportunity to train these employees and build real connections between co-workers and leadership.
