I am disappointed, shoe palace in Visalia used to be our favorite! We have been twice in the last week and both times the employees were too busy talking to be very helpful. When approached and asked for help they act almost bothered. The sad part is we were there for three pairs of shoes, the sale would have been at least $400 hopefully this review will help return the service to what it used to be.

Low prices on most popular style shoes, very modern design inside and clean.

Decent variety of shoes lots of colorways only issue I had here at this location was they didnt have lots of shoes in my size 11. Settled for some Nike SB

The worst customer service ever, I went in to exchange a pair of shoes for store credit, I did not wear these shoes at all only tried them on. The ladies that were working there did not allow me to make an exchange/ refund because they claimed the shoes have been worn and even accused me of cleaning them. A week later I took the shoes to a different Shoe Palace and they refunded me back my money for the shoes with no problem. Visalia Shoe Palace not only accused me of cleaning the shoes, but also accused me of wearing them outside which I didn’t. So if you want rude service and if you want to be accused of something you didn’t do come to this Shoe Palace.

Had the most amazing customer service the whole staff was great! Lexus the manager help me find great shoes for me and my family.Lexus showed amazing customer care and made us feel like we were at home. I shop a lot and can say this store gave me the best experience, you could also see the team Work in the short time I was in the store you could tell manager Lexus has a lot to do with the success of the entire store.I will be buying all of our shoes here from now on.

Good customer service. Was not over obtrusive while browsing and was attentive when ready to try on sizes and purchase. Pricing is in line with Foot Locker and all the other shoe stores that sell Nike in this town.

Fresh Selction of Sneakers way better than Sheikhs and Foot Lockers. Store is very Nice on the inside and had Sales. Customers service is great, they did not have my size in store. Arturo called the Fresno location and found me the Size I needed. Thanks Shoe Palace Visalia! Will be Back!

Terrible customer service, we asked for a shoe size and the lady that was helping us forgot the shoe size then came back with one shoe. We asked for the other shoe then she told us that the store policy was you could only try on one shoe, how convenient right... Then we asked for a different shoe and the lady came back ten minutes later with one shoe againThe shoe didnt fit so we asked the lady for a different size she didnt come back after about 7 minutes so we left. Also they never came back and asked if the shoe fits or if we wanted to try on another pair. All of the other shoe palaces that we have been to there had been great customer service. So in conclusion drive down the street to the mall and go to foot locker. The parking lot also had lots of trash all over.

Dont come here they have the worst attitude. I ask the guy if I had my size and he was straight up rude. He made me say please when I asked kindly if he had my size. And then as I was walking back to put the shoe away he comes up behind me and snatches the shoe way. Worst customer service ever. I did not feel welcome at all. Never coming back here again. I didnt get the guys name but he was the bigger guy.

This place has a good selection of shoes but I was not to pleased with the customer service.One guy there is very nice and friendly the others well thats a different story.After asking for a shoe in my size one of the guys kept telling me,THATS A VERY EXPENSIVE SHOE ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO TRY OUT?Lol just bring me the shoe and keep your comments to your self.

Well I witnessed a customer wanting to do a return on Saturday between 2 and 3 PM November 3 and I was in disbelief on how she was treated by the so-called manager who told this lady she was an unprofessional mother lol as ignorant as this is. Customer was called unfit mother and god I hope this nice lady does something because that manager showed how little she cared about us customers who had to witnes her a grown woman downgrading a customer and I think it was because she was called out initially about money shortage!! I will not shop at this store again until this lady is removed I seen 4 customers walking out all because a lady wanted to return some shoes bought a day before. I got videos wish I can post here. To the customer in white Jeep please dont let this person get away with that contact corporate call better business call the news but please take action. Email me if you need witnesses My wife, a friend and myself witnessed how she treated you, please step forward its not ok. She verbally and emotionally attacked you. And all those employees who fear their jobs were at risk need to know thats another form of controlling and abusing employees unbelievable
