Staff was really nice. The shoes were exactly what I was looking for. Ended up leaving with more than I planned and the sales were great.

I experienced the worst customer service that I had no choice but request my money back. My first time at the store I ordered and paid for an item, but when i returned to the store to pick up my item I was told with attitude that i had to wait in two lines before i could pick up my order. I asked if they could bring it out to me because i didn’t want to enter the store and offered the receipt and ID but they refused. After waiting I find out they mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they said the correct size would be in the next day. I requested if they could send it to me because i didn’t want to waist any more of my time or return to wait in two lines again. They said no and that I would have to wait in the lines again for the third time so they left me no choice but to request my $$ back. I took that money across the street to the number 1 sports fan store and found something nicer, faster and had a pleasant customer service experience. Never again will I return to this store and deal with the attitude the girls carried and the lack of customer service the Manager refused to provide.

Layout of the store is pretty sweet. Shoe variety needs work; I mostly see Jordans get most of the love, but every now and again they display the latest trending kicks.

I will say shoe prices are decent. Not alot to choose from in clothing section nor shoe variety. They do offer an extra 20% off, on sale items.

I love going into a store and being advertised a subscription service instead of helped with finding my size in the boots that I saw in the window.Edit:Company replied asking for my information but doesnt leave an email to reach them on. Im not putting my private contact information online. Not to mention this was in August, and I dont remember the guys name. I didnt know the store name until yesterday and the same thing happened to my friend. Im going to go to Junes for my shoes. Cheaper and better customer service.

Amazing service! employees greet you right at the door and make sure you find what you came in for. if they cant provide you with what you want, they will go above and beyond to find a place that can. Cindy is great, shes so patient and helpful. If you go there ask for Stephanie or Cindy!

I was disappointed, our table was sticky and dirty. Ideas happy with my eggs, the sausage were cold and the hash browns were mushy and tasted funny. Im sorry to say but I will not return to the Fresno country waffle:(

The employees at this store went above and beyond when my online order ended up on backorder. Even though the mistake was out of their control, they all stepped up and made sure I received the shoes I was looking for in the time frame I needed them. I will definitely go back for my future purchases.

Store got order wrong twice waited 2 weeks for shoes that should of been delivered in 3-4 days from another location. Was not notified of delay until I called. Rating a 4 star because when I finally spoke to store manager he gave me a discount on the shoes for the wait and apologized.

Found the pair of retros I was looking for great service. The shoe was not in the store but employee ordered me a pair and I got my size, and it only took 7-10 business days.

Shieks employee made a small error, and i patiently waited for respond and they took care of me the best way possible..thankyou so much...not like other companies that care zero bout there customers...5 starz

I went in the store, and they didn’t have my size. I asked if they had my size down the street and they said no. So they ordered the shoe, so I drove down the street an they did have my size. The employees are lying to customers, they have worthless customer service.
