As a former employee I really want to say that this company is kind and understanding with their staff. They really care a lot. As a customer, I love this store. They have expanded their selections within the last few months and I am always finding new things that I like and that fits my style. I will keep shopping here because of how amazing they are!

Friendly staff good quality clothing and items in there terrific way of everything being laid out throughout the store my daughter and my son and I we just love this store and you guys are great.

This hot topic is. Little over crowded with merchandise making it hard to enjoy anything. The music choices are seriously lacking and there doesnt seem to be any true aesthetic or decor in the store. However, the employees are always nice, the prices are pretty great because of regular sales, and there is definitely a wide variety to choose from. I think it could be a great store with a little revamping and dedication.

Its a tight little shop but they cram it with tons of cool stuff. I like taking my kid there.

Ive loved this store since I was a teen.... great stuff related to rock/pop culture and much more. The only negative thing is that this store space is quite small. Would be nice if the store was bigger. The staff here are very friendly and always willing to help.

Great customer service

They had so much anime stuff it was amazing they had action figures Keychain face mask and much more. I found all my fav t.v shows on merch and was so happy. Every one of the employees asked us if we needed help and were very helpful. Ill definitely go back sometime and use the 15$ off that you get if you pay more that 30 bucks🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩😍

I usually go into the store with a product in mind, but leave with way more than I intended to get. Love their products and the staff is usually helpful. Only downside is the super small store space. I can never move around freely without hitting someone or something with my backpack. I cant imagine trying to enter this store if I was heavy set.

My oldest likes going to get patches and pins I like their pricing and awesome deals I like their perfumes and colognes they come in the cutest most unique bottles. They have really cool shirts and novelty items. I like their Halloween options also very unique but great quality they last a very long time.

It was a really nice place. Theres anything I cant find in another place for clothing, and Im glad to be able to purchase it here in Hot Topic, the new deals they have are amazing, I got 2 shirts and received a free extra shirt.

When your one sign says ALL CLEARANCE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, doesnt include 80% of what is on your wall, you really shouldnt post that sign up.Otherwise the team was very helpful and offered to help and hold my product multiple time. Thank you.

Classic store that hasnt lost its edge, save for one thing: no wides. Special orders only for now, but going to address the situation to headquarters. The more inquiry, the better results.

This is probably the BEST Hot Topic I have ever been to, and Ive been to several. The store is clean, sales are explained clearly, and the staff is made up of some of the friendliest people youll meet. Definitely one of my favorite stores!

I always take my two teen daughters to buy their clothes at hot topic and they love the clothes their, and also they have boys clothes too and the people are very friendly and if there is something in the store they run out or dont have your size they can order it their at the store. Awesome 🤗

They had a line just to get in, only allowing 4 people in at once.

Worst customer service from the “manager” I’ve ever received from a hot topic by far. They need to update their payment system to a chip reader and pin instead of asking me for my drivers license to use my husbands debit card for a couple pairs of socks! Not everyone on planet earth changes their last name the same day they get married, which is why I said I’d do the chip and insert my pin, but no she didn’t give me the option instead she sent me through the mall to a jammed ATM machine. So frustrating, can they get a real adult manager? That’d be nice for once.

If your looking for anime merch or some pop culture merch they have it. Also they tend to have pops that are sold out at other HT.

Best T-shirt shop, They seem to stay quite current on a lot of the graphic shirt designs.

I enjoy shopping hear lots of amazing things to buy from accessories to clothing.
