Employees are very rude and stand around all day long. They seem to be under new management, as the old manager was very nice. This place is horrible now

Everytime I have gone into this store the employees are standing around talking to each other, they don’t say anything to you, you have to search them out to get help.. not sure how they even stay in business.

Not into sports much, but it is a great place for the athletic type, good staff too

TERRIBLE!!!!! Staff stands around in a group at the registers and doesnt acknowledge the customers! Pathetic

Purchased some Jordans. Here had to return them due to the outsole being stained yellow did not notice the shoe I had purchased where worn until I got them home and was checking them out. I figured they where dead stocks when I purchased them. I went in for the return the day after purchase the on shift manager accused me of wearing the shoe and trying to return them the on shift manager tried doing everything they could do to not refund me my money. I had already called corporate before going back to the store to return my shoe. The on shift manager had no choice but to refund me my money. They had to do the payment reimbursement on my debit card about two days later someone was trying to make unauthorized purchases to my bank account had to cancel my debit card after getting refunded for the shoe return. Unprofessional management and store would not recommend shopping here.

Said they had my size then told me they were sold out don’t come to this place.

Was looking to buy some jordans but just about every shoe we was looking at had glue marks with fingerprints or very bad scuff marks not good when looking to buy new shoes not some that look worn. P.s thank you any way wish you the best on your sales
