Ive been ordering from here year after year for my mom, they have always done a beautiful job. I place the order online in the morning and its ready for the time that I select. Fruits are always fresh and beautifully displayed. Looks just like the photos. My mom always enjoy eating them. I never had a bite after all this time still.

Horrible customer service! Ordered 2 arrangements yesterday and when I called to see if they could be delivered before 3:30pm the girl who I spoke to on the phone was rude and quite curt with me. Then I had to wait at my workplace in Hanford until 5:15pm for the delivery driver to arrive with the 2 arrangements which I then had to deliver to the recipients MYSELF! (Girl on the phone stated that they have a strict deliver by 5pm delivery time mind you.)For the expensive price that was paid for the 2 arrangements as well as the additional hefty delivery fees, this was the WORST experience Ive ever had with a delivery service. Will definitely never order from here again. Its really sad because their arragements are so great!

Honestly what people say about the manager being condescending is very very true. I’ve never been treated more like a little kid in my life than by these people. My brother is FTM and the manager couldn’t understand they had female voice but a male name and refused to believe the credit card was theirs. Demanding pictures of both credit card and ID. Wanted them to send a picture of their credit card to the managers personal number. Yeah fat chance. Even worse when I got on the phone with them. Not worth it for some damn strawberries make them yourself it’ll be appreciated more.

Always great customer service and product. I forgot my smoothie last order and the gentleman working was kind enough to make me one. Thank you, wish I got his name.

Really cute place with very nice staff. I love the options and beautiful arrangements. Anything from fruit flowers to chocolate covered strawberries and cheesecake! Highly recommended.

After the incident with my mothers birthday Hello Kitty arrangement being wrong upon delivery, Michelle immediately got a hold of me, I wasnt expecting that call but she was extremely nice and understood why I was upset and made it right. I was very pleased with the phone call and my mother was delivered her strawberries today how I originally ordered them plus extra, she was very happy and said they are beautiful & very delicious. Thank you Michelle for fixing the issue.

Ordered early for delivery the next day.. no show! No call! No email! ... so I called .. they said they are having shipping issues.. so now my ordered will not be shipped nor received for another 5 days! Very rude! Next time I will not order with them... gift cards it is!

I called this store location to place a order on behalf of my son, I advised I didnt have the phone number of the receiver of whom the arrangements were being delivered to. The woman who was taking the call couldnt understand that if the delivery was unsuccessful that I would then have the receiving party pick up from the store. She was very rude and condescending stating because I lived out of State and if they were not delivered I would then call and cancel the payment. Im livid to be accused she then declined to take my order and hung up on me when asked to speak with a manager.

Ordered online and selected delivery date … wish they would allow me to select a delivery window. She was very happy with my selection. I ordered the mini cheesecakes with fruit and a balloon with a dozen of fresh baked cookies.

Britney the manager there have the worst customer service my order for Mother’s Day was messed up and all she can do is refund me not no compensation or anything!!

I ordered a Chocolate Covered Strawberry platter from the visalia Edible Arrangements, and they gave me the ugliest small looking Strawberries ever!! Not worth the price!! Big Disappointment! And strawberries are supposed to be in season.

So I went in on the Dec 24th to pick up some strawberries for my wife as an additional to her Xmas gifts. I spoke with Michelle. She looked at my account and said I had a free box of strawberries and then said oh I made a mistake they expired already so I told her I will call customer service and ask them to renew my free box for another occasion I want to had to pay and continue to do some shopping while they prepared my order after two hours I came back picked up my order went home to give my wife her strawberries and when she opened him the strawberries were already turning clear because they were bad And they also had some type of liquid pouring out of them. I called customer service and let them know what happened and they said they were going to contact the store and request a refund the next day I get an extremely rude phone call From Michelle saying that I’m doing this in spite of not getting a free box the day that I went. I told her that I had pictures of the strawberries that were bad and she asked me what Did you do with the box and I told her my wife and I ate six of them since they were for her gift what else would I have done with them at 11pm. Michelle then Rudy replied and you want to refund after you ate six of them already. I told her yes you guys ruined my wife’s Christmas present and she went on ranting over the phone so I told her I’m going to call customer service and let them know about the rude conversation. I’m glad that my wife was next to me to hear the whole thing!! This Michelle person needs to go back to management school to be taught how to deal with situations and how to speak to customers and not accuse customers over a box of fruit. This is the last time I shop at the store ever!!! Super Rude and Bad Fruit.
