I walked around and asked 2 different associates about Roku stick. 2 associates told me that there was 2 other associates that would help me. I was not helped to seek someone that could help. One associate was helpful in directing to the area I needed to be. I returned to her assistance several times but I had to keep returning to ask her questions. She finally helped towards the end of my visit. I would not like this experience if it were my mother going into public with an active pandemic. Quick, mindful service would be much appreciated
