Repaired iPhone 6s Plus. Digitizer was not working. Cost $75. I left phone over night for my convenience. They were willing to repair same day, stating that often they only need 1 1/2 hours. Friendly owner that meets public well. Good social skills. The shop is small and clearly all business. Highly recommend. The owner indicated that they try to be competitive in their pricing as well. Shop came recommended by coworker that has had several TVs repaired and purchased a computer. Phone just like new.

Took an iPad that needed a digitizer and screen and was told it’d be done in a few days. Went in a week later and was told shipping is taking longer. Totally understandable but communication would have been nice. Another week went by so I called and was rudely spoken to by a lady saying they’d call me when it’s ready. After 2 months went in to pick up my item and got it back worse than I took it in and was once again spoken to rudely by the lady in the front. No friendly customer service! Wish I would’ve read these reviews before I tried this place. Don’t recommend this place to anyone. I will gladly pay more to have my items fixed elsewhere.

I took my play station to get fix. Their conclusion was that it needed a new motherboard. so I went ahead and payed them to switch it out 85$ I still had the same problem. after taking it to them over and over the problem never got resolved. so I decided to take it to a different place. they immediately fixed it. And told me that the old mother board had never been changed. I was offered a credit. Not a refund but a credit. after they never fixed the motherboard and basically ripped me off of 85$ I only get a credit. I would advise anyone not to take their electronics there to get fixed. Unless you want to get ripped off and then offered a credit for The service they won’t do for your money paid. And it gets better I was told by the owner. “Mark” he would give me a call it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing, so no refund no credit. Just says a lot about this business and their integrity. Waist of time and money. I took my business to (RCR REPAIRS) and they were very helpful professional and didn’t ripped me off. also fixed my play station the right way.

They took months to fix an issue that I later found out was an easy fix, tried to charge me for another repair that they admitted was directly their fault in the first place, and kept changing the price everytime I visited to check up on the phone.They are liars and scammers. Dont give them your money and take your device elsewhere.

Got the work done

I brought in a Nintendo Switch to have the shell changed out, well when I went to go get it, it wouldnt turn on. I left it with them for another 2 weeks for them to get it working, then they told me that it wasnt going to work, when I went in to pick up the broken switch, the owner said with a smirk on his face, wheres your receipt? Well the last time when I went in and discovered it wasnt working they took my receipt without giving me another one.Basically they broke my switch, then stole it, and charged me $50 for the pleasure of doing so. These people are insanely shady, and seem like meth addicts. Avoid at all costs.

I went in to fix my phones back light and got the run around. Not only did they not fix my phone and I still got charge. The owner stole my sim card and gave me someone else sim card with erased data. It also took them three month to give me my phone back.bc they lost it. They said I took it back. They eventually found it. What a complete nightmare. Employers were fired or quitting. Then I found out they sell stollen phone from one of their customers who just purchased a phone from them and had to go back a week later to have it fix. So you have been warned. Dont take your mobile or laptops near this store.

They broke my ps4 we went in to get the charger port fixed the part is something you can get at Walmart for 7.99 they proceeded to call us tell us nothing was wrong than call us again and tell us their was but they would need to keep it 4 2weeks we told them to forget it we wanted it back they than broke it completely we asked them to turn it on b4 we left we wanted to make sure it was in the same condition we brought it in the owner refused to turn it on for us so we brought it home and tried to turn it on we called them after we found out it didnt work at all and he laughed at us so please if you enjoy your electronics do not go here I will be posting pictures of what they gave us back

Took my PS4 to fix the HDMI port. They had it for weeks and said it was the motherboard. Took it somewhere else and got it fixed the same day.RESPONSE: Yeah right! Then why did the next guy fix the HDMI port that you guys didn’t put back on right? Because now it works and we did not replace the motherboard.

This companys installers were very sloppy while installing an antenna at my house when they broke the existing satellite dish that was on my house and left it in the patio broken in pieces and they broke a flower pot and didnt tell me about it, also they drilled holes in my walls and left the sawdust all over the floor and the carpet and did not clean up after themselves.I called the owner who came out to redo the job but, the owner has such poor manners and offers poor customer service. The installer helped himself to a soda beverage in my home without asking first - that was sitting on a table for me - in the vicinity where he was doing installation.I referred a new client to the owner of this business of which he then confirmed the appointment to do the installation and purchase of a new HD antenna and installation and then one week later and one day before the scheduled date, he canceled and then rescheduled for the following week and then he called and canceled again a few days later, only to say that he was in the neighborhood and wanted to do the installation right then and with no advanced notice or schedule. That of course was not possible because the newly referred client was at work and was not available to alllow the installer to come over to her house to do the installation. In the telephone conversation about him coming over to do the install on an unscheduled visit the owner/installer couldnt understand why the new referred client couldnt inconvenience herself to take two hours aside from work to allow the installer to come over and install the antenna when it was convenient for him.Seemingly the installer thinks that everybodys schedule revolves around him. If this was the last Antenna company on earth I would never call them ever again and would suggest that you dont either.

I took my Mac to them, I have windows in it but it’s not support some applications,they took and put new windows 10 pro in it and they put some applications and anti virus, now it’s works really good and fast, I am very happy with there work.

Took my daughter’s laptop to be repaired. The charging port needed to be replaced. They sold me a charging cable. After a week the charger stopped working. We discovered the charger had to be in a certain angle to work. The owner didn’t have a different charger so I went to Best Buy and they sold me one that works well. The also said my charging port felt loose. I went back and asked him if he could refund the charger and he said yes but he didn’t have the cash. I went back a couple of times and the same story. Went in today and his worker called him and he then told me they couldn’t refund the charger. Terrible business. I will not be going to them ever again. Don’t be getting on here to respond to my review. You sound rude in your responses and it makes your business look worse. I will not be recommending your business to anyone.

Took my nephews Xbox One S to get the HDMI port checked out because it felt loose & wasn’t connecting to the tv. They supposedly “replaced” the port and then they said it wasn’t powering on when it was powering like normal here at home. Went to go pick it up & noticed the serial number wasn’t matching up to the my nephews Xbox. Took it back in & they said a heating gun fell on it & they had to replace it with another Xbox I’m guessing? They aren’t wanting to refund me anything.

I took my Xbox one s in to be repaired.i paid the forty dollars for the deposit and diagnostics.i got a eighty dollar total estimate the forty included that I already paid.. They called me telling me nothing is wrong with it he was using it right then.i,he asked if I wanted it to be cleared of old stuff on the memory cause I told him I bought it used.so I said yes which they did and didnt charge me the eightye I thought They would say instead I was not charged anything else only the forty I paid initially.which is fair.couldve lied to me but were honest.i day a good business.

They found my Televisions problem and saved me money with their solution.Bontronics cost me hundreds of dollars to drop off my television,, pay for a bulb that didnt solve the problem and pick my TV up.Listen, WOW once had a reputation that wasnt boast worthy, but theyre changing that by doing a great job now plus they have great communication timing and skills.

You give them a heads up two or three days ahead of time when you will be coming through from out of town to pick up the computer, they say it will be ready to roll and BAM, you get there and it hasnt even been looked at! My elderly and disabled father brought in a home theater system to be fixed. Wow electronics took $140.00 from him and never fixed it. He gave my father the run around for 6 months. He never gave us back our system and instead gave my father some AM/FM piece of junk... Hes gonna make it right and give us our system back with our money or im calling the cops and filing and elderly and disabled abuse.

I took my tv into this business to have the LED strip replaced. I was told that they were unable to find the part and were trying multiple vendors. Being a backup tv I was in no hurry and gave them time to do so. Weeks turned into months with the same story...we should have the part in any day and will call you. Over 6 mos later I called and told them to have my tv put together I was coming in to get it at the end of the week. When I got there it took 30 min to “find” my tv. Another customer was in, waiting for their product which had also been lost.I got home and decided to fix it myself. Within 20 min I had found the parts on the first parts website I went to. Low and behold when I took the tv apart both the original LED strips were missing, a broken LED strip from a different tv had been installed with the other gone. The speakers were gone, most of the screws were gone. The wires to the LED strips were both stripped and had to be rewired. It was clear they thought I would never come get the tv and were stringing me along while they harvested my tv for anything they could use. The parts arrived in 3 days and it was an easy fix...about 2 hrs total of labor. The parts were $89 (they quoted me $250 in parts plus labor if they could find them), plus another $20 for used speakers.I got the tv all repaired and turned on and found that the corner of the screen has been cracked, leaving lines through the tv from damage. It still works but I have permanent areas of no picture. These guys ruined a perfectly fixable tv and then robbed me in the process.

I was very disappointed with the service that I was given here. I left a tv to get repaired in January and after 3 months, they still couldnt get it fixed. Even when I picked up my tv it was badly scraped from the sides and it had almost all the screws missing on the back panel. I wouldnt even give this place one star! Definitely dont recommend to get your repairs done here. Seriously disappointed in the services provided!!

Horrible service! Took my tv in to get the light bulbs replaced and after calling and calling to check on my tv each time getting a different answer and a month later I picked my tv up with two deep scratches on the screen and I could see the bulbs when the tv is on. When I confronted them about the scraches the owner said “No those were there are you sure you didn’t bring it in like that?” Why would I have you fix the bulbs and not the scratches as well. Anyway I walked away very disappointed in this place and I do not recommend it.

Dont take your computer here. I try to give these people the benefit of the doubt after a year. My computer still went slow after I took it in, theres a white cloud mark on my screen (not big but visible), some of my pictures wont load correctly. Since I dont trust them to work on computer again. I just wanted them to load the Office back after best buy fixes what they didnt. Since I paid for it, they should put it back on. Nope, Im screwed all around.

These guys are straight scammers they took over $200 of my money and still returned my PlayStation broken I got cursed out by one of the workers which is the most unprofessional thing Ive ever experienced at a place where I was looking for help. I would never recommend anyone to go here unless you are looking to get robbed.

My dad sent the TV to the shop. They couldnt fix it so my dad said, I want my money back (at least 50%) and our TV back. Refugio, an incompetent and unprofessional worker refuses to do either. Im glad Im not the only one with a TRULY AWFUL experience.Ive advised to take my dad to go to small claims court and get all our money back!!! (He doesnt want to.)

Called in for a quote to have my Xbox ones hdmi repaired. I was told 35 dollars and 5 dollars tax. When I got there he tried to tell me it was going to be 99 no thank you. I can have it done on ebay for 35 why would I pay 100. Very disappointed.

Ive recently used there service and I would honestly not recommend, They where able to fix my screen but where unable to fix my husbands and brothers and they actually messed up the phones bad enough that they sent them out to get fixed elsewhere. Weve been waiting 2 Months and still nothing. The most frustrating part is how short answered they are, We need our phones and we are not made out of money to purchase new ones out of the blue. We are really hoping we could figure something out because we are at the end of our patience and will be taking further action if this problem isnt settled.

This place picked up my big screen RCA projection TV and scrapped and broke some of the backing to it. They took over a month to fix and didnt even put the screen back right. They had to pick up a 2nd time to fix it correctly and brought it back more scratched up. They didnt take responsibility for the damaged they caused to my TV. Save yourself some grief and stay away from this place.

These people are VERY unprofessional. They kept telling us to call them back for a t.v lamp that we ordered. When the part came in we didnt even get a call or anything. We had to call them back and then they told us they cant give us the part we ordered and to call back again after 530pm! They are over priced also. They need to learn how to communicate and run their office.

Avoid this place at all cost when he was over by prince Gas station I brought him Cerro PS force to fix and we made a deal that any would fix them and I would give you 3PS force for him to fix it so. To make a long story short he only fixed 4/8 And set the others were not repairable but I know that they were however he still kept them which I assume he used for parts. Well fast forward to a couple months ago I sold him an iPhone and he said that he was $50 short because he had to go buy a car in that I could come back to pick up the 50 bucks. I needed my cell phone screen replaced when I dropped it off it was $40 upfront cost & $35 when i picked up phone. Was only supposed to be 4 days to fix it. They kept my phone for 3 weeks & I called them every day they always lied either said it would be done by next day or that screen hadnt came thru mail yet. Aftef sending my husband twice to pick it up they finally gave him back the phone & told us that the $40 i payed would be put on a credit card (I didnt even pay with a credit card) after 2 days well its now day six since I picked up the phone & still havent received my $$ back..this place sucks the workers & boss are nothingThing but liars and they obviously steal peoples $$ becuase my phone still wasnt fix and now Im out $40 that they think they will get to keep

Words cant explain how terrible this place is they have basic to no knowledge in technology they did more damage to my device they damaged my sim card reader and has failed to compensate me for the damage no i have no working phone i will not recommend anyone to come to this place DCA has revoked their license beware!!!!!!!the main reason i went was for a screen repair which took weeks to get back to me and still i have no working phone.
