Placed a online curbside pick up order, needed a few things asap and was very pleased that they had exactly what I needed for a fair price!! Was able to swing by and they brought it out to my car. Super easy and convenient. Also, employees were friendly.

I love party city for some of the things that I cant find anywhere else but lately it seems I cant find any of those things anywhere. Its hard to get used to this new world we are in that I end up making what ever I need at home. Little pricey but worth it in a pinch.

Stopped by in the morning around 9 am walked up to the register with the light on and the rude chick behind the counter said that’s not open and then I waited in line she rung up someone else getting balloons even tho I was there first just extremely rude for no reason sorry if you don’t like your job work somewhere else there’s no name on the receipt so I don’t know her name short girl with short hair and wearing devil horns definitely fit the part….

The girl at the register was bothered to have to attend me & she didnt want to look in the back for the number balloon in the color that I needed. She was not nice or polite. She rather talk to her male co-worker & be very into the gossip. No hello or thank you or have a nice day.

Helpful staff and stocked shelfs 95% of the time. The costume and candy variety is amazing. The way they set up the process to pick and try on costumes is unique. This method actually works. You rarely have to wait to try on a costume.

Way too expensive. Not to mention very poorly managed. Seasonal employees were extremely polite and helpful.

I purchased some balloons today, and I drove about 30 mins to Visalia. Since I live out of town. Well I was told that they do not price match to their online prices. Which does not make sense since, if I would of purchased online I would of got the same items form that store. And I would of had to go to the store. Most importantly the balloons I did purchased, got deflated on the way back home. 3 out of the 5 balloons DEFLATED. I can not just drive back, it’s 30 mins away! Very disappointed because I go the party city for quality!

The customer service is great. However, the prices are crazy. good for last minute touches and when youre in a pinch. I understand needing to stay in business but seriously a little price break and there will be more people. The place was a ghosttown.

Had to plan a last minute gender reveal. Chris went above and beyond to help me make it a success. Visalia store had nothing and he went out of his way to stop at the Fresno store on his way home.Thank you so much Chris!!

Customer service was decent and they do have a huge supply. However it is not written anywhere in store or online that the prices differ between the two and no price matching. It is not a small difference, it is around 10-15 dollars more. I do not mind spending a little but more to go into a store, but that is too much. Ill stick with companies who arent so misleading.

I always like coming here to get party stuff, It can be a little pricey but it is well worth what you pay for. They have a theme for pretty much any occasion. I usually buy my sons costumes here for Halloween as well.

Store interior is a bit dated and cramped. Staff is attentive and eager to help. For a dedicated party supply store, employees keep pretty busy and people always seem to be coming in and out. Stop by a few times a year for birthday party/Halloween party supplies.

Got there 30 mins before thy closed and was helped. Very cool staff and a very clean and cool store. Thy got everything that u cant get anywere else. Online sucks tho. Very bad customer service. Got finger pointed to an aisle, when leaving noticed my bag light cashier dumped my stuff in returns, at the end did not even get a thank your or have a nice day. Horrible horrible horrible.

They have it in stock or will order it. Three stars reflects the price. Its always high but then again its usually there and most times thats what you need.

They had everything I needed for my daughters Peppa Pig birthday party. Although some of the items I wish I could have purchased was out of stock or there was enough in stock and wouldnt arrive in time for her party which I began shopping for a week in advance. If I would have known this I would have began my shopping earlier. Other than that, it was great and the only reason for the 3 star review. So if you plan to throw a Peppa Pig party, go in advance and make sure everything will be on the shelves in time for your party.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are not friendly, they are all rude. They are a FRANCHISE. The prices are higher than they already are online. You’re better off driving 20 minutes and going to the HANFORD location because they are corporate and their prices are cheaper there, their service IS BETTER as well. Not to mention I brought my balloons from Hanford to get them aired up here, I showed my receipt and they still wanted to charge me an extra $5 PER BALLOON even though I bought them through party city and they were foil balloons. I called the Hanford location and they told me that they have their own rules since it’s a franchise. I’m sticking to shopping at the Corporate location and so should YOU, it’s worth the drive & they are much nicer, more organized & eager to help anyways, plus they hook you up with savings!

This place is hidden so to find it, youve got to look carefully as you are driving. Place is clean and has just about everything a person could want for a party. The only thing I did not appreciate is when I went to return a Dr Seuss hat I had just purchased the day before and they almost would not take it back. The gal even asked her manager if it been worn and asked her to smell it.... The hat literally had just been in the bag the whole time because a customer had told me about another store in my search for Dr Seuss. So, that return experience was definately awkward and its not like the gal had asked me if it had been worn, she asked the manager.... Had she asked me, Id of told her...

It was alright but the guy seemed really slow.....like took a long time to bag 5 things

I went in there to get some letters and numbers that were on a rack by the front cashier... I had been in there a few days earlier and a young lady helped me, but when I asked this young man if they had more...he said thats all they had..what was there, but I know there was some more behind the counter because the young lady who helped us earlier in the week pulled out the box and helped us find what we need. I guess he didnt want to take the time....so I put the letters down and just left the store. I didnt want to confront him on it .
