Great shop has many awesome items for parties but there customer service is horrible you walk in and aren’t greeted at all I ask a employee a question if they are able to do personalized piñata and instead of a responds she laughs and says no and walks away. Little shops like this are hard to find it’s really a gem but unfortunately your employees who are representing your brand can tarnish it ! Please train your employees customer service from a simple hello welcome to a simple alternative when customer ask questions instead of a laugh.

It smelled like someone was smoking pot in the building, but it has a lot of cake supplies that I cant find anywhere else in Visalia. Ill shop there again for the supplies but I didnt feel very welcome.

Bad customer service they attempted to overcharge a pinata being tgat the other person working there had already given a price. Dont speak in English because they will try to sell their items at a higher price. Plus they are very high in price overall

They sell mostly Hispanic candies theres a wide variety. The decor is really nice and so is staff
