This cabinet shop is incredibly unprofessional. We moved into our home in November and 6 months later our cabinet paint was chipping TERRIBLY! Called Windows Plus Cabinets for some help, or direction. Twice I was told they would call me back to schedule a time to come out, now they are just completely ignoring my call and email. I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but we called and asked for help, and no one is helping us! We are not hard on our cabinets, its just myself and my husband, plus our baby in the home. It was clearly a bad paint job, and after 6 months, I dont think its unreasonable to ask for the company to fix it. Can someone from Windows Plus PLEASE call us back and help us? I hate to have to leave a bad review, Id much rather leave a positive one, but Im being ignored!
