Arrived at 4:00 had to wait an hr for 2nd shift security she walked me thru everything and it went so smooth getting in and out I couldnt believe it very nice people 1st time Ive been there Ill give it a five star

I would give them a big 0. F*****g A*****e at the gate was a F*****g A*****e. No call for his behavior. I will refuse any loads going to, or coming from here.

Picked up a preload of steel. Easy in and out.

If I could give them negative stars I would. The lady in the front office was extremely rude to my husband when we checked in to load. Stating that our dispatcher and my husband werent doing their job right because he was missing 2 numbers off our load number. While getting loaded I got yelled at by an employee for stepping out of my truck. I had tried to get their attention prior but couldnt, so I got out to talk to them. Needless to say they didnt listen so the load will have to be reworked at another location. When I asked for they key to the womans restroom the lady in the office told me to use the mens. I found this very demeaning and uncomfortable. We arrived there at 9:30 a.m. and finally left at 3 p.m. I would say if you can avoid loading here do so.

If picking up here, expect your load to be messed up and need to be reworked.
