I had a late, last minute job needing logo embroidery on 17 polo shirts. They (Phillip) kindly told me they needed two weeks lead time. Even though I groveled, Phillip stood his ground and made no promises. Much to my delight they got the job done a day before our golf tournament and the work was beautiful. Once I figured out that I could pick up in person, my experience with this company has been stellar! I will definitely use them for all my screen printing needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the lack of assistance I received when my first order was lost by Usps. They marked it delivered and I never received it. When I contacted the company they basically said, too bad, next time opt for pick up. Thats $60 of product I’ll never get. Oh well.

This place is awesome! Got some hats done here and picked them up today and man, They look excellent. I bought the hats online thinking I was saving money but after shipping and everything it is way cheaper to go through Visual Ink. Did I mention they have NO MINIMUM ORDER LIMIT!!!! I had only 4 hats that I wanted done and they were happy to do it. Yeah there are like 10 other places around but most of them have a minimum limit or a super high setup. Visual Ink has none of that. All they have is the best prices and excellent customer service. I will be back soon to get shirts and hats done for all my co workers. Thank you for the great service Visual Ink!!!!

Couldnt be happier with both of my kiddos soccer teams banners! Attentive and patient design team and totally reasonable price. Totally rushed a banner for me at no extra cost. I gave them a few ideas of what the kids had in mind for a design and they went above and beyond to make the kids stand out. Another year, another great banner to add to the collect!

The shirt measurement Information is really off on the kids shirt sizes on the website.$34 was wasted because of the wrong size information.My child can fit in a youth XL typically, but even that shirt size was too small. The youth xl is basically a youth medium.If you order a Raglan shirt, your order will take over 3 weeks, so don’t order a regular shirt with it cause that T-shirt will take 3 weeks too.If you order a regular shirt, delivery is good.I suggest you go into their shop if you need to order a shirt, it’s helpful that they carry some shirts in their shop.Several parents have also commented about the shirt sizes.Quality and design is nice.Overall disappointed in the money loss, delivery time, and shirt size with no apology from the company. And I’ve been in the store several times.

I like what I saw when I was there. They let me go in and see how they did the embroidery on the hats. Very nice and friendly people there. I will be doing more business with them. One of the other reasons why is cause they are a local business and I like that very much, I like to support local business.

We were able to order easily on-line and they sent me an email confirming the order promptly. I didnt get an email letting me know they were ready for pick up but when I called they confirmed they were ready and delivered them the same day.
