Bad break and rotor repair. I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed.

Very easy to work with staff, and great costumer service. Prices beat costco by more than $150 and had my tires delivered in a single day whereas costco estimated over a week till anything my size could show up. On top of it all the waiting room is the nicest Ive ever waited in for anything automotive. Thanks Guys!

Ive been coming here for years that I have good customer service No Doubt their prices have changed drastically I remember when they used to charge you at least less what they do know the tires when Im almost to double the price I know they making things better there but they can work price range with all customers for the loyal customers just remember grass dont grow by itself

Went for tires and brakes. I price checked in the area and they had the best prices/promotions in Visalia area. A mechanic there - Rueben was extremely helpful. Was nice enough to literally show us what was going on with my brakes and what to look for in the future (squeak imdicators etc.). I thought I needed two sets of brakes but they said I only needed one. They were honest about work and pricing and I didnt feel pressured or like I was being upsold. They answered all our questions about our options/pricing and future maintenance. Would recommend.

Trust worthy established company. Present and the price is just right. Employees are very courteous and knowledgeable about the service they provide. Wide verify of styles and sizes. Never have I ever been disappointed in the quality of products and workmanship.

Used to work here Dans a good man . Gave me plenty of chances . Unfortunately I didnt know the lord yet so I was very wild and like a loose cannon. There good people Steve and Hector and Brian and Bobby Oso Robert and James. God is great and this place treats me like family. They do need to take out that dinner table in the vending area and put a little tykes area for kids. My opinion . 😇

This place was awesome! I met the owner over at his other location Knoch Tire Co and hes such a Great Guy! Very helpful from the beginning to the end! His crew at both locations are also very nice and super helpful! He tried to help me out and find me an affordable tire for my car, he even tried to patch up the tire I brought down before even trying to make a sale. Unfortunately my tire was done for so I had to get a new one and he even went to see if he had any in stock to get it done that day! Unfortunately they didnt so he got one ordered for me for the next day and they would put it on for me at this Location. My tire came in sooner then expected the next day and the gentleman that was here at the counter was very nice, welcoming and took care of me! I didnt have to wait too long for the tire to get put on, he let me know exactly what was done and since I paid the bill the day before I just had to sign and go. When we need new tires I will definitely be coming back here!

I came in with a screw in my tire 20min from them closing on a Saturday. They still worked on my tire! Done in 30min, AND there was another flat tire replacement ahead of me.$25 was a great price for the fix. These guys are great.

Richard and Steve where very helpful. I went in just for tires but they found a serious issue with my front end that was causing the tires to wear. Some might think this was just an attempt to sell something more but Richard showed me the issue that was clearly apparent on my truck. My truck had 170K on it and now I feel confident that I have many more miles to go on it,because they caught the issue before it became a serious issue. Thank you to all the staff.

Showed up with a tire punctured by a nail all the way into the sidewall. Even though they were actually closed for the day, the two managers (Steve & Steve) stayed late, carefully evaluated the problem, had the tire in stock, and then had me back on the road quickly. They saved me from a blow-out and maybe more! Great price, super friendly, willing to go the extra mile - highly recommend. I will be going back for the other 3 tires when its time!

My wife brought her Ford Focus for oil change/brake-inspection. They treated her very well and gave her an estimate for new brakes and drums.When we brought the car back for the work, they found a better deal on the parts than they had anticipated and charged us much less than the estimate.They ended up spending twice as long as they had estimated, due to a long-term buildup of rust, but they did not charge us a penny more than their estimate for labor.

Very helpful flexible staff. I was worried about arriving after closing and they waited for me! And demo-ed how to use the cables. Limited hours so check that closely before you arrive.

I’ve been getting tires for the past 4 years from this place. They always have the best prices and great customer service!

I was in town to help some friends move. We had an emergency trailer repair that needed to get done. This place went way above and beyond to help us. If I lived here, they would have all of my business.

Thought this was a good place. They charged me $20 to plug my tire that I bought from them. Plus the wait time kills your day. Should it take 4 hours to get new tires? From now on I will go somewhere else. I suggest you do the same.

Called 2 days in advance to make an appointment for 2 cars for an aliment, came in and they told me that my name wasnt on file for an appointment, I was told my car would be next in line, so Im sitting here in the waiting room when I see them clear a rack (where they put the cars to lift them up) and what do you know they put someone elses car before mine wow, so now Im just here waiting all damn day like if I didnt have an appointment, so if Im next but someone walks in with appointment they go right in front of me thats bullshit I made an appointment it is not my fault that who I spoke to over the phone didnt put my name of file for an appointment !
