I went to Gross and Stevens for an Allienment on my Armada. I was greeted by Jeff, he took my info and my keys. It took about 1/12 hours, he kept me posted on the progress. My son recommend them, they do have the best prices, I called several businesses and they had the best price. The staff is friendly and professional. Id definitely recommend this business.

Have taken three of my vehicles there two for wheel alignments and one for suspension bushing replacement and every time the staff is very friendly and professional. The work preformed is great and done reasonably fast. They check the vehicle before beginning any work and then give you a price quote. The price is very fair and you drive away knowing that the work is done right. I totally recommend this place of business, there professionalism, fair price and great service clearly shows why they have been in business since the 30s.

I took my Jeep in for an alignment. They checked it out and found some real issues. They took it down off the rack and gave me a list of things to fix.I made the repairs myself and took it back in for the alignment and only charged me for the alignment. With service like that, they made a customer for life.

I walk in 1 minute before closing looking for a custom setup with parts that dont cross reference. Still left there with all the parts I needed, felt like they were happy with my business, and not feeling like I had paid more then I would have if i had gone somewhere else.... Great service!

I had the work on my SUV to fix a problem with my steering and they said it would be no problem. they gave me a list of other things wrong with it. After $500 the problem was not fix at all. I will not go back.

I have taken most of my vehicles here for front end alignments and I am very happy with their work. Recently my Dodge Dakota needed new bushings in the front end and when I got it back it drove like it was a brand new truck. I highly recommend this shop.

I came here for an alignment and to have the track bar adjusted on my 1998 Cherokee. The work they did seems to have been done well enough, however they managed to break the button for my emergency brake. It is a plastic part on a nearly 20 year old vehicle, plastic gets brittle and breaks. Im not upset at the fact that it was broken but the broken part was put up in order to hide the fact that it was broken. When I brought this up to the owners, they claimed they had not even touched the brake. I had set the parking brake when I parked, they had to take it off when they moved the car. That part is under spring tension and will pop off when it breaks, it is not something you could break without noticing. If they cannot own up to something as minor as this, I cant trust that they would not try to hide something else that could be legitimately important.Had I not been willing to take my center console apart and fix the broken part myself, it would have cost me $300 to replace the entire handle as they do not make just the button. They did offer to install the part if I bought it, but with how the owners acted over being told it was broken while they had it I would not trust them to work on my car again.

Was just here for the first time today. They did a fabulous job aligning my car (and it sure needed it). It only took about 25 minutes.They were recommended to me by a friend, and after my experience today I will never go anywhere else in Visalia.

Very rude, and wouldnt install new tie rod ends while getting an alignment. Shut me down in 2 seconds on the phone, and denied me. What type of repair shop wont repair my broken tie rod ends when they were going to touch them anyway to align it.

Had a problem with a leaking wheel seal on our Class A motor home while we were in Visalia for the Thanksgiving holiday. We were directed to Gross & Stevens by RV Express, which is also in Visalia. Al at Gross & Stevens had a mechanic start working on our motor home right away on Wednesday morning. We were back on the road by 12:30 and at a reasonable price. I appreciate Al taking such good care of us. Gross & Stevens works on cars and trucks also. I highly recommend this shop.

Walked in needing a bolt for the rear of the trailer. The gentleman behind the counter looked at if for less than a second, ran and got a replacement from the back. In and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Just the way customer service should work.

Only gave them 1 star in order to write in here.I had an appt for 1:00 to have my brakes checked and tires rotated. When I made the appt I asked how long it will take telling the gal I had an appt at 140 across town. She said It shouldnt take long. I got to the shop at 1230. I walked back in at 1245. Gave the guy my keys and info. I told the guy that I had to leave no later then 145. There was no one but me there. At 1:33 my truck was taken back to the stall. The gal that came in after me was out before me.Very disappointed. I asked for my truck back. I needed to go. I told them they lost a customer. I would have gotten my brakes done there.Im sitting in Visalia tire and wheels right now. Good to know they wanted my business.
