I mean I got this cute picture, but that’s about it. I went in search for baking items just to find the aisles almost completely empty. I took a look at their silicone molds and was disgusted at the fact that they’re partially black and dirty from being on the floor. I picked up at least 2-3 molds from the floor and hung them. They should pull those dirty molds and at least clean them.

Picked up a tapestry I had custom framed. Came out awesome. Very professional. Cant wait to hang it on my wall. This was the second time I had a custom frame job. Michaels never disappoints. Staff was very helpful & patient when choosing a frame.

Love this store! The amount of useful random stuff is unlimited. I could browse for hours...

Im a regular customer at Michaels. Unfortunately, its going downhill as far as keeping shelves stocked and store clean. Local management needs to take notice as a better, cleaner alternative is only blocks away.

I would give five stars because I love shopping here but lately they have had no selection of candy melts. Last year this was my go to and now I don’t even try because they never have none in stock. Everything else is nice though. Friendly staff.

I came to this place expecting great results because of someone I trust recommended them and my experience was horrible. The lady who did my feet was lazy and her attitude sucked! My nails were cut uneven, polish still on sides, towel wasn’t even hot, she didn’t scrub my feet, I literally could’ve saved myself $30 and did my own feet!

Wow, talk about good customer service! I ordered online and to pick up my items. We picked a good day to go because as soon as we stepped in we were offered a cookie and water bottle. So there I am with my 3 little ones in tow and they couldnt be happier running errands with me because of the chocolate chip cookies! The gentleman who greeted us then said hed go find my order. Well, I had ordered 2 storage sets, which were rather cumbersome to carry around. He comes back to me with the boxes and doesnt even let me take them. He said, if you dont have other shopping to do, Ill take these out to the car right now. I told him I could carry them - my oldest gets stroller duty on days like this - but he didnt even let me try. It was so helpful and thoughtful! He comes out, answering the dozen questions from my daughters the whole way, loads the boxes into the back of my van, and Im on my way! Thank you!

This store must be having issues, maybe from COVID. When I went to pick up my curbside online order, and parked in the designated space, there was a sign to go inside. So I did. Then there was an additional memo on the email saying to look for this particular icon to know where to pick it up. After searching the store, and waiting in the long line,the cashier tells me to go to isle one(this is the room where the orders are kept). I didnt like this long process, and I feel they should really streamline this before the holiday rush. Sorry Michaels- this store is only getting worse every time I shop here.

I would like to see when customers ask for help? For workers to ACTUALLY help. Alot seem to have attitude even cashiers. Its bad for business when an environment is negative.

Michaels arts and craft store is tops. I have taken many counted cross stitch work to them over the years. Great work in framing.

Everything was just fine until I felt like I was being watched like if they couldnt believe how much many items were in my cart like if I wasnt gonna pay i Im leaving now and didnt finish looking based on the way I was being watched made me feel very uncomfortable and I actually spent alot of money in there like$1.100 I am a Mexican and I hope that wasnt the issue the manager appeared to be Caucasian, other than that the stores products are great very good selection of pens....

It was fine finding what we needed. Bit of confusion considering the store is having a big sale and some thing are out of place. Regardless of that I am very sad to hear about them no longer having a competitors coupon usage. Very disappointing to hear when I am going to pay for my goods. Otherwise the cashier was very nice.

I found so many things that I never thought Michaels carried and it also inspired many decor projects and during this difficult time its fun to come up with things to do from their great selection of everything there plus the staff is super friendly helpful kind professional and considerate. Great for Christmas items! Sales and fun decorations everywhere! 50% off all decorations! I do wish that they had a bigger yarn selection, or any yarn selection. I was really disappointed.The rest of the store was great though...

Cashiers are always helpful, kind, and easy going. You want to get good customer service with good prices this is the place to be. And the constant sales are awesome.

Great store with great items available always with a coupon to go with it. There is never a time that I go to Michaels or heart about them without a promotion of a coupon! Its wonderful to always get a deal! One thing I do wish about this location though is that they hire a more abundant floor staff. Most times Im browsing around theres never an associate on the floor. If there is, its usually an older woman who looks rather unpleasant and appears unapproachable. Otherwise its an amazing place to wander around for the majority of a day off!

I have really loved this Michaels in the past, and I used to buy my art products from there all the time. That being said, I will no longer be going back due to the fact that one of the employees there laughed at me when I didn’t hear something she had said to me. I don’t think it’s right for a Michaels employee to laugh at a person who suffers from a hearing disability, and I will be taking my business to a company that is inclusive and cares for its customers.

A was little disappointed, such a huge inventory on everything else. I went to search for rotary cutter blades or at least a sharpener but the shelves were empty. They had plenty of rotary cutters to buy at regular price and to add insult to injury there were no associates to ask for help. I went to Sallys instead and bought 3 rotary blades at 50 percent off what it would have cost me to buy a rotary cutter. What a shame!

Michaels in the afternoons staff was friendly and their store clean and well stocked.A nice selection of yarn to choose from and some sachets.

Every small bead to large decor available. Its amazing how much knick knacks are packed in this store. Really good value for your buck. Works as a good way to keep kids busy with craft projects all year long.

Well I actually get lost in this store.There is definitely something for everyone and they have a huge selection of just about everything and anything that you need.I have read other reviews on here and it is shameful that staff could be unprofessional at customers but that happens in every business and its not a reason to stop coming instead get the staff members name and talk to a manager and let them deal with it. I am sure the this business will address the issue and make sure you are respected as a customer.Just my 2 cents in that.Well with all that being said If you have not been here you need to come on down and check them out.

Michaels on Mooney has great sevice, selection in crafts and the workers are so friendly and helpful. They also have great coupons and work with you if you have any problems.

Large store with products for various types of crafts. Michaels carries supplies for paper crafts, jewelry design, and cake decorating as well as yarn and a kids department. The store also has a floral section and picture framing services.In mid 2018 they stepped up their fine art department, but they still have a long way to go. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come for artists!

Always have what I need, love their seasonal decor abd they have some cute project ideas on their app. Plus you get to use alll the coupons from the app when you check out.

Always good deals when I go in! Had a nice gentleman help me mat and frame my wedding picture. Turned out beautiful.

Have very few items I want and if they do have them the price is higher than at the other two craft stores. My main complaint is their staff is not as friendly or helpful as other two stores.

Its fun to roam around and look at all the choices. New things all the time. Great coupons every week. Dont buy anything with out a coupon. Clearance is great.

Store is well organized and usually has products in stock and shelved. Employees are usually polite and willing to help. My only complaint is they seem to have less variety then Hobby Lobby.

The people who work here are rude and they seemed a bit racist. There was a old lady in front of me at the register and my mom and I were standing waiting our turn and the old lady kept turning as if I was going to mug her. When it was my turn the worker didnt even say anything to me. I wont be going back. Hobby Lobby is a lot nicer.

The store has a lot to choose from.I went to go get some things that I really was in need of for my projects.It was a half hour to closing and (I get that the employees are really exhausted and tired and they want to go home.)However, I had the most rudest cashier at this Michaels. She scanned items twice and I told her excuse me you scanned my items twice, which charged me double.And she smarted off to me and says I know what Im doing thats why I didnt charge for this one,however she still overcharged me and then she scan something that wasnt even in my pile of items that I was purchasing. She charged me for something I didnt even get!!I bought some bags so I can pack my own items because I had my baby with me and I knew I could not take the cart out because they dont let you take the carts out of the store.Well she didnt listen to me when I asked her just let me pack it she started throwing items in the bag, and she was like in a hurry and she was mad and .I go wow I suppose I know youre in a hurry and Im sorry but I need to do this and she was just rude all the way through. So she told me to Total 200 something dollars oh my Lord because she did overcharged me comma.So now I step aside so she can bring up the other people customers I should say and Im like not really happy and Im being rushed out of there and I go to the door and they I knew I could take the car. However there is this other employee that works at Michaels and she was very sweet and she offered to help me because because she knew that I had a baby and she offered to help me carry out the two huge bags of items. I told her that lady was so rude and then she goes which one and I told her the one that rang up my items .The other employee from Michaels was so sweet and she was cordial and apologized for her co-workers behavior and it wasnt even her place.I should hope that Michaels gets rid of this one cashier because she was just very rude very smart mouth and inconsiderate towards me as a customer, how many other customers has shes done this to?

My mother was humiliated by the managers 2 days ago!!! She did a return with a receipt, and she wasnt given the correct change so she tried to explain to front cashier manager about incorrect refund. The front manager had a nasty attitude! So then my mother asked to speak with store manager about the refund. Waiting 30 minutes later give or take, store manager from the begging had attitude as well! Long story short he pulled his wallet out and threw $ on the counter and some change and said Merry Christmas my mom was shoked and walked out didnt even purchase what she had! How unprofessional and disturbing for a store manager act that way!!! By the way he gave incorrect change too!!!

Did order online & pickup in store. They have you pick up at the framing Dept. Rang bell for service, person yelled out that they would be right with me. When they came out they asked my last name, ran back to grab order, threw paperwork at me to sign work a highlighter, then told me to leave paperwork & ran off again. I could tell he was very stressed. He broke glass while I was waiting for him. I drove to me next stop & decided to check my order. They had misspicked 4 each of one item, giving me the wrong size. I went back to store & left my bag at front desk while I grabbed correct size. I dont blame frame shop worker. I think that it would make better sense to have someone else handle.
