Checked out their outlet warehouse for a fridge and it had a nice variety of items. Some with blemishes but still good prices for new items. Friendly, helpful staff.

I got washer that my husband thinks is so cool looking that he said he was going to have to start washing clothes! They were out of stock on the one I wanted online but the one I got is nicer looking and has a couple features the other one didnt have AND it was cheaper than the original one I picked out! We have been waiting for five days to get our dryer fixed. My wife read the serial number of Kenmore Elite, to I believe the owner. The repair guy shows up today and says we don’t work on LG. The serial number tells them who really made it. They just said sorry and left. Poorly ran, inconvenient to customers and they don’t care. I do not recommend this company to anyone! We scheduled our work day to be home for this and they don’t care about anybody else but themselves. Poor customer service!!!

Great experience here! They gave me advice over the phone about my old fridge saying it was most likely a compressor which is $1000 fix. Said I could have them come out for the service fee if I still wanted them too. I talked to a few more people I know who agreed that Franks was probably right. I decided to get a new fridge and went to a few places to look. Franks had the best prices with their full warranty scratch and dent inventory. Lots of selections. They were knowledgeable and not pushy. Got a great price. The delivery guys were SO careful bringing it and were really nice. Thanks Franks!

I bought a used dryer and washer from Franks appliance.From day one I had heating issues with the dryer.A tech came out and said it was a vent problem with my house,not the dryer so I get that cleaned a week goes by and then it wont heat at all.I called and spike to Mike.He said bring the dryer in and I will take care of you and I will fix it, No Charge. So I took it in they said they fixed it bit it will be $72 parts and labor.Before this I went to Coast and bought brand new the fuse and igniter.They said the igniter was broken but I had just put a new one in.When Mike called he yelled at me and was not professional at all.When I questioned him about charging me the $72 when he said He would take care of me..He got mad and said he will just take the new part out.I couldnt believe how he spoke to me after it has ben a problem since day one! I will never buy anything from them again and suggest you dont either as they do not Take Care of their customers.

Had a great experience shopping for a dishwasher there. Roy the Sales Rep was very courteous, kind, and helpful...great guy and a Vietnam Veteran to boot as we talked Army shop while going through the sales process. Bought my dishwasher and delivery was already on the way to my house as soon as I left Franks. Just waited at home a few short minutes until delivery arrived. The installation guy (I forgot to get his name) did an excellent job in taking out my old early 90s dishwasher and installing the new Whirlpool stainless steel modern day dishwasher. The installer was kind enough to let me know I had a minor leak in my hot water valve under my sink (I just replaced today in seconds) which he didnt have to do. Installer had no problems or issues installing and was done within an hour, hour and a half. Many thanks to the installer, professional and courteous! Could not get over how quiet the dishwasher sounds when running, Roy the salesman said it was super quiet, he was right! I will DEFINITELY return there for my next replacement appliance. Kudos to all of you!

Very professional, on time . I was called before they cam. Tech was very detail on the problem with our dryer and gave me a complete explanation and cost to make repair. Very affordable. It was a 5 star experience. I am a permanent customer.

Just got my dryer and fridge. Could of at least wiped the dust off. When you buy a new or used car they wash the dust off right. Im just saying, doing that simple task would show appreciation for the buyers time and business.And they could of took the lowes sticker off the back of the fridge.

Had a good experience first time they came to our home and fixed refrigerator. Today when they came out to fix dryer, their prices had doubled. They charged over a $160 to replace a $20 fuse. Good services, prices are too high now, I am sorry to say.

Great experience with Franks. The ignitor in our Maytag dryer went out. I called Franks and they had a service tech dispatched the very next morning. They had the part in stock and were able to repair it in a single visit. The tech (Mike) was courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them for appliance service.

Watch out for switch and bate. Pay up and sign the papers. Ask if there are other charges upon delivery? Answer, No. Oven comes and they want $100 more for trim. Adding to that, there is a charge to place the trim, plus the wife was told to go buy the glue. No sales person said or ask if trim was needed. I asked specifically if items needed were not in the bill. Again, No! So much for Franks Appliances.

Hopefully, you wont have a repair needing a part and if you do, hopefully you wont have to speak with one of the owners, Mike, because he doesnt handle questions well. Questions, that customers should be able to ask, such as can I pay for up graded freight to get it here sooner? That is a no because he has already ordered it. Or, how much is the repair, and if you are not specific, you will only get a ball park price. At this point he has hung up on you and giving him the benefit of the doubt that you were disconnected, he is honest enough to say, yeah, I hung up on you The rudeness of this man, in the day in age where consumers can get things cheaper online or at a big box store is really amazing. I would suggest he not be allowed to speak on the phone or retire or sell his portion of the business. I was a long time customer, but I would just as soon spend twice as much and buy a new appliance then deal with this business, although in fairness I spoke with Greg at Franks Appliance, who went out of his way to be accommodating and polite. Stay away from Mike, he is a jerk and doesnt deserve to have patrons.
