I had two gifts wrapped for my husband for our 20th Wedding Anniversary and it was spectacular. Laural did amazing job. This store is so amazing. The colors of the Paper were so beautiful to look at. I will be coming back for all my paper needs.

I visited this shop for the first time the other day and got some lovely gifts for my sister. The British woman working there was really helpful and kind and I thought the customer service was great. Unfortunately, the customer before me was being extremely rude to her but she dealt with it well and professionally. Its really such a shame that some customers are so rude to people working in retail and in the hospitality sector too.I will definitely be going back there for my daughters birthday coming up soon!

I came into your store recently and was greeted by Camilla. She was such a delight and so attentive.Camilla had a positive attitude during my shopping experience and was patient, helpful, knew the store and was super easy to talk to. Job well done!!

This place has fantastic customer service! This was my first time in this store. I was helped by a super sweet and knowledgeable British lady. I will definitely be back!

Went to do a happy return for Revolve at this location. The girl at the register had a superiority complex and just an attitude. She was a Brit like myself but a classless one. I wanted to look around the store and purchase some items but the lack of customer service was frightening.

Unbelievable array of quality paper products for adults as well as children - cards, writing paper, calendars. games, novelties. Set some time aside for a visit.

We really enjoyed our time here. Nice people and great products. We had a need to make a return and it worked without a hitch.

Virginia Beach,VA store: Awful customer service; I am extremely polite, and was purchasing several items today but the cashier was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to have to ring up my items - she did not seem to want to wait on me because I am Asian. She was more interested in opening boxes of new Christmas merchandise than she was in taking care of the few customers in the store (there were three employees in the store at the time). This “entitlement” attitude that is constantly exhibited by some employees who obviously do not want to actually work (they just want to show up and get paid) is appalling.

This is the cutest place in the VB! The price of their stuff are high but they are too cute and funny! Some of their stuff are affordable and worth tho like the banana mug I bought for 12.99. Some of their gifts are funny, like the How to make your bed book is such a good gift for your bf/husband/son and daughter! They got many pretty wrapping papers and gift bags too so if you want to make your gift fancy and dont really care about the price then this is the right place for you.

Paper Source is my go to store for exquisite gift wrap, gift bags, and cards. Paper Source has the best planners. I can order my specialty note cards here .

They are not very helpful here. You can wander around and around look I g a t all that fun product and no one interacts with you!

I walked into and fall in love with the beautiful paper on the back wall. I love my two posters and I cant wait to frame them hang them in my classroom. Catie was amazing. I will be back.

Awful customer service. We picked out our cards and went up to the counter to check out with three workers standing there and they completely ignored us. Eventually one said hi while he was doing something on his computer but nothing else. We were clearly trying to check out and had our cards on the counter so it couldn’t have been interpreted as anything else. We just put the cards back and left.

Love the store! Did not care too much for the staff. They did not acknowledge that I was even there and I was the only person in the store.

I came here looking for fountain pens and they only had one kind and its not what I was looking for. The staff were very helpful though!

Meanwhile at the VB Paper Source store...SCENE - Two employees are seated at a craft table in the very back doing craft things and verbally greeting people as they walk in with a raised voice. They never move from the table except to check a customer out. Employee two seems shy and the other is obviously acting as her senior. There are approximately four customers in the store. It’s midday on a Saturday.Me: *asks employees seated stool at craft bench* “Which is the better white embossing powder to use on a black background.Employee 1: *snarky tone* “What’s your project?”Me: “It’s going on black cardboard.”Employee 1: “No...what’s your project?”Me: *thinking, why does she NEED to know my project* “Umm black cardboard jewelry boxes? I use this method on dozens of white jewelry boxes, and just want to know which is more opaque before I buy.Employee 1: “don’t use the hologram one, it’s sorta weird and semi-translucent.”Me: “Thanks!”Employee 2: “I’ll check you out.”Me: *while thinking if the other employee even worked there...totally not a typical retail customer service experience* “How many people work here? I said. It seems there’s always different people every time I come in here.”Employee 1: *sounds off from the back* There’s about 13 of us! And we all work different times.I made my purchase and was wished a “great rest of my day” from employee number two and I thus departed.So...the very first time I went to the VB Paper Source was great. They even demo’d the embossing for me on my sample box. Gave me wonderful information and I bought the entire system they had. I converted my entire packaging method on my Etsy shop based on this. I said “great customer service” and I’d be back.Since then, I’ve been back twice and those great people were not there. Where did they go?If this last time was my first visit - I would have just walked away and gone somewhere else.
