Decided to go with Rock Solid as I have experience with them from when I used to work in the construction industry. I am very very pleased with the final results of my countertops and will definitely use them again. Tammy helped me with the process and she is very good at her job and easy to work with. Awesome company to work with! Lisa Wright was the coordinator and did an excellent job with communicating with us, making sure the project went smoothly, without a glitch. The outcome was perfect!! We love our new granite counter tops!! They are true professional here, who take customer service and product quality seriously. i would difficulty recommend them and will use them in the future.

Just overall an odd experience for us. Unexpected fees we had to pay...0 documentation of the price quote or a contract everything was just word of mouth....work left unfinished that my husband had to complete himself...workers left unfinished and didnt return for 10 days to add the backsplash. We paid extra to have the countertops installed and ended up having to make a trip to lowes to finish the job ourselves ? Had to pay an additional $150 to have the original counter tops removed which wasnt discussed in the previous quote. Luckily my husband could finish the job. I cant imagine what an elderly woman living alone would have done other than fork out more cash for another contractor to come and finish the job. They even tried to charge us before the job was even completed. Please consider a company that will provide you an actual documented price quote/contract or you could end up getting burned legally and financially.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my kitchen countertops through this team. I worked with other companies before deciding to purchase through Rock Solid, and I am very happy with the decision! Their prices are competitive. They also allow you to view the full slabs onsite as opposed to the small samples slabs which is a game changer! They listened and communicated well, and they were timely and professional every step of the way.

I am very pleased with the work Rock Solid Surfaces did in a townhome we own. When we bought the house almost three years ago I had a vision and they helped me fulfill it. I shopped around at other stores for the countertops but they didn’t quite satisfy what I was looking for, I was going to settle on a countertop at another store until my dad told me to go to Rock Solid. At first I was hesitant since I only had 30 minutes before having to go to work.... but let me tell you... that was the best 30 minutes of my life! Not only did Tammy find the exact countertop we were looking for but she also was able to give me a price I couldn’t refuse. As a designer its hard to give up on something especially when that’s what you want and envisioned. They were able to price, measure and install in 3 weeks vs the 6 weeks I was getting elsewhere. We got porcelain white quartz by LG. The only oopsie we had was the hole to put our faucet in was a tad too small, sure enough they came the next day to round it out and the faucet fit like a charm! :)

Rock Solid installed our granite, and they did a great job. The granite has a wonderful sheen to it, unlike some other granite places we have purchased from in the past. The installer was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as the initial worker who came out to measure. We purchased the granite from CRS but Rock Solid was the installer. The installer was fast and it didnt take long to install it.

Nice salespeople. Made it easy to get pricing and see samples. Very expensive. Id give more stars if they kept their website and Google listing current. Apparently they do have Saturday hours...Stone 4 Kitchen in Hampton is better pricing

This was the most unprofessional place I have been to since starting my house building process. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I will also let my builder know to NEVER let their clients go there. From the moment I walked in the lady at the front desk acted like she didn’t even want to help us because our builder wasn’t in their system. Even though I told her our builder was letting us go through any granite store we wanted. She then proceed to walk over to 6 samples of granite and point at them and say “well these are your options” and just stared at me. After her demeanor and tone with us I will tell everyone in my power to NEVER use their service it was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

Took 5 weeks to get my granite countertops installed but it was worth the wait. This company has the best prices in the area and a very friendly staff.

They did a wonderful job at a reasonable time and price. There were five visits: the initial measuring for a quote, back splash rip out, final measurements, rip out of the rest of the counter tops, install of new counter tops and finally the plumbing & electric install. The back splash is ripped out earlier in order to make precise final measurements. so expect a few weeks with crappie looking counters. you should also be careful not to loose stuff down through the opening, especially spilt liquids. They will be making your new counter tops during this period. Once its all complete, you should expect to do the final touches, patching, painting and final chalking on your own. Great job!

Measured and picked out slab. Courtney contacted me one time via email. I emailed four times over 6 weeks and called. Never got contacted back. It’s a shame as I think they do nice work- Maybe they have too much. After reading the reviews it looks like she (who works there)actually posted a five star review hmmm

Install went well. A guy was sent out to take measurements earlier and he measured wrong but they did a great job fixing the issue. Like that I was able to pick the slab I wanted however a different slab was cut and delivered. They didnt say anything about it until I noticed and questioned it. Said the one I picked was dropped and broke.

Our countertops were installed in just 3 weeks and it looks amazing. We looked at all kinds of huge granite warehouses and nothing compared to rock solids smaller selection of beautiful slabs. We love the finished product. We worked with Tammy who was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Im a proud father of a 22 yr old Daughter and a 23 yr old Son-in-law that are in the Process of building their own home on their own . He has served his country and is wearing the Blue Uniform as a Police Officer . So today she was going to look for granite . After going to 3 places we stop in to see what rocksucks has to choose from . From the moment we walked in the door the lady at the reception desk that was stuffing her face with food had the attitude that we were disturbing her . I knew then we should just leave but we were just out looking and having a good time enjoying the process and seeing your children making decisions and making memories .The lady ask who sent us there and what the builders name was . When told no one sent us and the builder was Built for Life her response was dont work with them and dont know them . I ask if we could look around anyway . The lady got up from her chair walked over to a counter through her arm back pointer to the wall with about 5 or 6 pieces on it and said this is what you got to choose from . Knowing how my Daughter was feeling by this person that was so unprofessional I ask her if she was ready to leave and we did .You know when you go into a place like this your not going in to just spend $20 $50 $100 no your going in to spend $1000s of dollars . Well I can say for sure rocksucks will never get 1$ from them or 1$ from me and I hope they dont get 1$ from you . Theres a place 513 Vicking Dr cant remember the name but both ladys there were very professional and knowledgeable . Look them up and spend your money there .

I search several different granite places to re do my kitchen and rock solid was the best choice for all your granite and cabinets needs, Courtney was my sales person and she was very kind and polite and gave us all the time in the world. I would send all my friends and family to rocksolid if there doing a remodel for now on

Had someone come out to measure my kitchen for cabinets and countertops. Even went to the showroom to pick out the countertop slab and cabinets I wanted. She said to give her a couple days to draw up the quote and I never heard from them again.

Our house was flooded in hurricane Matthew, 8 1/2 inches of water inside. We lost everything in our kitchen, everything in our house realy. My husband was able to save our granite countertops, because he propped them up with plywood after we removed all our cabnets and wood floors. Rock Solid was amazing. They really helped us and our neighbors in our time of need. Not only were they able to save our granite countertops,( they were the ONLY company willing to even try to move them and reset them on the new cabnets) but they cleaned them and resealed them for us. Rock Solid helped us pick new countertops, new hardware and installed them beautifully with our granite countertops. They did this in our home that was tore up, without floors, walls or bathroom vanities. To top that all off, every single employee we encountered treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. Without hesitation we would recommend Rock Solid, they are good people and know how to treat their customers right.

The people at Rock Solid provided amazing service. My husband and I picked out the granite we wanted at Lowes based on the samples available, but we were a little worried after looking on the internet that it wouldnt be the color we wanted (people told us ubatuba would be more green than black). Luckily, Rock Solid let me come to their business and pick out a slab. They were very polite and even gave me a tour of the place.Fast forward to the day before we were supposed to get the counters installed... My husband tried to unhook the sink but couldnt figure out how. I called to cancel the appointment, but the next morning I got a call saying they were on their way. When I tried to explain that we would need to reschedule due to our kitchen not being ready, they eased my mind yet again! The installers unhooked the sink, removed part of the old counter, and saved the day as that was not part of their job.Our counters look amazing. It changed the whole look of our kitchen. We are currently house hunting, so we have seen a lot of granite counters in the last few months, and we can definitely see the quality of work Rock Solid did compared to some of the other kitchens we have seen.
