I try to call them because the girl that was at the register she charge me for a photo portrait and braceletBut she only put the photo portrait and and empty paper bag where the bracelet was supposed to go and there was nothing she was so distracted talking to the other girl that was there

So creative and beautiful like a gift shop should be. AMAZING!!!And the astonishing website for looking at the items, the item prices, and buying items is PERFECT!!! The souvenirs are great when you want the feeling of Virginia Beach to come with you.

I have been to the Virginia Gift Shop a couple times this season to not only get summer ready but to shop local! The store was clean, organized and stocked with merchandise so everyone can enjoy the beach or even take a souvenir home with them! The staff was very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend shopping at the Virginia Gift Shop!

The individuals seemed nice enough. I was buying water for less than $4 and when I was paying they asked for my ID. This was weird for me because I have never had a store do that and it felt like I was being racially profiled. It may or may not be, but overall I didnt feel comfortable at the store and the clerks should have better customer service.

Was over charged and double charged cashier doesnt pay attention and it takes 20 minutes to get refunded

Fun little shop for souvenirs. Everyone here was super friendly and answered all of our questions. They have a wide variety of things for purchase and the kids had a wonderful time scrounging for goods. Lots of smiles all the way around!

Super friendly staff. A lot of choices. Hubby and I got tshirts with printed designs. I wanted mine on the back but I didnt tell her so totally my fault. Great store, be aware that your design will most likely be crooked. Thats definitely disappointing.

Great gift shop on the beach. They have a large variety of souvenirs. It will be hard to not find something you dont like. And the prices are surprisingly reasonable, being on the beach where everything is inflated.
