I brought my service dog here (registered emotional support animal with documentation) to buy a pack of gum while wearing a mask and was not allowed entry. She asked for paperwork and I said I had it in my email and could present it to her on my phone. She did not expect to hear this and continued to argue that I could not have him with me. Golden retriever on a leash, well known to be friendly off leash in this neighborhood. She said that he needs to be wearing a service dog marking which is not required by law. I asked for the owner’s phone number which she refused to provide, stating that she was the manager.

Sub par customer service. If the price doesn’t match what is advertised, take the advertisement down instead of ‘schooling’ the customer on how vendors work. Appalling to be treated in such a manner this morning. I was quickly reminded why I do not come here after living in the area for over 3 years. Would give this place no stars if I could. Make the trek to the nearest store or 7-11 if you need to. I don’t care about the extra dollar on my purchase but I do care if there was an “oh sorry, there’s a mistake between our price list and vendor advertisements” that would have been acceptable..

This place is cozy and simple and convenient. No its not a Walmart or anything like that. Need coffee or beer or cigarettes then this is your spot. Super convenient right in the neighborhood. Just pull the golf cart up front and voila Im right here

This store is bad, Betty and the manager now has no customers experience and the owner dont care how his store is being ran. Everytime my dad or I go in there, them two are very rude. There products are very expensive (high robbery). Theres no place to call and make a complaint at all. I am going to go to BBB and let them know whats going on. Maybe things might be different.

Definitely will not shop here anymore. Today July 5th 2019. I was standing in line when the cashier allowed someone to cut in line and the he thought it would be a great idea to laugh about it casually as if he does this all the time to people. The young lady had a swimsuit on and no shoes and did it so casually like it was funny and then turned around to apologize. This place is trash and I honestly wish they would close and replace it with a more customer service friendly place. Then as I was paying the cashier thought I was in the wrong for not speaking or dealing with him and proceeded to get an attitude because I was upset about being cut as if I in the wrong for feeling anything after being cut and laughed out for no reason.

They are the best neighborhood convenience store! I wouldn’t be able to live without them

This place is an absolute ripoff. Way overpriced!! The owner goes to the dollar store and then sells those same products that he just bought for 6 and 8 dollars. Pigs get fat hogs get slaughtered. I refuse to buy anything here. Even 7-11 has lower prices. Also he rips his own employees off and doesnt pay them what they are owed nor pays them overtime.

Jr. Markets are a local chain of convenience stores around the 757. Similar to a Seven Eleven, but not close to the caliber of inventory and Ive never seen one with fuel. They get 1 star from me for being local and surviving in the world of chain convenience stores.Located in the center of Chicks Beach business district one block from the beach. They have nice parking that I found the lot debris free. If you park illegally to enjoy a beach day your car will be towed. The store does not offer fuel.Jr. Markets offer strictly convenience items such as smokes, fountain drinks, beer, wine and miscellaneous food items. As I found out today no coffee by the pot, its out of a machine...just NO! Expect prices to be more than a full service grocery which should not shock anyone.I found the store clean and neat and the staff I interacted with friendly. After residing within walking distance for years I have not found the need to be a regular whatsoever. But convenience is the key and if you need it they may just have it.

Not one person working in there was wearing a mask! Just a lady and I were wearing masks. People coming in were not masked. The lady asked the person at the register why they weren’t wearing masks and he replied “Most people think it’s a hoax and the others don’t care.
