Pharmacy dept staff are helpful, nice and a knowledgeable. Store has a great selection. Overall, its a one stop shop.

Dave and Regine in pharmacy have always given me 10 star service. They are compassionate, caring, helpful and hard workers. Very honest people. I never write reviews but they deserve it. I lived in NY for awhile and had to go to the cvs there. Filled with rude pharmacists and techs. So glad to be back in VA BCH. Thank you Dave abs Regine for all you do!!! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

The pharmacist-Dave-was outstanding! I walked in at closing time on a Saturday night after coming from the ER-trying to fill my wifes prescription for a broken wrist that could not be set. He was incredibly compassionate and helpful in taking care of her needs. I could not be more thankful for his incredible help.
Customer service is outstanding and everyone here from the Pharmacy to the cashiers are very helpful!
Dave is simply the most actually caring, helpful and man, his skill in what he does is par none. He is par none.He got his degree from UNC. Chapel Hill..The undisputed top pharmacy school in the nation.My dad kept saying this Dave guy is great and I brushed it off, but from first meeting to each Time he helps you, you cant help but be struck by the difference between him and many i have dealt with in the past. Could not be happier with the service at Eddies!Each and every single time I walk into the store, I am greeted by name by the staff! How about that? The pharmacist takes time to visit with me each time I go in.. He and his staff are so friendly and attentive. I trust CVS pharmacy, something that I cannot say for the other pharmacies I have gone to in the past.
Most companies match competitors prices, CVS won’t even match their own prices. I found the item I wanted on the CVS app, and visited this store to purchase. I was shocked the exact same humidifier was $10 more!!! Even more shocking the manager wouldn’t match the CVS app price!! I did everything you want your customers to do, shop your app and visit the store but you tried to bait & switch. Very deceiving
Dave snd Steve are the best pharmsists. They have helped me for almost five years with any concern or question I’ve ever had. They go above and beyond for their customers. I had the worst experience yesterday at this CVS. I went in to buy a beach chair and a 12 pack of white claws for the beach and I wasn’t allowed to buy them. I went in with both of my brothers and one of my brothers girlfriends, one of my brothers is severely autistic and it is apparent upon meeting him that he is disabled. The woman at the counter continually asked for his ID and I kept explaining only the three of us have ID’s, and he’s severely disabled and I don’t bring his wallet to the beach. The woman at the store started yelling at me about the law and embarrassed my brother beyond belief. I live right down the street and will NEVER shop here again. I fully intend on calling CVS corporate and letting everyone I know hear about this incident. The woman working at the CVS counter needs a lesson on manners and mental health.

Overall standard CVS no complaints no high marks
If i could give this place no stars, i would. Came here to receive my MoneyGram order because my dad is deployed overseas. The lady did not process my information because there was an extra letter added to my name due to phonetically differences from a different language. License number, middle name, last name, address, phone number, senders name and phone number - everything was matching. ONE LETTER DIFFERENCE. I have NEVER since hes been overseas had this problem and my information has always been the same. They told me to call money gram and ask them to remove the extra letter. So i did, and they said they arent able to help me because the CVS cashier has already opened the transaction and they needed them to call and verify that they hadnt given me the money. Not only did they seem annoyed that i asked them to do it, they had a quick word exchange after which the cashier hung up and told me to contact my dad (the sender). UM HELLO ITS 4 AM where he is ! As i stated before! No apologies, no help, just rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and perhaps i have higher standards, but this was downright unacceptable. I called moneygram customer service and they arent sure why the cvs clerk did not give me my money. They looked up my transaction history and EVERY SINGLE ONE HAD THE EXTRA LETTER IN MY NAME BECAUSE OF THE LANGUAGE TRANSLATION! And EVERY SINGLE TIME CVS WAS ABLE TO PROCESS IT! So on the day i have to pay rent they just decide to deny me and now i have to pay an extra $50 fee tomorrow. Thanks a lot.
Hello CVS, My name is Jay. On Sept 28th during my travels from Palm beach Florida enroute to Virginia beach Va, I had a bad experience with Moneygram. I stopped in Jaxv Fl to send a transaction via Moneygram to an employee of mine. The employee had a bad experience receiving the funds due to the Jaxv cashier declining to input the zip code on the receivers end. During my stay in Virginia beach, Moneygram informed me that I had to go to the nearest CVS Pharmacy near me to take care of the issue. I entered your Pharmacy on Sat Sept 29th and was greeted by an employee name Chloe. During my time with Chloe, she stayed on the phone with Moneygram more than an hour trying to resolve the issue. (WHICH WAS RESOLVED THANKS TO CHLOE) I just wanna say what an OUTSTANDING JOB Chloe did ensuring I received my funds back. CVS you have an OUTSTANDING employee on your hands. CVS should be honored to have such an OUTSTANDING employee. Chloe took her time and even attended to her regular customers even though she was stuck on the phone more than an hour. Thank you so much Chloe for doing such an awesome job! 👍👍👍
Ive worked here for 3 1/2 years, the pay and benefits are descent and what cvs is working towards is pretty amazing. Just an FYI we follow policy, that includes things such as moneygram, coupons, etc. So if your looking to use that coupon that expired 2 weeks (or as old as 1 year ago) we cannot help you but we will do our best to get you what you need/want as long as it is in accordance with cvs policy. That being said, the New pharmacy hours are:Monday Through Friday 9am to 8pmSaturday And Sunday 10am to 6pmHoliday hours differFront Store Hours:Monday through Sunday: 7am to 10pmUnless the power goes out, etc. And Christmas which hours are 10am to 8pmAlso parking:Parking is on 32nd st in the garage and you come in the back door by pharmacy
Nice cvs, with a nice large selection. Parking can be bad, but otherwise it is in a great location.
