Som was great! Came to the store just for browsing. Was not planning to buy anything but Som approach me and engaged in a conversation with me and showed me the sneakers that I was looking at and just came in. Needless to say I left with them. She is super friendly and her customer service is top notch.

Dominic was very patient and most of all very helpful! He made my shoe shopping experience with my son go as perfect as it could have went. After trying on over 3 pairs of shoes he helped my son pick out the perfect fit.

Customer service online was helpful but the service at the store was mediocre at best. Having sale representatives who arent even capable of correctly placing an order to be delivered to my residence only proved to me that its best to order on my own.Being considerably smaller than most footlockers, one can expect not to find a decent selection of shoes. This is the first and last time Ill be purchasing anything from this footlocker.

I would leave a no star review, but since I cant Im leaving it with one star. I received very poor and rude customer service today apparently because I am returning shoes and want my cash back which was accompanied with a receipt. I didnt know that nowadays it is an issue to pay with cash. One person made not one but 2 smart ass comments about this; but everybody else that I came in contact with, besides him was kind and friendly.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service provided both in store and over the phone. The workers that I have encountered more than twice now, do not try to help the customer, and rather provide no explanation as to why they cannot help or go out of their way for a customer. I am sorry for anyone who has to interact with the rudeness of these workers.
