My wife loves this place and im florida and all the have down there is in retail stores sold so very happy there is a real store for these candles and they have the best deals there.

I bought a bunch of clearance items and when I got to my car everything fell out the bottom of my bag and onne of my votive holders broke. I went back to buy another one and they remembered me being there and replaced it for free. What awesome customer service. This is why I love Yankee Candle. This is the one that was replaced. Thank you so much.

Friendly and courtious

If I could do zero stars I would. Rude, quite stalkerish sales people, and are more interested in yakking than helping customers. Ive been shopping at usually at the Norfolk location but was helping a friend return stuff. She called the store prior to going to see if they had a gift card, which the woman said she had plenty of but then when we brought the stuff in mind you, six large jars and a four or five small items, there was no gift cards to be found so they said. She called the store prior to driving the 30+ minutes and hauling probably 50 lbs of candles a piece between the two of us. She was told then they sold out because of some corporate event, and said that they were only willing to exchange. These were all gifts that she had no space for and when explaining that issue was told essentially we dont care and find some things to exchange or take it home. Rude and not welcoming to compromise or anything, horrible attitudes. Never again.

The customer service was great.
