Worst customer service I have ever received. I came in to use my warranty and was told I needed to have the earrings with me. I did not have them and just wanted to get a back for 1 earring. I was told they didn’t have any after the rude associate Lexi dismissed me by waving her hand in my face and flipping her hair. She was disrespectful and rude. I will never return or refer anyone to this place simply because of her. The experience I had with the her supervisor was pleasant but she acted as if Lexi did nothing wrong. This experience was absolutely disgusting.
